The service and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Even though our room was not a pool front or beach view, we still had a nice view of a small garden and enjoyed watching the birds.
The room was in generous needing of improvement. For example, the bathroom shower wasn't too clean and the water temperature was not warm at all. The fixtures and decor were a little outdated.
All in all, it was a nice place to go. The food was decent with a generous buffet for breakfast and dinner. The pool was large and there was no shortage of help from the staff!

I’d also like to thank Mr. Mina and his team, especially Kirollos& Enjy from the reservations department, for their great effort and outstanding service. They truly cared about making sure the group was happy and comfortable.
A big thank you as well to Mr. Mahamed Eldmerdash , the F&B Manager, for being incredibly professional and kind. He’s someone who genuinely loves his work and always makes sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying their time. He helped me with everything I needed for the group of around 60 people.
Also I’d like to thank Mr. Ehab for his great cooperation and excellent service. They even opened the games center outside their working hours so the kids could play and have fun.

Our stay at Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel started a bit slow, but it quickly turned into a very nice experience! We were four families, and once things settled, the service was excellent. A special thanks to Mina, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He upgraded our room and arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Stuff were very friendly and cooperative
The main pool is very nice and spacious and the depth is good.
The beach is clean and there was good service but like all hotels in Ain Elsokhna the sea is clean but to reach an accepted depth you have to walk around 500m.
The hotel main restaurant is very nice with good variations in meals and tasty food.
The resort includes a supermarket which have all you need with the normal price.
There was no night activites except the concert in the lobby which was good.
Overall very nice hotel and highly recommended.

A very charming hotel in the coast with a beautiful beach on the redsea with a view of the ships on the horizon lining up to pass thru the suez . Perfect and huge swimming pool, super delicious food and entertainment at night

This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday!
The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed!
The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy.
And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained.

The service is not 5 star, the staff’s attitude is really not the best, their food was bad, everything is super expensive and for nothing, the beach is not that good either. But it looks luxurious Eh ;)
