We are staying here at the moment and everything is really nice. The food is tasty and always fresh, with good variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming

Lovely hotel and attentive staff. Could do with more daily and evening entertainment. Very low key but with teenagers needed more activities. Walk to beach is more like 15min than 5 as advertised by first choice

The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

Staff very friendly will help in anyway they can. Shops across the road and a 20min taxi into soho. Sunbeds are hit and miss but the lifeguards will try their best to locate some for you

Our room is clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel is well taken care of. We are having a very pleasant stay and enjoying our time here

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Rooms are beautiful and views are amazing! Amany is also the best pool and events host helping me out with my swimming toys and games etc! Will be coming back next year for another vacation!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like, we did tip well but we felt the service deserved it. The shop on site is a rip Off, £35 for fake glasses, £7 just outside the hotel. The shops were usual outside

We got to do the sauna, steam, Turkish bath, face mask, full body massage and jacuzzi for a great price. I would highly recommend doing the programme as it makes you feel so relaxed for the remainder of the holiday

The staff who gave our message were two lovely women who were really friendly. As well the programme also makes sure your tan lasts longer throughout your holiday so you stay glowing

There wasn’t any faults for me or my girlfriend during our stay all the staff are so friendly and the food is great just what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel

During the night there’s plenty to do like a shisha bar and a main stage where they have parties and shows on just a great experience and I would definitely visit again

Personally I’ve never met a rep like him he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. He would always come over and have a chat and make us laugh

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with first class room service but the tap water cannot be used for brushing teeth, only washing and flushing. The spa is good with, again, brilliant staff

In particular, the service we received in the restaurant from Mohammed Ibrahim was excellent with our every need attended to and we had a lovely welcome every visit from Viola Gorge

On room service, Mohammed Ali looked after us so well going above and beyond. The overall standard is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton and the food is ordinary, at best

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

This was an excellent hotel from the lovely greeting by the reception staff, the room was clean spacious and one of the comfortable beds I have slept in. The food was wonderful especially a la cart fish restaurant

Youseff the lifeguard kept our sunbeds everyday in the same spot and Sayed (my dad) at towel booth was excellent as I had lost my sunglasses and hat and he went out of his way to help me find them

There is a staff WhatsApp group for lost and found items and staff are very honest. Food is not the best but there is always something to eat and it is always fresh

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

DJ from 10am on first day so we asked to be moved to quiet part of resort which we were within minutes PLUS upgraded to Junior Suite. As we got to know the bar staff the drinks got stronger

The beach has only one pontoon where a mass of people crowd together, and there's no normal way to enter the sea. The service was very good; they regulate the flow during dinner, and the waiters are helpful

The hotel grounds were very beautiful, with many plants, flowers, and a large area. The food was decent, but the evening entertainment was very weak

The standard rooms were also very old and in need of renovation, some didn't even have balconies, and there was a smell of sewage

one of the best holidays I've ever been on, the service was helpful, quickly solving problems and very nice. the whole holiday in this hotel is worth recommending

I give this hotel 5 stars! The service, staff and everything was beyond what I expected! All the staff do their best and more! The only thing that I recommend them to improve is the food in the restaurant, it could be better and have much more variety than what’s presented

Arabic coffee was a slight miss (I am not sure if Egyptian and Arabic coffees are slightly different) but americano (both out of the machine and filter) was good

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

And again you have to factor in the originality of local flavors which can vary

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

We specialy thank Osama from the beach bar who told us about the Egypt and served the best drinks. The food is ok, no one got sick. Near the hotel there is a reaf, nice views

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

He constantly making cocktails for my family and interacting with all of us. all in all a decent hotel and I’ll definitely be coming back

We spent Last week in this hotel - family with 11 years old kid and had a great time. Hotel is clean, all crew is helpful and nice

Only thing we didn’t like was that there was a lot of arabic families with many kids who were realy laud and noisy

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

Fabulous Christmas holiday at Rico’s Sharm. weather has been good. Resort has been amazing with a wonderful New Year party, fireworks everything. Food great especially at Salt snacks. All staff wonderful

First time at The Rixos adults only hotel for a family holiday for Christmas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room we had is clean and spacious. The resort is huge and in a great location

First time at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh left me an amazing experience. 7 of us came to here to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and talkative

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

Overall we had a great stay, even extended with an extra day and I would definitely come back in the future!

I would say the only downside is that it doesn’t have many entertainment options

We paid to upgrade to the new side which was still under renovations. The food in the restaurant was very basic and not up to Hilton standards at all

One small moment that really impressed us: our kids were looking for chicken fingers, which weren’t on the buffet that day. Chef Anwar noticed and had a plate sent to our table. That was such a thoughtful gesture

The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeper somehow figured out our preferences from the first day and kept everything just the way we liked it throughout the stay. What really stood out was the food

Every meal had a lot of variety and tasted great. The Executive Chef was always present around the buffet, checking on everything and greeting guests — never seen that before at a resort

The pool is huge — one of the biggest we’ve seen — and there’s a separate jacuzzi pool with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Overall, the staff go out of their way to help with anything

The food was good and diverse. There are some delicious snacks However, The beach is very good to be honest but the staff's style is not upscale on the beach and the bar

The resort environment is very good, the room is quite big, but a little old. All the waiters are very enthusiastic. Even if the hotel helps you call a taxi, you must first negotiate the price.

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times

We also had access to the sister hotel which is attached to the resort. Food was plentiful & many restaurants & snack bars to choose from. An excellent week & would definitely recommend to family & friends
