When you go there, ask for this three amazing magnificent people they will make you feel like second home
Mr. ****** receptionist, chef ******, special lifeguard ****
I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel, mr. ******, the receptionist who welcome me like I’m in my second home where comfort met professionalism in most aspects of the experience. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food with Jeff ****** who succeed to send me a message that Stella de Marie restaurant is ready to compare with the international hotels restaurant. and the friendliness of the staff, specially, the pool lifeguard **** who was like the second guardian of my kids was protect them all the time them and them friends. He is a special man. everything was impressive.
The environment was calm and relaxing, and the location made commuting easy and enjoyable — adding a unique touch of convenience to my visit.
However, on the final day, I encountered an unexpected issue with a front desk staff member, *** ** ****** whose attitude lacked the courtesy and flexibility I had experienced throughout my stay. While this incident didn’t overshadow the overall quality of the hotel, it certainly left an impression that shouldn’t be overlooked.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this note into account to maintain the high standards of service this place is known for.
قضيت إقامة مميزة جداً بدأت بترحاب من مستر جورج موظف الاستقبال احسست من خلاله بان المكان وكأنه بيتى الثانى في هذا الفندق الذى ينافس العالمية حيث امتزجت الراحة مع الاحترافية في معظم جوانب التجربة لى ولزوجتى ولاولادى الذين لم يريدون ان يغادروه بدءًا من نظافة الغرف، إلى جودة الخدمة في المطعم، ومهارة عظيمة من الشيف مدحت الذى اتقن بفن هو و طاقمه تقديم الاصناف التى تنافس مطاعم العالم الاوروبية و العربية و لُطف طاقم العمل، على حمامات السباحة و على رأسهم عيسى الذى كان يراقب اولادى واصدقائه بكل حب وكأنه اب لكل واحد ويختتم يومه بتنظيف وصيانة مكان عمله
كل شيء يدعو إلى الإعجاب.
البيئة كانت هادئة ومريحة، والموقع مثالي لسهولة التنقل، ما أضفى على رحلتي طابعًا خاصًا من السلاسة والراحة.
تمنيت ان تطول فترة اقامتى
لكن، وعلى الرغم من هذا الانطباع الإيجابي، فوجئت في اليوم الأخير بموقف غير متوقع من أحد موظفي الاستقبال، يدعى عبد الرحمن والذي تعامل معي بطريقة افتقدت اللباقة والمرونة. لم يكن هذا الحادث ليغيّر من جودة الإقامة بشكل عام، لكنه بالتأكيد ترك أثرًا لا يمكن تجاهله.
آمل أن تأخذ إدارة الفندق هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار، لضمان استمرارية الخدمة الراقية التي عُرف بها هذا المكان

Nice hotel but requires a refresh / modernization internally. The open buffet was good but the restaurant was outdated. State was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is satisfactory in terms of its location and amenities. However, I believe it could benefit from some renovations. For instance, the television in the room was outdated, and the remote control was damaged. Additionally, I was unable to connect my Apple TV device to the television in the room. When I contacted the room service, they informed me that the television was an older model and that they were unable to connect the Apple TV device. While the television channel selection is not particularly impressive, it is sufficient for a short stay of two nights.

Landscape was great. Quiet. Very nice lightening in all place and fountains. Very helpful staff. Variaions in all meals. High taste. Thanks for all chefs. Special thanks to Chef Abdel Aziz. Highly recommended.

Staff members are excellent and professional, the place is clean and well organized and quiet, the food was excellent the only drawback is too quiet and lacking night shows

Have the best experience of a relaxing getaway.. two persons made our stay even more comfortable Youssef from the reception team is extremely helpful and customer focused and for the house keeping Mohamed salah is exquisite and such an amazing delight and instantly responsive. For the spa Rania is one talented masseuse and very professional

exceptional place
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous beach,azur blue water with beautiful sandy beach and mountains in the back ground are breathtaking. landscape with multiple fountains..Food was delicious with different vareities every day. staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable bed is very comfortable. nice views from the balcony, weather was amazing.The only only issues were few flies, which was addressed with management and they said is a temporary situation caused by the surrounding desert and they are dealingwith it. the other issue was overcharging for items we thought were complementary, which should have been labled with a price. there was no such list of charges in the room
Otherwise we had an amazing time

Very nice resort. It’s a bit old, but great service. Not much to do outside of the resort without driving 30 mins.

Amazing blue calm water beach nested by the mountains. Great service. The buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of variety with authentic local food. Will definitely come back.
