The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

First time at The Rixos adults only hotel for a family holiday for Christmas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room we had is clean and spacious. The resort is huge and in a great location

First time at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh left me an amazing experience. 7 of us came to here to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and talkative

A wonderful, huge hotel in close proximity to the airport. The hotel is divided into two parts and there is a bus to take you from one to the other. One area with swimming pools, the second with access to the sea

Very friendly staff (especially the chef who’s on the poolside during lunch and gives out big portions of meat during dinner!!), nice service and great location (10min walk from Soho Square)

Just came back from my stay here and it was an amazing experience, the staff were super helpful and amazing especially the waiters Great location 5 min walk from soho square, great food options and amazing shuttle service to the beach where you can get snacks and lots of sunbeds and towels available Lovely big pool and no hidden costs would definitely recommend loved it

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

Pool side was great and the beach area too! Ahmed the poolside Bartender was very nice and brilliant at his job

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

Pools are a great solution for such cases. There are two calm places: North 38 (adults only) and relax pool Sultana (I guess)

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable

Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed

The cleaning staff is very helpful and they will do cute animals with the towels to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this resort if you look for amazing views, coral reef and relaxation

But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep

It is in the centre of Naama Bay, close to everything, has a good beach (but not one of the best in the Naama Bay) 200-300 m away from hotel entrance

They gave us the rooms in the separate houses(not in the main hotel building) and they were 100-200 meters away from each other

The food is delicious, I especially liked the croissants :) Beef, fish, poultry every meal, once in 4 days we got shrimp for dinner, delicious. A la carte is mediocre, but the service is excellent, they try!

Bathooms need updating, but beds are very comfy, lovely staff very helpful good excursions, and lovely to walk around the grounds to the beach nice temperature in January felt very safe around the area when walking out, and loved a good haggle

This hotel mainly does business with Russians. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds
