We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Seagate in Sharm, and it was an experience to remember! The weather was delightfully hot, perfect for a sun-soaked holiday

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The bar service, both inside and outside, was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. However, the quality of the drinks was a bit of a letdown

The Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a perfect location and excellent resort in shark bay , the food in restaurants was very good and my tow room was very clean I would thank you all staff working three from gate to beach The gays in restaurants and respiration bars

rooms are comfortable but need to be more clean! The main Restaurant so messy i saw kids playing and touching the food on the buffet with their hands and this is really disgusting!!! Food is not really good have no taste lots of spices that covers completely the taste of the food and you can’t recognize what are you eating !!! chefs at the food stations are polite !! Specially the lady who bakes arabic...

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

It was a week in heaven, the hotel is luxurious, room was wide clean and comfortable, infinity pool with sea view 😍, aqua park, beach with breath taking coral reef which gives amazing snorkeling experience and before all of these the most friendly staff members I have ever seen, really everyone in the hotel deserve the warmest regards, thanks for everything

We have had the most lovely holiday! The staff are extremely friendly and kind! The entertainment is great and have enjoyed watching all of the shows! The location of the resort is beautiful we couldn’t fault the holiday whatsoever! So many different activities to do as well! We had the best time!

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Sharm El-Sheikh. The snorkeling was incredible, with vibrant coral reefs just off the beach. Room service was prompt and attentive, keeping everything spotless

I highly recommend this hotel, suitable for all ages and so friendly and welcoming. The setting is just out of this world, beautiful coral sea and loads of underwater activities and marine life

You can't swim at the beach (because of the coral reefs, & apparently I was the only one who didn't know), but you can swim, snorkel or dive at a dock by the beach. Diving & snorkel tools cost extra

I'd recommend it for couples/family/friend groups vacations. The breakfast buffet is above average. The pool is kinda small, considering the size of the hotel

The restaurant, the management, and the animation team, especially Alex and Mona, treated her with love and kindness, and her work was very nice with the children. She is not pretentious, but loves what she does

From restaurant ,reception, rooms,lifeguards, and entertainment teams, they are always there for you with a smile. The quality of customer service at this hotel is exceptional

I would never stay at another Rixos nor recommend one to a friend. Workers very nice, cheery and helpful. Pools sparkling but frigid and all but the heated pool was useless in early April

Salt Seafood is one of the best fish restaurants I've ever been! I would strongly recommend to book a place and have dinner there. Anything you order is delicious except desserts. So do not spoil your taste with desserts

Great hotel! So many great a la carte restaurants - the Turkish and Brazilian were the stand outs. We mainly stayed at the first pool as the bar staff were great and the vibe of the pool was relaxing

Unfortunately they do not taste good

Our experience has been lovely! From arrival through checkout everything has been impeccable! We had a group of 9 so we got a cabana on the beach which was convenient and relaxing

We want to specifically shout out Aladdin (cart driver), Ahmed (The Palm), and Adham (Mangal Waiter) for their excellent service. Food is delicious, especially for a buffet

Good experience in general, yet the heated pool was not working, and they operate only two slides of the aqua park at a time. The room is moderate and food is good.

Every day different restaurant foods. Very nice very big area and Aqua park also big enough. Especially Royal Club team is perfect thank you for them. Reception team is very polite and handful

The hotel was good, it's my last day today. Pros : Migo was very good at cleaning rooms. People are very kind, the food is fresh and tasty, and there are really good burgers on the beach

The poolside experience was fantastic, with lifeguards everywhere who were very friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of both guests and children

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay

Our suite was a deluxe sea view with jacuzzi room 643, and it was just amazing. It was huge and the location was quiet with a great view as well so that made it even more special

Special shout out to the lifeguard and bar staff at the adult pool (North 38), they were outstanding

They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time

The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational

For all this time, there have never been any problems with sun loungers; there are a huge number of them both on the seashore and by the pools

The only point is that I would like to suggest expanding the stairs to descend into the sea, or adding additional ones. When there is a large flow of people, traffic jams sometimes occur

I was staying in the room near the adult only swimming pool which was the best! Really quiet and it has a small jacuzzi, a bar and no screams of kids! The food in the buffet and restaurants was really good, lots of variety of meet, vegetables, bread, sweets and more

