Dear management,
I booked two nights on the 2nd of Jan 2024, we booked three rooms for me and my family, it was a great experience, although my son in law had a bad experience with his food but we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were superb, the food was very tasty, the variety was great, the facilities is fantastic, my son in law got some compliments sent to his room at night due to his food bad experience, my other son in law had his room decorated with a cake sent to the room as it was his wedding anniversary, I really appreciate what you provided us with and for sure we will come back, special thanks to Mena and Kerolos who provided us with late checkout as well. Thanks again

Visited in late October 2024. Last visit here was quite a while ago but the place is kept in very good condition. The buffet was good for breakfast and dinner with good variety of foods. Room was ok but was facing close trees and the back fence not that great. Found out that there were several prices varying quite a lot. So shop around.

I read a lot of negative reviews about staff and receptionist before i go, but i only found good hospitality. I want to thank mr. George for upgrading our rooms and the early check in. The check in process takes only half an hour
The rooms are very clean with a good view to the lake
The housekeeping is good, as all the rooms had been cleaned during the breakfast time
The location is perfect as the hotel first line and only one hour and half from cairo
The beach is sandy not rocky but there was ebb and flow, so you can enjoy the sea from morning till 2:00 pm only
The food was delicious and there was a variety
The entertainment is very week, i didn't like alot
They also didn't offer any beverages on the dinner, you have to request and pay for

The place is genuinely beautiful and amazing, my experience was outstanding. The rooms are big, comfy and spacious super clean. The food was very nice I loved all of it and had atleast 2 plates. The pool is clean and warm and the service There was so good. Next to the pool was a beach it was nice but really hot I found a lot of pretty shells. Although there was a crab, starfish, and fish it was pretty much great besides that I think there is no problem. Near the lobby there’s some stores like toy/swim store and cafe everyone including guests and staff are extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is affordable and kid-friendly, it also has a nice spa 5 stars, definitely come here!!! (This is an honest and real review by the way🥰🥰)

Very bad waxing, the girls who did that bad job very painful damage my legs. I didn’t see on the back and bikini line she left a lot of patches! The wax is horrible quality she didn’t warm it properly and do very quickly and is really very painful. Didn’t clean me after waxing I was covered of this horrible wax. I do waxing quite often but is worse of my experiences. She has to Lerner first before doing that to other people. Very very unhappy

The service was good, the swimming pool and beach was great, however the room and the interior of the hotel leaves much to be desired. With dated furniture, non working outlets and awkward room setup, this place should be marked as a three star hotel. Off the speciality restaurants, only the seafood place was good. The Italian restaurant was a bit above ok. Parking was right on the weekend, barely any spot. The shows near the beach were good. Overall good time spent there.

Me and my family we stayed there for 3 days and paid a lot of money (half board) My pregnant wife was denied the simple request of taking her food up to the room during dinner time because she was feeling sick, the manger refused and said that she can order room service (not free) why should I pay for food that I already paid for at check in. This is an absolute basic need, especially for someone in her condition. The staff's refusal was not only insensitive but also cruel. I cannot believe that such a heartless establishment exists. I will never stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. One of the worst experience, we stayed at a lot of hotels all over the world and with my first son everyone at all the other establishments were eager to help my wife and make her feel comfortable. Word of advice stay awayyyyy.

The location is great. Also the sea. Good pool. Food is OK. But the service is the worst. Especially the reception. Check in should be 2.00 pm, but we weren't in room till 3.45 after a lot of debate with the awful receptionist. Another annoying thing is that there are no showers or footbaths anywhere. So if you come from the beach, you will walk 200 meters with sand on your feet and slippers till you reach your room, then your shower cabinet will be full of sand. Lastly, the wifi can't be worse.

Closest hotel to Cairo. Very clean, great service. The rooms are large, well maintained except for the air conditioning in some of the rooms. The pool is great as well as the beach area. There was a show at night of dancers from Ecuador which was really great. Breakfast and dinner were good, moderate variety but all fresh.
