They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

We had a great time in Steigenberger Alcazar with our family. They have a lot of swimming pools and wide beach territory. We had a comfy stay with our 1,5 years old baby. Specially we would love to highlight the service

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated

I had a wonderful holiday in my stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. Rooms were really spacious and everything looked in great condition. Also I want to say that the entertainment at the hotel was great

Pools are a great solution for such cases. There are two calm places: North 38 (adults only) and relax pool Sultana (I guess)

Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

The room is spacious with two beds. Everything in the room works (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV with Russian channel NTN)

There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food

There are plenty of shops, pharmacy outside of the hotel. If you need a taxi, catch one on the road, the taxis at the hotel and from the guys standing outside of the hotel offering a taxi service is a rip off

Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care

Overall, I had a great experience with Park Regency everything was great over there. It has a fantastic beach, a good restaurant, and enjoyable activities

There are no mattresses on the beach, I have never seen anything like it. But the pontoons are comfortable. It's hard to get a towel, but they say 500 towels have already been delivered. So the problem will be solved

Rooms are big, food is great, service is good. Good beach, decent coral reef. The territory is green with a well-thought-out network of paths. Separate beach towels can be changed several times a day

The beds are really nice and the rooms are perfectly clean and the stuff you can buy have a fair price

To the more negative the pool are clean and all but really cold and the food is kinda tiring cause it’s almost the same everyday a little more seasoning on the food and maybe have some culture food days like Monday could be Asian food or something like that and warmer water would be recommended but overall I won’t complain it was SO nice! See yall next year

And I didn't like the fact there were a lot of people picking up the food with their hands instead of using the tongs. Makes me don't want even to try most of the food

But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep

It is in the centre of Naama Bay, close to everything, has a good beach (but not one of the best in the Naama Bay) 200-300 m away from hotel entrance

They gave us the rooms in the separate houses(not in the main hotel building) and they were 100-200 meters away from each other

Here are a few small examples: - Didn’t always get what I ordered in-room dining (cheese was missing on pasta, despite request) - Didn’t get the pick-up from the room on the last day as requested (so had to walk uphil for 10 minutes with lugagge at night) - Didn’t get the breakfast package at reception as requested on time and so had to wait before leaving - Couldn’t pay mix of cash and card for in...

My first visit to Sharm El Sheikh led me to choose the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Resort, and it was a great decision

This was very very disappointing, and the reason we ate most of our meals besides breakfast outside of the hotel - the Calamari a la carte restaurant didn’t have fresh seawater fish (they only had the Nile-tasting tilapia) and the seafood tasted strange

Cleaning and towel change are ongoing everyday, but we’ve decided to ask room service once every 2 days. Animation is great during the day&nights. Every day there are some new theme for the evening advertisement

The animation team were superb! Always something going on! The lifeguard at the bottom pool is an absolute gem of a guy. Bebo on the swim up pool bar is attentive and amazing at his job

Bathooms need updating, but beds are very comfy, lovely staff very helpful good excursions, and lovely to walk around the grounds to the beach nice temperature in January felt very safe around the area when walking out, and loved a good haggle

The structure is a little dated and botched here and there, needs some renovation in my opinion. The beach is wide, clean, and has fine sand. The animation team is friendly and does their best to keep You entertained

I think the strongest point for this resort is cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard, I'd like to mention and thank Raga our housekeeper because He took care of our room for the whole week

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

I can write endlessly about this hotel. where they serve hot pizza and ice cream, about the beach bar, there are drinks for every taste: alcoholic and non-alcoholic and unique cocoa

This was our first trip to Egypt and it was wonderful. The hotel has a good coastline. A very beautiful coral reef and magical sea animals. We liked the hotel staff, everyone was very polite, and funny

He made towel arrangements with flowers and every morning you get greetings. The food and the service has been excellent and very delicious

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

The food that was provided was very nice. And the rooms were always clean and perfect size for a family holiday. Everyday a lot of activities and evening show very nice place will be coming back next summer

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds

There are always sunbeds and the lifeguards reserve beds for you and there are plenty available! There is also a beautiful beach with amazing swimming and corals, we did some scuba diving with the on site team and it was the best experience

At the main pool we were looked after by Shady all week who was just amazing and made our trip so good

At the beach there is food and drinks and we were looked after so well by faris every time we went down there! In the evening the entertainment was always amazing and Medina was always smiling and so lovely when she saw us

The rooms and the facilities need some work and renovation, especially the AC, it works but is loud in most rooms ( I tried many rooms), the rooms are clean, and housekeep are responsive, but you have to tell them what you need
