Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

I would never stay at another Rixos nor recommend one to a friend. Workers very nice, cheery and helpful. Pools sparkling but frigid and all but the heated pool was useless in early April

Salt Seafood is one of the best fish restaurants I've ever been! I would strongly recommend to book a place and have dinner there. Anything you order is delicious except desserts. So do not spoil your taste with desserts

Great hotel! So many great a la carte restaurants - the Turkish and Brazilian were the stand outs. We mainly stayed at the first pool as the bar staff were great and the vibe of the pool was relaxing

Our experience has been lovely! From arrival through checkout everything has been impeccable! We had a group of 9 so we got a cabana on the beach which was convenient and relaxing

The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good

Great friendly service from all the staff. All non-swimming children are given armbands and are not allowed in the pool without them. Entertainment is the best I've seen in a holiday hotel

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay

They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time

There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food

Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

Here are a few small examples: - Didn’t always get what I ordered in-room dining (cheese was missing on pasta, despite request) - Didn’t get the pick-up from the room on the last day as requested (so had to walk uphil for 10 minutes with lugagge at night) - Didn’t get the breakfast package at reception as requested on time and so had to wait before leaving - Couldn’t pay mix of cash and card for in...

The check-in staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing me to access my room at 11 AM. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, boasting a lovely view

My first visit to Sharm El Sheikh led me to choose the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Resort, and it was a great decision

This was very very disappointing, and the reason we ate most of our meals besides breakfast outside of the hotel - the Calamari a la carte restaurant didn’t have fresh seawater fish (they only had the Nile-tasting tilapia) and the seafood tasted strange

Cleaning and towel change are ongoing everyday, but we’ve decided to ask room service once every 2 days. Animation is great during the day&nights. Every day there are some new theme for the evening advertisement

The food is good, there are fish, meat,lots of sweets,seasonal fruits. I try to cook with our flavor, though not always they get to understand our tastes. Alcohol is disgusting, but he is everywhere

Was a big company with children. Reef is good, swam a lot, watched fish. There is more or less sandy part of sunset in the water with a beach that it is important for families with young children

The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. 2 heated pools, slides, beautiful fish and reef better than in the open sea. The rooms are not new, but cleaned very well

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

I can write endlessly about this hotel. where they serve hot pizza and ice cream, about the beach bar, there are drinks for every taste: alcoholic and non-alcoholic and unique cocoa

This was our first trip to Egypt and it was wonderful. The hotel has a good coastline. A very beautiful coral reef and magical sea animals. We liked the hotel staff, everyone was very polite, and funny

He made towel arrangements with flowers and every morning you get greetings. The food and the service has been excellent and very delicious

The hotel is really lovely, very clean and in a great location with a private beach there are 4 pools with the pool bar being heated - massive plus!! The staff here are amazing so helpful and attentive

I think this is in everywhere in Sharm, but you have a kind of alley of 100 meters into the sea, from which you could dive and swim and do not forget your mask, your phone and its waterproof case, to explore the magnificent view of coloured rocks and fishes, for free, if you do not want to have a guided diving

The pool bar is a highlight, offering a great selection of drinks, and the play area with a speaker adds to the lively atmosphere

Some of food are repeated, but every time you’ll find many new plates and I found some of which creatively done. Service is really good, in the picture of the service in the whole country, as I was in Cairo before coming

Of course some tips are appreciated, but this is in the culture of the country and one should accept it as it is, and it is not excessive, they are always happy to receive extra 1 or 2 dollars, which is really marginal

Room service is top, always asking if anything else needed. You are called by phone several times in your room to check if everything is alright. Really appreciate this kind of guest oriented service

The room was lovely, and the beach was gorgeous! Firo saved my group some beach front beach chairs on our second day which was so nice! I highly recommend staying here and will come back if I have the chance to visit Sham again!

We have stayed here for 11 nights for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! The animation team have been brilliant and welcoming and they took out our to hard Rock Cafe

The hotel itself is good, the rooms are clean, the food is not bad. I was struck by the view of the sea, as well as the reef is very beautiful

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds

There are always sunbeds and the lifeguards reserve beds for you and there are plenty available! There is also a beautiful beach with amazing swimming and corals, we did some scuba diving with the on site team and it was the best experience

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

As a family we loved this resort, it's very family friendly with huge water slides, many pools and the entertainment was 10/10. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom state

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

The food that was provided was very nice. And the rooms were always clean and perfect size for a family holiday. Everyday a lot of activities and evening show very nice place will be coming back next summer

Got into the room and there was a fruit baskets and some local snacks. Room was great with lotion, shower cap, shampoo. This is a very big place but does not have direct access to the seaside

But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep

The rooms and facility are bit outdated but nothing too bad. I’ll give 5 stars because of the location and the daily activities and animation team

It is in the centre of Naama Bay, close to everything, has a good beach (but not one of the best in the Naama Bay) 200-300 m away from hotel entrance

They gave us the rooms in the separate houses(not in the main hotel building) and they were 100-200 meters away from each other

The animation team were superb! Always something going on! The lifeguard at the bottom pool is an absolute gem of a guy. Bebo on the swim up pool bar is attentive and amazing at his job

Looking after all of us around the pool making sure we were happy. The cleaner in our rooms is a great guy too! Overall, great hotel with the friendliest staff 👌

We visited the place in February, when the temperature was just right for us (we are from Denmark), and with the two heated pools, it felt like summer to us. Even the sea with the beautiful coral fish, did not feel cold

I'm gluten intolerant, so I was nervous about how it would work with the food, but the kitchen staff were extremely helpful, and there was plenty of food and desserts to choose from, despite my gluten restriction

The evening entertainment was in Italian, which we don't speak, but it didn't matter because everyone was having fun and being happy, and you could easily get a lot out of it anyway

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpfull, friendly. Good location but only if u wish to walk to the centre the way is 136 stairs to get down to the street but only 10mins walk

This is my second visit, and I enjoyed my staying there. Everything is perfect; the staff was amazing as they were extremely accommodating. The room is clean beside the view is awesome

When u see the Sea, Beach or Mountains. Hotel give breakfast, lunch and dinner if u would like. The rooms have just 2 plugs in each room but far away from bed

Food and beverages, pool, staff and management are exceptional. Only drawback is long walk to beach. There is a shuttle bus that comes every 30 minutes

all of them are really great people! Putting on shows every night and activities in the days which we did most of, even if it meant we had to do club dance 5 times a day! The beds are really nice and the rooms are perfectly clean and the stuff you can buy have a fair price

To the more negative the pool are clean and all but really cold and the food is kinda tiring cause it’s almost the same everyday a little more seasoning on the food and maybe have some culture food days like Monday could be Asian food or something like that and warmer water would be recommended but overall I won’t complain it was SO nice! See yall next year

And I didn't like the fact there were a lot of people picking up the food with their hands instead of using the tongs. Makes me don't want even to try most of the food
