Fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff could not do enough for us from the minute we stepped through the door to the minute we left. This hotel has it all. A great location on the beach with access to the end of the coral reef by a jetty they even drive you to the end of on a buggy so that you can get in the water and snorkel amongst some amazing fish. The stay was excellent, The room view was perfect and the service was very professional. All the staff exert their best effort and take care of making our stay the best and fulfill our requirements. Stayed in Pyramisa for 6 nights and it was so welcoming and relaxing. The resort is huge with so much amenities. If we ran into any issues we had the night manager, Ibrahim who personally dealt with us, gave us a tour of the resort and so much more. Would definitely come again.

Unfortunately , we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We had to change rooms - first one was very dirty, the second did not have working AC, the third also had broken parts (lights were not working, the toilet paper holder was broken etc) but we were too lazy to change it for the third time especially assuming that most of the rooms would be not fully working/clean etc. The food was very diverse...

The staff is nice and polite, although they could use a bit more language knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is mesmerizing at night and the event (karaoke for example) are fun. The beach itself is also amazing, clean, the water is clear as glass and the corals are beautiful.

Excellent stay with Novotel Sharm el Sheikh. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment set by Natalie, Angelina and Olga, especially the daily activities and kids evening disco.
