Sheraton is a well-known brand that I have known and appreciated for many years. My impression (2024 Dubai and Bangkok, 2025 Sharm) is that it hasn't been renovated, and the infrastructure is showing its age. The location is good, the beach is very nice and well-organized. The over all experience wasn't bad with the hotel However I expected better honesty. First of all the bathrooms was always wet and have to wait for next day until someone comes and clean the room . Regency Plaza has a great atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and the people were friendly. It felt like a good place to relax. Unfortunately, the service didn’t meet expectations. Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top. All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway. The hotel is very old with old furniture, there is two sides of the hotel sea side which is new, and pool side which is very very old but larger rooms, staff are kind and friendly, especially Mr. Mostafa. There is no pool partying, the beach is very small with limited beds, we couldn’t find available bed for all the three days.

We had a great trip. The hotel was busier to begin with but the service was great. The food was good, mostly European breakfast and grilled meats etc for lunch but we always had a good selection. the hotel is perfect, everything is good. the working staff are very helpful and nice. also the beach is amazing as well as the pool. there are shows everyday which are really nice. totally recommended for amazing vacation with family.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went last week for a week with some friends and what a fabulous week we had. The hotel was just amazing.. The staff, the food the setting, all were perfect. I would def go back . Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

It’s almost ok. Not far from the beach - 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by golf car . And underwater world and coral reef is great. The rooms and food quality are good too is average. 90% of hotel guests are Ukrainians. And they don’t have no one Ukrainian tv channel - very very very strange. With such percentage of Ukrainians this hotel should cook Ukrainian borscht and do everything what Ukrainian...

Guy from suport said that I can pay and they will refund me it. Front manager & staff on reception Michael and Hesham are swindlers and thieves. Go out from this hotel.
