Great Stay at Tanoak Hotel

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a lovely view of the pool. Most of the in-room amenities were available and in good condition.

Food was nice in the breakfast and dinner !

The staff were all very friendly and helpful—thank you to the pool staff, restaurant team, and the reception.

A special thanks to Nour for the warm welcome, it really made a difference!

Just one thing to note:
The beach is a bit far from the hotel, but there is a shuttle bus that runs every hour, which is convenient.

Once there, the beach itself is clean, sandy, and beautiful. However, the sunbeds and umbrellas are placed very close together, which makes it feel a bit crowded and lacks privacy.

Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
We’re definitely planning to come back soon!

It's a nice place for vacation.
You have ATM, if you are lucky it's not empty. But don't worry, you can pay with card everywhere.
Internet is working except when it doesn't.
Stuff is kind and respectful, yala.
Pool is clean and you have transportation if you prefer beach ⛱️.

The Tanoak Hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were swept away by how wonderful everything was. Ms. Nour greeted us at the door with such a warm welcome, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The room service was impeccable – always prompt and delicious, making our stay so comfortable. And the beach? Pure bliss! We spent so much time soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Mr. Ahmed took such great care of us by the beach, showing perfect hospitality, and the food throughout the hotel was simply divine. A huge thank you to Mr. Ayman and the entire Tanoak team for making our trip so incredibly fun and memorable. We had an absolute blast!

A Really nice hotel, cozy, white vibes allover the place, friendly crew and amazing food fo dinner, beautiful pool, the beach is super clean & you have to swim in the lagoon, it felt like a vivid dream.. I'd definitely come here again :)

I went to the pool and it was clean room 5001 and the staff here are really nice. Special thanks to the pool lifeguards Yousef and Mr Wales manger pool very helpful children and really perfect manger restaurant Mohamed and guest experience nour thanks all management team tanoak hotel I will recommend with my friends

the food is good and we had fun the waitress were nice the lagoon was nice too and the pool was nice and the place is clean and nice the room was big

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. Once the staff found out about our special occasion, they surprised us with a beautiful room decoration and even upgraded our stay from a superior room to a junior suite — such a thoughtful gesture!
The food was delicious — while there wasn’t a huge variety, the quality was excellent. Our room was very clean, and room service was outstanding; everything we ordered arrived in less than 5 minutes!
The hotel itself isn’t very large, but it’s cozy and well-maintained. The lagoon inside the hotel was a lovely feature, and the beach was also great.
Check-in was very smooth and quick. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
Special thanks to Ms. Nour for being extremely helpful and welcoming ,she truly made our stay extra special.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, but the room layout is too perfunctory. The service is thoughtful and the food is delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the beach. The front desk staff is too slow to check in. The check-out service is even slower.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my stay! The food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and the music by the pool created a great atmosphere and the choices of the songs were amazing. However, I noticed that the hotel could use a bit more staff during the weekend, as things got a little slow. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—thank you!
