Coral Sea Beach and Aqua Park

Overall, the stay is amazing. Everyone is welcoming. The facilities are great. You can access the pool and beach easily. The food was great. I loved both the breakfast and the dinner with mix of authentic Egyptian food and some other cultures. It’s a great place to relax. I really recommend this place.

The only bad thing I found was the AC in my room. It was terrible. The room was ice cold. You can try to change the fan speed doesn’t work the temperature dial It doesn’t work. We wake up in the morning. Our 6 months daughter’s feet are so cold. The staff tried to help, but it was useless and last night I had to turn it off and wake up in my sweat. Please fix it!

Honestly I've surprised with this quality of everything, rooms, cleanliness, variety and delicious food.
Staff are so friendly especially Mr. Abdo in reception who gave us a room with very good location, staff of kids club who was kind with my daughters and dessert chief who made us special kunafa.

This hotel became my special destination in Ain Sokhna.
I recommend it for everyone.

The rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Finally the food was beyond our expectations at every meal.

It is nice seeing a place that is really trying to be good, and they are doing things well.

Location is not far away from sokhna, but there is not much outside. If you come, be prepared that it is a resort and the stay will be inside. There is a small super market nearby though.

Sea is really good, not too deep and not too shallow (depending on the ebb and tide). Pools are wonderful. Aqua park is good. Food is really nice. You will enjoy the food from the buffet a lot.

Workers are really nice and polite. This is a main good point. It is not easy to find workers with such good attitudes and kindness.

Only main issue is that the beach area is totally closed after sunset. Otherwise, stay was really good.

Reception service wasn’t good, they can’t solve any problems, and simply don’t extend any apologies.In the evening I discovered that the entertainment right in front of our windows and it's extremely loud, just like for deaf people, most probably for very local Egyptians, because the quality of songs are so poor! In the room upon arrival there was no 3rd towel for my child, they didn't give me towel card for him as well , I had to go back and ask about it again. The information sheet about hotel facilities which was given to us had all wrong information, wrong working hours and when we showed it to the Guest Relation Christina, she replied: What’s wrong with you? It's is 1 star hotel... I have been to different hotels in Ain Sokhna and never had such poor service.
The music was reduced only after meeting the GM, who promised to relocate us the next day. The difference was so big, it could be simply handled upon arrival just by informing us about the noise.
The very positive thing here is the food, no comments, it is the best part, good variety and quality. Staff is attentive and everything is being replenished quickly.

Exceeded my expectations to be honest, an enjoyable stay with my family. Overall review score 8.5/10. My detailed review:

Cleanliness: 9/10 The room cleanliness is very good, as well as the hotel, just one or two bathrooms at the hotel like beside the “La Pergola” need more care

Room: 10/10 The room is spacious with enough space to sleep, relax and just sit. Same as the balcony which in our case was overlooking the pool and sea from the side. The bathroom is well-maintained and nicely decorated

Staff: Staff are helpful and the animation team is energetic, especially with kids at night!. My kids had fun and they even receives mini Ramadan lamps from the animation team. Some staff in the buffet just needs more training to deal with the customers. 9/10

Aqua park: 9/10 for the price, they have 3 medium-sized slides and nice aqua play area for younger kids along with 2 smaller slides along with other kids, I just wished they would heat the water, just a “bit”.

Pools: Many nice pools, but the heated one was indoor and very small, so 7/10

Food: was good enough for the price, food tasted like home-cooked meals, which is good. Quality and taste is good. You can also order food and it is delivered to you wherever you are sitting or in your room, the prices are good and quality is decent. 8/10

Beach: The rocky Beach is a bit far (5-6 minutes walk) but you can also ask for a golf cart to get you there. Seating on the beach is nice and well-maintained

Price: I paid almost 80% extra because the hotel charged me during EGP floating day, and they decreased their prices in booking. I called and tried to ask for help but they were not keen on helping, but I will not let that affect my review because my family enjoyed the trip. But this part deserves 2/10!

To summarize, We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Definitely exceeded my initial expectations based on booking review score and I would gladly come again. Overall review score 8.5/10

Amazing family gateway, staff is friendly and the food on the pool is of good quality and portions with affordable prices. Breakfast and dinner with enough variety. A very nice overall experience.

Great short break with kids, easy reach from Cairo.
Great swimming pools. Well maintained. Excellent weather during our stay in May.
Has a small Aqua Park attached and is free for hotel guests.
Only negative item was the night entertainment which was loud for rooms nearby.
