Loved my stay at El Alamein Hotel! The place is beautiful and the service was amazing. Big thanks to **Mahmoud** at reception – so kind and helpful as a solo traveler he treated me like a family member and all my wishes came true – and to **Mr. Nasser** from concierge who arranged all my restaurant bookings and golf cart rides perfectly and incredibly fast

The hotel is beachfront as you leave your room it’s few meters (10-15m) till you reach the beach sand. We had an upper floor with Seaview which was breathtaking. The hotel itself is extraordinary and each corner tells a story. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The hotel is super well taken care of and well maintained. Food was fresh, delicious and extremely diverse. I had an issue paying with a foreign card and was overcharged. It took long to be solved but Mr Karim kept communicating with me until it was solved. All in all, this will be our Egyptian Mediterranean destination for the time being. I want to give a shoutout to Mr Karim (Reception Manager), the Guest relations team for organizing the birthday for my wife and Mohamed (the florist) who made an extremely beautiful flower bouquet.

The hotel is very nice with very good hospitality Metwally was very kind and all staff members were very helpful and polite Restaurant was ful of yummy food stuff the pool was heated ,all the hotel smells good , the room was clean ,organised with great view

Housekeeping wash mugs in the bottom of bathroom as in photos, my daughter get infected from drinking in these mugs for 3 days. We don’t expect they wash by this way & finally, receptionist said sorry. pool heaters is off & water is cold although we are in Eid, we complained many times about pool but no one care. Hotel is very very overcrowded. If you’re lucky, you might find a table for dinner after much time. Every thing is less than average. However the price is very high. I booked from their website at a rate triple higher than many other guests, when I complained they told me they are group. I will never come again till the rest of my life

I had such an amazing time with my family. The attention to detail from all the staff was outstanding. They helped me find an earring that I lost in the restaurant area, and they were very generous with different complimentary beverages in the afternoon time. The overall vibe is amazing and fun. The food quality was great. The view from the room is breathtaking. Thank you to all the hotel management, staff and Salah who was very helpful and kind. You made my time in Al Alamein unforgettable!

Just spent an amazing time at this incredible 5-star hotel! The service was truly on point, making everything feel effortless and perfect. The beach was stunning, with the most beautiful sea color that I couldn’t get enough of, and the view of the clouds over the water was just breathtaking.
