I enjoyed an excellent break with family in this resort.
Everything was perfect ,we went during october.service is one of the finest, location is extremely good you enjoy the beach,pools and facilities.
The resort is an all inclusive package,you will enjoy a variety of delicious food.there is a big kids club and fitness club with spa

Had a lovely time here. Hotel is a bit tired, for example the slide doors to the balcony were difficult to lock due to the rust, and there was a smell from the shower drains which may be old and in need for service, other than that the pool and beach were amazing, as was the all inclusive buffet, and the alacarte restaurants. I would consider going again, although we went out of season (end of September) and it was very quiet, perhaps too quiet.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing. It’s a great mix of luxury and fun.
I highly recommend it and would love to visit again!

I love the staff and the way they treat people! The food is also amazing and it’s honestly some of the best foods I've ever tried in my life. The rooms are also very cozy and the house keeping staff always make sure you are comfortable in every way possible. So far my experience here has been spectacular and i cant wait to see what else this hotel awaits!

The most beautiful beach, cyan water and white sand, not hot weather. Really like Caribbean, maybe better. Hotel is nice, luxury, but older, the bathroom a bit worn out. The food was delicious, huge amount of food from many cousins. We liked Asia and Turkish ala carte restaurants. Very nice and willing staff.

The first night we arrived we went straight to the dinner buffet and despite the fact that we were very hungry we absolutely loathed the food. No flavor, over cooked, overly touristic. To add to that, after a long way of travel, we only wanted to unpack, wash and go to bed, only to find that the cupboards and all surfaces are dusty. Me and my wife started wiping all the surfaces to be able to unpack our luggage. The next morning I reported all that to the hotel manager and that has transformed our whole experience for the rest of the two weeks. A meeting was arranged with the head chef of the hotel, he took my feed back and asked about what we generally like to eat and for the rest of the two weeks I get messages before lunch and dinner from the head chef asking about what we would like to eat and if something that's not on the menu it was cooked specifically for us. Also have to mention that the quality of the food in the main buffer has improved significantly. After some time we stopped asking for made to order dishes as the quality and variety of the buffet was great. This is very impressive as they are running a 600 cover operation in the height of the season yet they manage to cater for specific individual needs. Additionally, the house keeping manager came to meet me to apologise and a deep clean was given to our room. I kept getting visits from the house keeping manager every few days to ensure that I am satisfied with the level of cleanliness. Finally I would like to mention that all staff members were very professional with a genuine smile on their face and a desire to deliver a good service. Special thanks to Chef Tarek and his team for a fantastic and unforgettable experience. Last but not least the beach and water quality were second to none. The resort in general is very kids friendly. We had a fantastic time and surely we will be back again.

Great hotel and location. In particular the hotel staff was professional and always available to make our stay comfortable. In particular we met Mirna at the Restaurant's Ice Cream Shop had a beaming smile and made our kids feel at home. Wishing all the staff, Esraa and Mirna a big thanks.

Wonderful stay at this resort! The service was top-notch. Every member of the staff was courteous and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. They made a wonderful setup in the room for our anniversary. Everything was amazing. Would specially recommend booking a jacuzzi-cabana since it was the best part of entire stay. Always had someone check on us for drinks/snacks. Staff were so friendly with our daughter and ready to get anything to make her stay enjoyable.
