We had a wedding in the hotel so we booked 1 night the end of a weekend and front desk knew that we are here for the wedding and we're very friendly during check in and gave us different room options and even gave us a room next to the wedding suite. Came next day they disturbed us at 11;30 by knocking at the door to tell us we need to check out by 12. I called front desk to ask for a late check out as we had a late night and would like to take our time . They said its with fees. And we have guests arriving and we need the room. But if u pay then it's fine! As per policy! It doesn't make sense so if we pay u will make ur guests wait??? After I complained they gave us a free late check out!! So what type of hospitality school is that that??

This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. The half board was so good. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine. Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool. If your going to Egypt and want a relaxing experience with golf also in mind this is the place.

We had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The pool was advertised as heated, but we found it unbearably cold. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses that felt worn out. Several chairs were broken, and the furniture looked very outdated. Additionally, there were many insects in the room, which was quite unpleasant.
To make matters worse, no free water or juice was included with dinner, which is surprising for the price we paid. The mini bar didn’t work properly, and the balcony door slider was faulty, making it difficult to use. The sea and pool showers were weak and poorly maintained.
Overall, the hotel facilities do not match a 5-star rating. For the price, the value for money is incredibly poor compared to other options in the area. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

The staff were very hospitable especially Ahmed at the reception, Ahmed the pool attendant, and Zaki who drives the golf cart. We felt very welcomed. Food was very tasty and fresh and a good variety. The rooms were a little outdated but clean and very spacious.

This place was fine, but I wouldn't come back again. Check-in was disorganized and took a very long time. I didn't find a map for the property and wasn't provided an info sheet about services. For example, the beach was more than a half a kilometer away but no one told us we could call for a golf cart to take us there.
The rooms were clean with a nice balcony. Oddly the bathroom felt very updated but the bedroom felt tired. There is lots of storage if you're staying for a long time. A 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner was all that was available, which for most people I venture to say is not enough to clean their hair after swimming in the sea. Seemed an odd place to save money, especially since all body care products were Jaz branded.
Service was a hit or miss. At the beach, they told me they only sell pizza, but later saw them deliver chips to another guest. The pool was nice and cold, but the water level didn't reach the skimmer, so there were lots of things floating on top.
Final note, there are crows everywhere, murders of them. And they are ruthless. They stole a piece of pizza from me.

Food is amazing, beach got good quality, golf club is amazing as well. Room is nice for the price range, a relaxing place to be.
Some points to note, wifi is way too slow, please try to improve it. Also some of the one time use kit was empty on the first day, not that I need to use it but a bit weird to see an empty box. Also the first aid kit half empty & rather old 😅 please get a new one.
