Just got back from a week at Rixos Seagate. 8 of us went and there was something for each generation. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options. The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world .. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

The room was average, and they only added an extra bed after reminding me. The staff's service attitude was not very good, no smile, no guidance, and I had to figure it out on my own. Regency Plaza has a great atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and the people were friendly. It felt like a good place to relax. Unfortunately, the service didn’t meet expectations. We ordered room service and it never arrived, with no explanation or follow-up. It took away from the overall experience. With better service, this could be a much better stay.

Bad service from some staff. There is no bus from the hotel to take you. There is no Pepsi machine and no espresso or cappuccino machine. The drinks are very weak and few. Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy. The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value.
