The beach was a short walk away from the park hotel but very good with a lovely pier. When the weather allowed you can go off the end of the pier to snorkel and view the fish and coral

Perfect place for holidays in Egypt. We spend almost two weeks in this hotel, we really enjoyed it! Hotel is big, with beautiful view and nice and clean rooms

Food was incredible - plenty of choice each mealtime with live cooking stations both inside and outside the main restaurant. We also ate in one of the a la carte restaurants, which was also excellent

The food in restaurants is really nice comparing to other hotels we were staying before. Definitely you will not be bored, there is a lot of activities and the animation team is really good

The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat with my family

Special thanks to Mohamed and Osama in the restaurant who consistently went above and beyond to ensure excellent service. Also the staff in the pool bar were excellent and always remembered what you were drinking

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The room was a suite for me and it was very spacious and great. The mini fridge was well stocked. The snorkeling was out of the world. one of the best ever ! All in all A rating

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to

During the night there’s plenty to do like a shisha bar and a main stage where they have parties and shows on just a great experience and I would definitely visit again

On room service, Mohammed Ali looked after us so well going above and beyond. The overall standard is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton and the food is ordinary, at best

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

There is a staff WhatsApp group for lost and found items and staff are very honest. Food is not the best but there is always something to eat and it is always fresh

Youseff the lifeguard kept our sunbeds everyday in the same spot and Sayed (my dad) at towel booth was excellent as I had lost my sunglasses and hat and he went out of his way to help me find them

DJ from 10am on first day so we asked to be moved to quiet part of resort which we were within minutes PLUS upgraded to Junior Suite. As we got to know the bar staff the drinks got stronger

It's a big hotel with a special shuttle bus for internal transportation, beach, swimming pool, snorkeling and other hotel activities. It's a great place for vacation!

The beach has only one pontoon where a mass of people crowd together, and there's no normal way to enter the sea. The service was very good; they regulate the flow during dinner, and the waiters are helpful

The room is nice, the sea is nice, the food is good overall, very suitable for vacation

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

And again you have to factor in the originality of local flavors which can vary

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

People from other hotels were coming to our beach to rest. Good kitchen, everything is very tasty

The location of the hotel is good, the linens are bad, maintenance is non-existent and the furniture is very old, in general, I may return to the hotel again for its location only.

The food is too bad (all meals) for a five star rated hotel operated by Accor. Night price is not fair but the location is good 👍

The restaurants offered a good selection, even the pickiest member of our group found plenty to eat

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

Splash pool options for the little ones and quieter, roped off sections (deep end) for adults who don’t want to be splashed. We got to the pool between 9 and 10 every day and always got sun beds

They are all close together so you can choose food from any of the restaurants and take it back to your table; your not restricted to eating from the restaurant where you are seated

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

Ourselves and luggage transported by golf cart by a friendly member of staff. The room is outstanding, spacious, clean and practical. Rooms are large, seated area with soft sofa and chairs

Room is separated by a large television on a swivel table incase you want to watch in bed. We were offered a balcony or terraced room. The room we have is situated next to the lagoon pool

I would never stay at another Rixos nor recommend one to a friend. Workers very nice, cheery and helpful. Pools sparkling but frigid and all but the heated pool was useless in early April

Pool is a good size and a good shape. Bar can be accessed by the pool or land. The staff in this section of the hotel are truly making this holiday the best we've had

Upon arriving in the dead of night, the reception staff and porters were on the ball. Made to feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. Check in was smooth and a refreshing soft drink was offered

Just came back from my stay here and it was an amazing experience, the staff were super helpful and amazing especially the waiters Great location 5 min walk from soho square, great food options and amazing shuttle service to the beach where you can get snacks and lots of sunbeds and towels available Lovely big pool and no hidden costs would definitely recommend loved it

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine

However, the service was inconsistent, ranging from warm to indifferent. Food quality varied, with some meals excellent and others disappointing. Rooms were spacious but showed signs of wear

Great place to relax, many swimming pools. Three slides which adults can use. Small "beach area" i the hotel by the coast. More staff and guests spoke English than another hotel we stayed at in Sharm

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

Mohammed Said the waiter was so warming with welcome and excellent knowing what we would want for beverages and when! These guys went extra that extra mile with hospitality

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

Personnel is friendly, always ready to help, and nice in communication. All the public areas and suites are clean. You can choose from two pontoon bridges. Overall, the beach and coral reef are great

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable

The food was good and diverse. There are some delicious snacks However, The beach is very good to be honest but the staff's style is not upscale on the beach and the bar

The resort environment is very good, the room is quite big, but a little old. All the waiters are very enthusiastic. Even if the hotel helps you call a taxi, you must first negotiate the price.

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

Hotel Sunrise exceeded all expectations! The service was outstanding; every staff member was polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay

Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times
