They even decorated the table on our last day and brought over cake for my birthday. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant and was tasty too

Perfect place for holidays in Egypt. We spend almost two weeks in this hotel, we really enjoyed it! Hotel is big, with beautiful view and nice and clean rooms

The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel also had a great selection of dining options, from a delicious breakfast buffet to a fine dining restaurant for dinner

The food in restaurants is really nice comparing to other hotels we were staying before. Definitely you will not be bored, there is a lot of activities and the animation team is really good

Food was incredible - plenty of choice each mealtime with live cooking stations both inside and outside the main restaurant. We also ate in one of the a la carte restaurants, which was also excellent

Has the potential to be great, however, rooms are a little dated and tired. Restaurant and bar staff FANTASTIC. Good food but a little repetitive

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Restaurants were all fantastic our favourite was the Mongolian but it was very hot with a live cooking in the middle for us to watch our meal being cooked

Small Negatives: Buffet area is quite busy and a lot of the customers were rude and pushy (not the hotels fault). We preferred to eat at the restaurants and have breakfast and lunch at the beach as it was a lot quieter

It is worth mentioning that I personally feel that the waiters there are not considerate to the Chinese (for example, when foreigners sit down in the restaurant, the waiters will pour them water and bring them the drinks they need, but for the Chinese, at least for us, it is not like this

Nour at the Posh Club was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and he got us booked at restaurants, beach cabana, etc so quickly. A really great personalised service

She got to know what we liked and knew our usual order. Staff at the restaurants and on the beach were lovely. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!

They are working every day to improve. Good food, even for an Italian standard. I sugegst tonchose all inclusive solution. The team is committed and very polite. Animation guys are doing an excellent work

The hotel is a very modern hotel, we chose all inclusive. However, construction is still ongoing to expand the hotel in the area close to the beach

We were moved here, so unsure of what it would be like. We have never been to Egypt but what a lovely experience, staff couldn’t do enough for you, food was amazing especially the al a carte restaurants

No faults at all would definitely recommend this hotel for a stress free holiday, our room was very clean and located close to all facilities. The bar staff were very friendly and, on top, of drinks

Beach was more rocky, but some beautiful areas to walk along. The fish were unreal and beautiful waters. All staff were amazing but defo a shout out to Syed and Mohammed. And also the house keeping guy was amazing too

In particular, the service we received in the restaurant from Mohammed Ibrahim was excellent with our every need attended to and we had a lovely welcome every visit from Viola Gorge

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

The animators were also ***et successful. The food is delicious and the hotel is clean

On room service, Mohammed Ali looked after us so well going above and beyond. The overall standard is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton and the food is ordinary, at best

The two outstanding elements of a stay here are the amazing service provided by the staff and the view of the Red Sea from your bedroom balcony

The rooms are very nice, with big balcony and good services. People are very friendly and accommodating. Has pool and beach very close by. Drinks are always available with lots of options

Special mention to Momen who went above and beyond for us everyday :) He is very attentive and such great service, always checking up on us making sure we are okay and asking if we need anything, he made the experience 10x better

Amazing hotel, Clean, food lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. The bar man in dining pub is called khalid. He was so friendly everyday made sure we was OK. Even helped me when I was loosing at pool

Lots of air conditioned spaces but also has good sunshine. Sammy in reception is the best! He’s so helpful, the most accommodating and very nice. He will always make you laugh

Bashoy who deals with the towels by the pool and Mohammed the head chef are a total credit to the hotel. They should both get a pay rise for all their hard work and effort

DJ from 10am on first day so we asked to be moved to quiet part of resort which we were within minutes PLUS upgraded to Junior Suite. As we got to know the bar staff the drinks got stronger

Ad an amazing stay ere the hotel staff can't do enough for u. Always enough food to choose from everyday and if my lil boy didn't like anything the chef would do him chicken nuggets and chips

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

The room we had was nice, but the lighting was awful for us ladies needing to get ready to go out. The hotel is aware of this and do have plans going forward which was good to hear

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

The swimming pool is beautiful. The meals are plentiful. The service staff is friendly. The water at the beach is very clear. I like it!

The beach has only one pontoon where a mass of people crowd together, and there's no normal way to enter the sea. The service was very good; they regulate the flow during dinner, and the waiters are helpful

The hotel grounds were very beautiful, with many plants, flowers, and a large area. The food was decent, but the evening entertainment was very weak

The standard rooms were also very old and in need of renovation, some didn't even have balconies, and there was a smell of sewage

Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but not worth a second visit

We enjoyed Tagine best for African food, and also Culina for dinner for fish and seafood but generally the food was very tasty! Restaurants can get busy for dinner so either go super early when they start serving or wait about an hour or so for majority of the people to leave

We found the food great and well seasoned - you get a choice of 3 restaurants for breakfast / lunch and further 2 for dinner and they all serve something a bit different so worth walking round them all to see what's on offer

Restaurant is what you would expect for this class off resort. It is well designed, open, light and plenty of tables, the tables are sufficiently spread apart for a quite meal

We haven't visited any other pool as we don't see the need to. We've hired the cabana, a bit of decadence but well worth it. Platter of fruit, bowls of nuts and chips supplied daily and a steady supply of refreshments

The negatives are the entertainment - incredibly repetitive in the evening and food area - when it's busy your seats and cutlery go missing. The restaurant simply isn't built to cater for large numbers of guests

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

There was a sandy area perfect for kids to enjoy the water, along with a jetty that provided access to deeper waters filled with stunning coral reefs and rich marine life. We saw turtles, triggerfish, tuna, and many more

There is no bus from the hotel to take you. There is no Pepsi machine and no espresso or cappuccino machine. The drinks are very weak and few. And the staff in the bar and restaurant are not polite

Horizon restaurant The horizon restaurant at Sunrise is the best restaurant I have been to. The food is phenomenal and delicious

From the minute we arrived at Pickalbatros Aqua Park we were made to feel like family. The staff cannot do enough for You. We came with our 9 year old granddaughter & all the slides & rides (over 80) were available to us

We also had access to the sister hotel which is attached to the resort. Food was plentiful & many restaurants & snack bars to choose from. An excellent week & would definitely recommend to family & friends

The staff and facilities were too class and any issues were addressed and managed very quickly (not that there were many) would definitely recommend coming if you are visiting Sharm!
