Food was incredible - plenty of choice each mealtime with live cooking stations both inside and outside the main restaurant. We also ate in one of the a la carte restaurants, which was also excellent

Restaurant and pool staff especially helpful. Food is fantastic, amazing quality and choice and premium quality drinks included. Rarely return to a hotel but will definitely be back

A wonderful hotel near the sea. Beautiful scenery, many pools, water slides and bars. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes for every taste. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed and water is delivered

The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and the air con works great and the beds are super comfy. Would definitely recommend the resort to anyone

Small Negatives: Buffet area is quite busy and a lot of the customers were rude and pushy (not the hotels fault). We preferred to eat at the restaurants and have breakfast and lunch at the beach as it was a lot quieter

Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times

The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to

The meals were made of quality ingredients and you have an array of choices to make from vegetarian to non-veg. I could say much more, but to sum it up, I totally recommend this resort if you're ever in Sharm el-Shaikh

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

We closed "all inclusive" and at all hours of the day there are different meals / snacks, free local alcohol. The beach is close - a 2 minute walk through a small promenade, close but not directly in front of the hotel

The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational

The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good

They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and being only 10 minutes from the airport, it just makes sense. The beach is also really nice with lifeguards manning the jetties over the reef

A hotel with a beautiful layout, in a good location by the sea. It has its own beach with lots of fish and corals. The food is varied and good, including chicken, fish, meat, seafood, and lots of cakes

They also serve very good strong machine coffee. The customer service was great in most areas, though there were also some passive attendants

This was very very disappointing, and the reason we ate most of our meals besides breakfast outside of the hotel - the Calamari a la carte restaurant didn’t have fresh seawater fish (they only had the Nile-tasting tilapia) and the seafood tasted strange

Hummus was available only on the first day, then they “ran out” (even though it was available in the a la carte restaurant) - Lack of good, fresh seafood and fish

I understand it’s a cheaper hotel, but at least they could have enough brocolli… (there was a steamed veggie bowl, and the brocolli was always quickly taken by guests, and only carrots and courgette remained

- Pasta is a bit overboiled and pizza tasted strange - No premium beers (like corona or desperados; only Egyptian ones and Heineken) Generally service wasn’t the best
