The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

Good variety of food, nice facilities kids had fun resort was beautiful, service was not amazing but was okay, Abdul Rahman Hassan is amazing lovely guy made us feel welcome.

For adults there’s entertainment every night which was of a good standard either in the large auditorium, outside by the reception or on the beach stage

Just got back from a week at Rixos Seagate. 8 of us went and there was something for each generation. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

Rooms are beautiful and views are amazing! Amany is also the best pool and events host helping me out with my swimming toys and games etc! Will be coming back next year for another vacation!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like, we did tip well but we felt the service deserved it. The shop on site is a rip Off, £35 for fake glasses, £7 just outside the hotel. The shops were usual outside

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times

The location is good, the beach is very nice and well-organized

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with first class room service but the tap water cannot be used for brushing teeth, only washing and flushing. The spa is good with, again, brilliant staff

In particular, the service we received in the restaurant from Mohammed Ibrahim was excellent with our every need attended to and we had a lovely welcome every visit from Viola Gorge

On room service, Mohammed Ali looked after us so well going above and beyond. The overall standard is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton and the food is ordinary, at best

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

His continued care, along with his reassurance and professionalism, gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to still enjoy our holiday despite the situation. The kids’ club was the highlight of the stat

The resort is excellent as a whole and the beach and swimming pools are very beautiful and varied in size and activities and the most enjoyable of them is the relax pool

We got to do the sauna, steam, Turkish bath, face mask, full body massage and jacuzzi for a great price. I would highly recommend doing the programme as it makes you feel so relaxed for the remainder of the holiday

The staff who gave our message were two lovely women who were really friendly. As well the programme also makes sure your tan lasts longer throughout your holiday so you stay glowing

There wasn’t any faults for me or my girlfriend during our stay all the staff are so friendly and the food is great just what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel

During the night there’s plenty to do like a shisha bar and a main stage where they have parties and shows on just a great experience and I would definitely visit again

Booking a massage in the spa is an absolute must, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back… I’ve never had a massage like it! Whilst at the airport about to come home, our flight was cancelled and easyJet put us up in a lovely hotel in Nabaq Bay

They remembered us from when we stayed in May 2025, even down to names and one of my friends being South African (mind blowing when you think how many people they have met in the last 6 months)

We also booked a boat trip through Hassan from Marina divers, he was so friendly and chatty. Thank you to all the staff for another incredible week. We are both truly grateful ☺️

The culinary offerings at both Bay View and Sea Breeze restaurants are excellent, featuring a diverse and delicious selection, though I personally favored Sea Breeze

My deluxe room provided a very good and tidy environment, offering ample space and a comfortable bed

The sole issue encountered in the room was the absence of a bidet hose, which presents a challenge for Egyptian and Muslim guests. However, this concern was promptly addressed and resolved

When other reviewers have mentioned stomach upsets and blame the food, I have seen a number of people, both young and old, not using the food tongs for items but using their hands, picking up food and putting it back, I wonder if their own personal hygiene is to blame for others falling ill

Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved

Our second visit to this hotel - staying at the Premier side but can use the facilities at both sides. A lot of the staff remember us from our previous visit in April and have made us so welcome

We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful

The all-inclusive package includes three meals, and the food is very good. The service is very enthusiastic, and the room is average. If you come here for snorkeling, you will not be disappointed

You can go snorkeling from the pier. There are large coral reefs underwater with many living things. There are also many big and small fish. It is walking distance from the cliff bar

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise

Staff were incredible throughout, always going out of their way to ensure you were looked after - some of the best I've come across, whether at the bar or room cleaning

I give this hotel 5 stars! The service, staff and everything was beyond what I expected! All the staff do their best and more! The only thing that I recommend them to improve is the food in the restaurant, it could be better and have much more variety than what’s presented

To balance out the negatives the main bar service was superb and the food was better in the a la carte restaurants. Reputedly the second best hotel in Sharm

Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh (Adults Only). It is an excellent hotel for adults, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay in luxurious conditions

The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! The staff round the pool can’t do enough for you, always checking to see if you want a drink or you’re comfy/ need anything, very friendly all round

A perfect dinner experience at Mangal! ​We had a fantastic dinner at Mangal, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed, and the service was attentive without being overwhelming

A special thank you to Magdy, the pool supervisor, who helped me recover my expensive watch and to Joseph from Lost and Found for his professionalism. The hotel’s policy regarding lost items is truly impressive

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

Overall we had a great stay, even extended with an extra day and I would definitely come back in the future!

I would say the only downside is that it doesn’t have many entertainment options

We paid to upgrade to the new side which was still under renovations. The food in the restaurant was very basic and not up to Hilton standards at all

There are several pools on the premises, including two heated pools, which is a great bonus. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and genuinely entertaining

One small moment that really impressed us: our kids were looking for chicken fingers, which weren’t on the buffet that day. Chef Anwar noticed and had a plate sent to our table. That was such a thoughtful gesture

Every meal had a lot of variety and tasted great. The Executive Chef was always present around the buffet, checking on everything and greeting guests — never seen that before at a resort

The hotel is all Inclusive and the food is one of the best for an all inclusive from breakfast to dinner delicious! Local alcohol drinks included. Staff are friendly and professional, the animators tale care of you

We are currently staying at another hotel (Cleopatra), which unfortunately does not come close to the same level of comfort or service, and yet the Baron Palms team is still helping us, answering questions and offering support

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy

The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there

The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked

We didn't do many of the restaurants because toddlers are a bit of a nightmare if they have to wait for courses. We went to the Indian one and it was amazing quality (even with a cranky toddler)

All in all, I would highly recommend this resort. Bonus is that it's 15 mins away from the airport, so after a long journey/flight over, you can quickly get to your resort and settle in

I will say, though, the Sharm El Sheikh airport feels inefficient - it took forever to get out of the actual airport after all the passport checks
