Tanoak Resort

Perfect site for relaxation, the check in process took about five minutes. The decorations were very beautiful and relaxing for the eyes. The room size was very good, the air conditioning unit was very good, The restaurant was very good and very close to the rooms. The food was very delicious and tasty with varieties everyday. The restaurant service was very good. The staff were very friendly and polite. The beach was very far from the hotel rooms so, you have to take your car or wait for the shuttle bus every one hour. The overall experience was very good and very beautiful.

Food was absolutely amazing, great quality and did not cause any issues. The service is great although the drinks staff were a little rude. Beautiful view, okay pool. The best thing was the sea, yes it was a little small but it's beautiful and so so clear. I'd love to go back there again.

The place is really calming, and nice hotel staff.
The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable bed and decors color.
The restaurant is relatively small, however, the food very good, with variable choices, with great deserts section.
WiFi6 allover the hotel with reasonable speed.
The sea is a bit away, with shuttle bus every hour to take you to and back the hotel. The beach is clean, with nice fast food cafe.
Children activities are fun, with nice animation team, especially after dinner. The nights has some good activities to have with adults that is differentevery night.
The distance from Cairo is very near, about 1 hour and half from East Cairo.

Our experience at Tanoak was extremely incredible! We celebrated our son’s birthday and the animation team did a fantastic job in arranging this celebration with us! The staff are extremely welcoming. We will be most definitely visiting it again!

We recently stayed at your hotel and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The house was clean and comfortable, providing a nice atmosphere. However, we did not find it to be a five-star hotel.

One issue we encountered was the theft of a Gant sweater. I left it to dry on a sun lounger outside the villa, and it was stolen. When I reported this to the reception, they promised to check the surveillance cameras. Although they took our contact information, they never got back to us. I even emailed the hotel to inquire about the sweater, but received no response. This was disappointing, especially considering the promise of follow-up.

Additionally, it would be convenient for guests to have access to beach towels. We had to bring our own from the villa, which was inconvenient.

The damaged tiles around the pool area pose a safety hazard, as it's easy to accidentally injure oneself. On a positive note, the service in the restaurant was excellent, though other staff members could learn from the restaurant staff's example in terms of friendliness.

While we would consider returning, we expect better responsiveness from the hotel. At the moment, it feels slightly overpriced for what it offers. These are clear areas for improvement, but ones that can hopefully be addressed as the hotel matures.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. I have never experienced this level of hospitality before anywhere, and that is all thanks to all the staff. They are extremely welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. It truly was an incredible experience. The rooms are amazing as well as the restaurants foods are always fresh they make something new everyday and all the chiefs are nice, pool, spa beach… basically everything is perfect about this place! Reading the comments that’s low stars complaining they are lying 😂… see you soon inshallah… Coming all the way from Yemen trust me, you won’t regret coming to this place, I promise💙
