What a superb resort. Well run, clean, friendly staff and a true dedication to providing excellent customer service. A special mention must be made to all the catering staff and especially the guys responsible for the outdoor barbecue, which was exceptional!

Summer 2023 Good resort with a nice water park. Slides, lazy river, surf pool. The resort isn't very big. The restaurant is quite large; the air conditioning could be a little cooler. Entertainment is up to Egyptian standards. The food is good. There's also plenty of variety. The rooms are good, with nice views. Everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The hotel was fantastic, from reception, lobby bar staff, pool bar staff, cleaning staff and the animation team especially Olivia. Rooms very spacious with plenty of storage, cleaned daily ours was by Mohammed. Plenty choice of food for everyone.

Just got home from a week here, fab place to stay a lot for the kids to do age 15,10, everyone out the pool by 5:00/5:30 ish staff all lovely, good mix of food, ok to go out the hotel,clean and tidy, Night time not a lot to do at all the entertainment is hit and miss so can get abit boring take some games with you, and make sure you have mozzy spray we got a few but some people wow didn’t look good

It is better than 3 stars. I like this place and the people who work in there. There is also nice view in back side of hotel. Room is okay. Food are nice.

Moderate service and food related to affordable low prices with a wonderful location.

It is near old market, walking around 20 min. Room is ok, but not kind of other resort hotels. We stay short rest for midnight flight.

We were very happy to be greeted with smiling faces by people. I definitely recommend it in terms of price and performance. And they are trying to do their best to make you comfortable.

The price is affordable. The guy at the front desk is very patient. The breakfast room is very comfortable and there is a swimming pool. Got a great deal here with a very comfortable room, loved all my interactions with the staff. I didn’t get to use the pool but I love how central it is, feels very social.

The location is great, close to the old market, Farsha and the airport. We didn't take a diving tour because we were at this hotel because the sea was like an aquarium.

This hotel is on a hill so when you walk down to the beach in the pool it is quite a steep walk for those who are not as mobile. The hotel itself is okay during the winter season and the top pool is not in use and it’s absolutely freezing. The children’s pool is the warmer of the two what can I say about this hotel? Totally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

Almost perfect! Entertainment, food, and shopping all very nice. However, the shower in my room had no hot water and the problem was not resolved. Other than that, lovely resort. Will definitely be back 🙂

It is noisy everywhere in Sharm El Sheik, you should not be there for peace and quiet. Especially on the beach and also in the main street, everyone tries to promote their own music as loudly as possible with generally poor equipment. We mainly came here to dive and enjoy the beautiful coral and fish. And we succeeded again this year! Sanafir has a club night at the Bus Stop (formerly Pacha) on Sundays...

A wonderful hotel with good service

Great hotel, welcoming. Lovely patio with seating area, pools and waterfall. Breakfast and lunch/dinner included. You can order it to your room - very convenient. We had breakfast on the terrace - there is a table next to each room. Try the tabbouleh salad - wonderful. Bus stop - a cafe, part of the hotel - you can have lunch/dinner there, freely play billiards, darts, table football or a console....
