We are staying here at the moment and everything is really nice. The food is tasty and always fresh, with good variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming

Lovely hotel and attentive staff. Could do with more daily and evening entertainment. Very low key but with teenagers needed more activities. Walk to beach is more like 15min than 5 as advertised by first choice

The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

We've had a nice stay at this hotel. Excellent service everyday from Osama in the buffet restaurant, nothing is to much trouble for him, very polite and helpful. All staff have been helpful and polite

Rooms are OK, air con is great the cleaners are lovely. I'd say the lack of ice and sometimes running out of Pepsi was a let down for us as a family who like ice in our drinks and like a fizzy coke

Just got back from a week at Rixos Seagate. 8 of us went and there was something for each generation. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

We got to do the sauna, steam, Turkish bath, face mask, full body massage and jacuzzi for a great price. I would highly recommend doing the programme as it makes you feel so relaxed for the remainder of the holiday

The staff who gave our message were two lovely women who were really friendly. As well the programme also makes sure your tan lasts longer throughout your holiday so you stay glowing

There wasn’t any faults for me or my girlfriend during our stay all the staff are so friendly and the food is great just what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel

During the night there’s plenty to do like a shisha bar and a main stage where they have parties and shows on just a great experience and I would definitely visit again

Amazing hotel, Clean, food lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. The bar man in dining pub is called khalid. He was so friendly everyday made sure we was OK. Even helped me when I was loosing at pool

The rooms are very nice, with big balcony and good services. People are very friendly and accommodating. Has pool and beach very close by. Drinks are always available with lots of options

Lots of air conditioned spaces but also has good sunshine. Sammy in reception is the best! He’s so helpful, the most accommodating and very nice. He will always make you laugh

Bashoy who deals with the towels by the pool and Mohammed the head chef are a total credit to the hotel. They should both get a pay rise for all their hard work and effort

The two outstanding elements of a stay here are the amazing service provided by the staff and the view of the Red Sea from your bedroom balcony

The pool and beach area is lovely but you cannot enter the sea from the beach. Any snorkeling or swimming in the sea has to be done from a jetty

The back of the bed wasn’t clean was full of dust and that was weird as i thought everyday the guy will clean it out and it stayed the same during my whole stay there and I didn’t want to bother anyone

The over all experience wasn't bad with the hotel However I expected better honesty. First of all the bathrooms was always wet and have to wait for next day until someone comes and clean the room

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

From picturesque to staff it has all been a wonderful experience. Everyone in the staffing team will try to help and resolve your issues and questions

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated

Ahmed and Ali at the pool bar are superb! Sony and the magic team do a great job entertaining both adults and children. Can’t fault the place will definitely be back!

The entry on Ala Carte and Spa is appointment based which is really professional and appropriate as that ensures quality experience and service

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

Mahmoud being one of the managers treated myself and my son Mason like the celebrities we are 😉 nothing was too much trouble and between him and Gillian they sorted a couple of a la Carte dinners for us after being disappointed in the “Christmas dinner” that was provided

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

We specialy thank Osama from the beach bar who told us about the Egypt and served the best drinks. The food is ok, no one got sick. Near the hotel there is a reaf, nice views

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

He constantly making cocktails for my family and interacting with all of us. all in all a decent hotel and I’ll definitely be coming back

First time at The Rixos adults only hotel for a family holiday for Christmas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room we had is clean and spacious. The resort is huge and in a great location

Fabulous Christmas holiday at Rico’s Sharm. weather has been good. Resort has been amazing with a wonderful New Year party, fireworks everything. Food great especially at Salt snacks. All staff wonderful

I would never stay at another Rixos nor recommend one to a friend. Workers very nice, cheery and helpful. Pools sparkling but frigid and all but the heated pool was useless in early April

I had a wonderful holiday in my stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. Rooms were really spacious and everything looked in great condition. Also I want to say that the entertainment at the hotel was great

Keep in mind that when you leave the towels on the panton, put something on top, slippers, cream, water, because it was stolen, but you need to return it using a card

Very friendly staff (especially the chef who’s on the poolside during lunch and gives out big portions of meat during dinner!!), nice service and great location (10min walk from Soho Square)

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

It was a great experience and I understood why it is said that "the essence of Egypt is in the Red Sea".

The pool is huge — one of the biggest we’ve seen — and there’s a separate jacuzzi pool with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Overall, the staff go out of their way to help with anything

One small moment that really impressed us: our kids were looking for chicken fingers, which weren’t on the buffet that day. Chef Anwar noticed and had a plate sent to our table. That was such a thoughtful gesture

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

In august i had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The beach was absolutely stunning, crystal-clear waters that made for a perfect of relaxation

I really liked the hotel🩵 we lived in the first building with a terrace and access to the pool 16+ perfect place! Everything is beautiful, aesthetics, lots of greenery

Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times

The resort environment is very good, the room is quite big, but a little old. All the waiters are very enthusiastic. Even if the hotel helps you call a taxi, you must first negotiate the price.

Definitely recommend the Cairo day trip to visit the pyramids as it’s a once in a lifetime. Note they don’t offer pork due to the majority of the countries religion so it is primarily chicken, beef and fish

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

Though the seashore is down the hill, there are regular buses from the reception with several stops. There is a high chance of waves in the morning, while in the afternoon the sea is calmer

There are plenty of shops, pharmacy outside of the hotel. If you need a taxi, catch one on the road, the taxis at the hotel and from the guys standing outside of the hotel offering a taxi service is a rip off

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one

Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care

Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes

There is also a Seafood and Italian Restaurant which you can book for your stay

Bottled water topped up daily. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar

Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed

Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool

Gardens are incredible, immaculately maintained and look fabulous at night with all of the lighting

The night shift bartender Ahmed was amazing. Kind and good with us even in this early hour in the night. Nur, Benny and Maira are the greatest. always have the best time with them. The food is great, the hotel is clean

The animators were absolutely amazing! They were always full of energy, friendly and made every activity so much fun. They created a fantastic atmosphere, made everyone feel included and we're always smiling
