Lovely hotel and attentive staff. Could do with more daily and evening entertainment. Very low key but with teenagers needed more activities. Walk to beach is more like 15min than 5 as advertised by first choice

Food was incredible - plenty of choice each mealtime with live cooking stations both inside and outside the main restaurant. We also ate in one of the a la carte restaurants, which was also excellent

An amazing resort where nothing seems to be too much trouble. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Even now in July the pools aren’t busy. We’ve not queued for anything anywhere

Some reviews say room is outdated but I like the bedoin feel, very appropriate. Affordable good quality stay. All in all great valve for a family stay within the better end of the star market

A great location on the beach with access to the end of the coral reef by a jetty they even drive you to the end of on a buggy so that you can get in the water and snorkel amongst some amazing fish

I must say thanks to Khaled the lifeguard at the pool we went to each day who arranged the towels and the bar staff there who kept us supplied with drinks at our sunbeds

For adults there’s entertainment every night which was of a good standard either in the large auditorium, outside by the reception or on the beach stage

I'm currently dining at this fantastic Brazilian restaurant, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience! The food is simply outstanding – a huge shoutout to Chef Ramadan, who crafted each dish with such skill and flavor

I cannot say for myself that this hotel was probably by far superior in many ways than other hotels. The service in the restaurants and the waiters never failed to comply with their orders from their bosses and guests

Very great service at this hotel. Everyone is very kind, very helpful. Nothings ever too much hassle for the waiters, your drinks are always filled up, everyone has a smile on their face very welcoming very friendly

I had an amazing stay at sunrise beach. The hotel itself was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and beautiful decor. The bars were a highlight, offering a great selection of drinks and a wonderful atmosphere

5 year old who loved the Aqua Park and they main pool which was very safe with a very nice human-made beach The beach facilities are very good and the jetty is very well maintained

This is our second visit to Sunrise Diamond beach and definitely won't be the last. The resort is super clean, with different tasty food varieties

The beach itself is beautiful, large, sunbeds are not crowded together, spacious. A very convenient bridge for access to the sea. An impressive coral reef right off the coast

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

Access to the beach does not require any effort, although the hotel is located on a high cliff, there are several elevators for the convenience of vacationers

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Sharm El-Sheikh. The snorkeling was incredible, with vibrant coral reefs just off the beach. Room service was prompt and attentive, keeping everything spotless

You can't swim at the beach (because of the coral reefs, & apparently I was the only one who didn't know), but you can swim, snorkel or dive at a dock by the beach. Diving & snorkel tools cost extra

I highly recommend this hotel, suitable for all ages and so friendly and welcoming. The setting is just out of this world, beautiful coral sea and loads of underwater activities and marine life

I would like to share the most heavenly place on earth, this was my first holiday abroad, the impressions were incredible, the children were delighted with the animation and paid so much attention that we did not have time to get bored

Various games and activities, every hour there was some kind of activity, the children were always busy with something. We learned so many incredible emotions, from the sea, from the views, from the weather

I’ve been to Grand Rotana 4 times now and I can honestly say it’s such beautiful hotel. A lot of the staff are the same and been promoted over the years and still remember our faces and treat us so well

Great place for a family holiday. Good animation, friendly staff, large and well-kept grounds. Shallow and warm sea, even in February. For families with children the most it.

The resort is nice there were large amount of trees and flowers and we had nice time there is different activities

Excellent resort, they have different levels and we went for the highest gold one with unlimited access to all facilities and restaurants. Excellent food, Aqua park and private beach

It's really beautiful territory. A lot of flowers trees evrything is green and bright. The room is a bit old and needs a redecoration. The beach is nice and big, very good for kids

The beach has everything: showers, toilets, luggage storage, a bar. Were in the hotel again, for regular guests there are different bonuses. And we will definitely be back!

Sunbeds on top of the hill feels like you are in the middle of the sea. There are plenty of restaurants, the main restaurant that is serving buffet is very good. There are other a la cart restaurants that can be booked

It is family friendly: warm pools, football pitch, aquapark, beach entertainment. But I will give 5 stars to the reef: the best I've seen so far

If you are a diver or would like to learn diving, this is the place! The rooms are a bit old, but spatious and cleaning was amazing. Watch out for mosquitos, as they are small but thirsty 😂

Although I'm not into snorkelling or diving, my wife was truly impressed. I appreciated the quality of their football pitch, and they also offer beach volleyball. The only aspect I didn't like was the entertainment

Rooms too old , not five stars service at all , some cameras don’t work so safety also not guaranteed. Beach Location is perfect for snorkeling beautiful corals reefs and colorful fish. Food becomes boring after a week

Nice hotel. The rooms are big square with old furniture, but neat. We put koshlaty duvet cover that wasn't very nice. There is no Internet. Drinks on the beach served in tiny plastic cups. Stunning reef. Friendly staff

I'd like to separately praise the water Bishoy in the main restaurant and by the sea, Mohamed, who makes burgers and fries. Additionally, an amazing benefit is the Soho Park next to the hotel

We stayed at this hotel in January and liked everything very much. The area is convenient, near Soho, where you can stroll in the evenings. The reef is incomparable, you don’t want to get out of the water

They also serve very good strong machine coffee. The customer service was great in most areas, though there were also some passive attendants

The food and catering is fine, the theme for dinners are different every night, always there are fish, chicken and beef with some side servings. I’d like some more veggies for the dinners, to be honest

Coral reef is the most wonderful thing here - after a short pontoon there are good depth, live coral you swim nearby and plenty of fish - the view is amazing! PS animations team girls are the best:)

During the day there are activities in the pool and “on the ground”, so everyone will find anything for their inner kid

Cleaning and towel change are ongoing everyday, but we’ve decided to ask room service once every 2 days. Animation is great during the day&nights. Every day there are some new theme for the evening advertisement

Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one

Was a big company with children. Reef is good, swam a lot, watched fish. There is more or less sandy part of sunset in the water with a beach that it is important for families with young children

Liked it, especially the animation team, they were really friendly and cheerful all the time, the beach was amazing and i enjoyed snorkeling and diving, the resort is overall good except that the quality of food is poor i think that they just need a good chef

The hotel is visibly old, although well-maintained. The food lacks variety, but the staff are friendly. Two biggest advantages of the hotel are beach-front location and plenty of pools, so it doesn't get crowded

The hotel is extremely beautiful, especially when it is by the sea. Went diving with the fish, the fish are very curious and funny. We got breakfast, lunch and dinner but I think you have to pay for it, I’m not sure

They were nice enough to upgrade our room as we were newlyweds. Our four-day stay was problem free which was all i could ask for. The overall vibe was nice and the hotel was pretty cozy