My parents were staying in room 2211 and mahmoud from the housekeeping team was an absolute pleasure throughout our stay, ensuring all of our needs were met

The lobby was grand and impressive and the smell throughout was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily to perfection

Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

Food included meat, fish, seafood, salads, sauces, soups, grill, desserts, fruits. At lunchtime we tried to have lunch on the beach. Nice place, spacious, not hot

There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food

You need to add some variety when you're on vacation for a long time and you're not interested in the same thing. Mountains of food! Sushi, seafood, meat, millions of desserts and snacks

Free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental supplies, washcloth, water, coffee and tea in the room. Room with sea and mountain views. Thanks to Ahmed who cleaned our room

Nice hotel. The rooms are big square with old furniture, but neat. We put koshlaty duvet cover that wasn't very nice. There is no Internet. Drinks on the beach served in tiny plastic cups. Stunning reef. Friendly staff

Good vibes , entertainment animation team and the coral reef is amazing for snorkelling or even diving. A good recommendation for relaxation and have good time in a good location in the middle of Soho square.

A hotel with a beautiful layout, in a good location by the sea. It has its own beach with lots of fish and corals. The food is varied and good, including chicken, fish, meat, seafood, and lots of cakes

An incredible number of fishes, which I had no idea about during a visit to other hotels (in the neighbouring Savoy the reef is already dead, unlike the marine life on the beach of Island View Resort) For sure, the hotel rooms are not in the best condition, but the cleaning was excellent

This was very very disappointing, and the reason we ate most of our meals besides breakfast outside of the hotel - the Calamari a la carte restaurant didn’t have fresh seawater fish (they only had the Nile-tasting tilapia) and the seafood tasted strange

Nice beach (although it was hard to find space later in the day). - Staff: Quite polite and nice. Aldo from the dive center was super nice

Hummus was available only on the first day, then they “ran out” (even though it was available in the a la carte restaurant) - Lack of good, fresh seafood and fish

The seabass from the in-room menu tasted mushy and old. A seaside holiday without good fish is very disappointing

I understand it’s a cheaper hotel, but at least they could have enough brocolli… (there was a steamed veggie bowl, and the brocolli was always quickly taken by guests, and only carrots and courgette remained

I don’t know, I feel that if the hotel sees there’s higher demand for something, they should refill more of it (or stop offering it in the first place))

The hotel is visibly old, although well-maintained. The food lacks variety, but the staff are friendly. Two biggest advantages of the hotel are beach-front location and plenty of pools, so it doesn't get crowded

Liked it, especially the animation team, they were really friendly and cheerful all the time, the beach was amazing and i enjoyed snorkeling and diving, the resort is overall good except that the quality of food is poor i think that they just need a good chef

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have visited and the cleaning is top 10 stars. The guy Romany that cleaned our room 1337 is very professional in his work and very respectful

Everything is so clean they really care about keeping the rooms, lobby, bar hygienic and spotless. The entertainment team is so fun and full of life and they do so much fun activities

The sandy beach with a coral reef is great for snorkelling. Large pool in the middle of the hotel with its own bar. All meals are served buffet style, everyone can choose and all meals are delicious

Apart from this, the friends who constantly come to talk to you for massages or events for hours with different price policies given by different people while you are resting by the pool or the sea, is a very disturbing system, you should stop this; Half of my holiday was spent with these conversations, it was quite boring

Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. The whole hotel is covered by wifi. In terms of entertainment, I must not forget the animation team that organizes different activities every day of the week

Very nice, food is perfect: many choices, healthy. Nice place with delicious food. Beach is very nice , we can swim from beach or from Pantone. A lot of perfect corals and different fishes

It is one of the best hotels that you will ever stay in. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated and designed. There are lots of pools and only a stone throw away from its very own beach

This hotel is in a perfect location, the private beach is very convenient. The lifeguard ayad was very helpful, he put the towels out on the bench and cleaned our sunglasses for us

The restaurant is updated and the food is super tasty! The reception is always great, especially big thanks and greetings to Mina❤️, who always finds me a great room and makes me feel welcome! I will definitely continue to choose Sierra as my Sharm holiday destination
