The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

We've had a nice stay at this hotel. Excellent service everyday from Osama in the buffet restaurant, nothing is to much trouble for him, very polite and helpful. All staff have been helpful and polite

Rooms are OK, air con is great the cleaners are lovely. I'd say the lack of ice and sometimes running out of Pepsi was a let down for us as a family who like ice in our drinks and like a fizzy coke

I enjoyed all the pools and the activities that I joined in with, I enjoyed all the food and all the different options. The staff are so lovely and are always helping whether that’s with drinks or finding sun beds

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting

There wasn’t any faults for me or my girlfriend during our stay all the staff are so friendly and the food is great just what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel

The hotel is a very modern hotel, we chose all inclusive. However, construction is still ongoing to expand the hotel in the area close to the beach

The hotel is located in an excellent position, very beautiful, the staff very kind and helpful, it is fantastic not to mention the excellent food, a large choice perhaps too much but very very well looked after, Especial Thanks to the reception staff, they were always helpful and friendly

We got to do the sauna, steam, Turkish bath, face mask, full body massage and jacuzzi for a great price. I would highly recommend doing the programme as it makes you feel so relaxed for the remainder of the holiday

The staff who gave our message were two lovely women who were really friendly. As well the programme also makes sure your tan lasts longer throughout your holiday so you stay glowing

Even though it is a big hotel, we settled very quickly & felt that we were part of a community with a family feel. Each and every staff member are a credit to the hotel and country

***et is clean and comfortable. The pool is a little cold (I went in January) the New Year's program was very good. I would like to thank the 2nd floor cleaning staff Abdullah, Kameel at the pool bar, Mahmood at the bar

In particular, the service we received in the restaurant from Mohammed Ibrahim was excellent with our every need attended to and we had a lovely welcome every visit from Viola Gorge

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

The animators were also ***et successful. The food is delicious and the hotel is clean

On room service, Mohammed Ali looked after us so well going above and beyond. The overall standard is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton and the food is ordinary, at best

This was an excellent hotel from the lovely greeting by the reception staff, the room was clean spacious and one of the comfortable beds I have slept in. The food was wonderful especially a la cart fish restaurant

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

DJ from 10am on first day so we asked to be moved to quiet part of resort which we were within minutes PLUS upgraded to Junior Suite. As we got to know the bar staff the drinks got stronger

There is a staff WhatsApp group for lost and found items and staff are very honest. Food is not the best but there is always something to eat and it is always fresh

The hotel also has its own diving center for deep dives. There’s a small water park right outside the villa rooms, and all the hotel bars serve drinks 24/7

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

The room we had was nice, but the lighting was awful for us ladies needing to get ready to go out. The hotel is aware of this and do have plans going forward which was good to hear

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

First time at The Rixos adults only hotel for a family holiday for Christmas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room we had is clean and spacious. The resort is huge and in a great location

Fabulous Christmas holiday at Rico’s Sharm. weather has been good. Resort has been amazing with a wonderful New Year party, fireworks everything. Food great especially at Salt snacks. All staff wonderful

I had a wonderful holiday in my stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. Rooms were really spacious and everything looked in great condition. Also I want to say that the entertainment at the hotel was great

First time at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh left me an amazing experience. 7 of us came to here to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and talkative

We paid to upgrade to the new side which was still under renovations. The food in the restaurant was very basic and not up to Hilton standards at all

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

Overall we had a great stay, even extended with an extra day and I would definitely come back in the future!

I would say the only downside is that it doesn’t have many entertainment options

Beach grill restaurant very good lunch and even better in evening with great service. The Italian restaurant evening meal was ok with great service

We didnt try Dukes and sadly the Asian restaurant wasnt available to book (used as spillover for buffet) Drinks varied daily and location wise but on the whole good with excellent service

Every meal had a lot of variety and tasted great. The Executive Chef was always present around the buffet, checking on everything and greeting guests — never seen that before at a resort

We stayed for a week on the all-inclusive package and had a fantastic time. Check-in was smooth and quick, thanks to Moustafa and Amir — both were really helpful and welcoming

One small moment that really impressed us: our kids were looking for chicken fingers, which weren’t on the buffet that day. Chef Anwar noticed and had a plate sent to our table. That was such a thoughtful gesture

The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeper somehow figured out our preferences from the first day and kept everything just the way we liked it throughout the stay. What really stood out was the food

There is no bus from the hotel to take you. There is no Pepsi machine and no espresso or cappuccino machine. The drinks are very weak and few. And the staff in the bar and restaurant are not polite

By far one of the greatest hotels i've been to, And this comes from someone who spent well over 12 years going to different hotels around the world. The staff is welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are well put together

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

Everyone is flexible, friendly and accommodating & the customer service is amazing. This is likely the best restaurant and hotel I have visited in Egypt

Horizon restaurant The horizon restaurant at Sunrise is the best restaurant I have been to. The food is phenomenal and delicious

We also had access to the sister hotel which is attached to the resort. Food was plentiful & many restaurants & snack bars to choose from. An excellent week & would definitely recommend to family & friends

Just got home back to England from a 7night stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park first time for us in Egypt. I smile thinking about it now home. We had lots of fun as a family of six with all the staff

The staff and facilities were too class and any issues were addressed and managed very quickly (not that there were many) would definitely recommend coming if you are visiting Sharm!

The hotel was busier to begin with but the service was great. The food was good, mostly European breakfast and grilled meats etc for lunch but we always had a good selection

The restaurant is very clean and the food is very good with many varieties. The only drawback is that the hotel is far from the city center and the old market with no access to public transportation
