The G Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in !!
1- I kept waking up in the midnight because of one guy who stays in the next room and this guy is one of the staff who works in the hotel ! He keep smoking cigarettes 🚬 almost everyday and the smokes come to my room through the air-conditioning ! I spoke to the hotel operator many times but the problem didn't get solved 🙃 👎👎

2- the hot water that coming through the shower from the heater is full of rust , I complained about it but they ignored and didn't solve the issue !!

3- the food quality and the options at the hotel restaurant are not that good and limited !

4- when it was raining the water got into the room from the roof and underneath the door and from the electrical socket 🌧 while the rain was not that heavy !!

- the electricity kept coming off and on many times during the rainy 🌧 day !

5 - they make parties over the night and the sound of music is so high and noisy which makes the chance of sleeping impossible !! 👎👎

What else worst then that i could write
It's 03:00 AM and I'm still awake because of the smell of the cigarettes 🚬 !!

Don't waste your money booking in " the G " hotel !! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

My brother had a terrible experience today, very disappointed in this hotel. He went with his family for a day use and was told at the reception and on the phone that soft drinks were included. After they spent the day, they received a surprising bill! They paid a ridiculous amount to spend a day use with no where to get changed or shower. They had no choice but to shower in the gym and it was very dirty and the shower drain was blocked. This hotel is a rip off and not recommended for anyone to waste their money and time. First and last time going there.

Well my experience was horrible
First we paid alote of money for day use
Service and food are very bad
No place to shower which if we are paying this amout atleast we need place to shower
And the amount we paid not including only pizza or burger no soft drinks no water
We had to wait an hour to just order
I went to many resort in alsahel this one for sure worst experience and i will never go back again

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at The G Hotel. Their service is extremely poor and unprofessional. Despite multiple promises, the concierge never followed through on bookings, and they failed to change my room as promised. The staff are manipulators, seemingly more interested in money than in providing quality service. This hotel lacks many essential details and falls far short of being a 5-star establishment. There are numerous better options in the North Coast. I strongly advise against booking here; it’s a complete scam and not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the G Hotel in Alalamein and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. The staff, unfortunately, left much to be desired in terms of honesty and efficiency. I was promised a "golf ride" that ended up being an hour-long wait, with no explanation or apology for the delay.

Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was far from pleasant. It seemed to cater predominantly to a nouveau riche crowd, whose lack of manners was quite off-putting. The environment felt less like a luxury retreat and more like a place where guests are simply viewed as revenue sources.

While I had high expectations for my stay, the poor service and distasteful ambiance significantly marred my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve both their service and the overall guest experience.
