Hotel Neptuno

Our stay at the hotel was overall good, and we'd like to provide some feedback to help improve the experience for future guests.
Reception Team:
When checking guests in, please provide as much information as possible. We found it confusing when we were told we needed to book a table for lunch and dinner every day.,having booked a full board holiday.While we can manage a timetable, having to specify exact times was inconvenient, as our hunger may vary.
Noise:
The noise from the lift doors is noticeable during the night, but it wasn't a problem for us. However, guests with rooms facing the beach may find the beach club noise during the weekend to be disruptive.
Location:
The hotel's location is gorgeous, right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and a few shops within walking distance for any essentials you might need.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Gerardo was very helpful, and we'd like to thank him for all his assistance. We appreciated the beautiful location and amenities. Improving communication at check-in and addressing noise issues would further enhance the experience.

Lovely hotel. We had a room with a sea view and it was excellent to wake up and see the beach and sea every morning. Restaurant excellent. Service good. Efficiently run hotel.

Hotel Neptuno is new, modern, clean, and comfortable but what makes it special are the staff! Gerardo, Valentina, and others were friendly, kind, and very helpful and generous. The proximity to the beach, ocean swims and sunrises and sunsets just extra special. Will come back again!

Juanjo is very friendly and helpful as the hotel manager! Beautiful location, clean rooms and worth the money!

But... the music coming from the party locations just in front of it are insane. Last two nights I could barely sleep because of it 😞

Arrived very tired to Valencia after driving 600+ km from Costa Del Sol.
All we needed was help with the booking (had found the hotel online but didn't have any booking), a nice room, and some local info to get around in the area.
Gerarado at the hotel reception was kind to help us right at all arrival with all we needed.
Neptuno is a very nice hotel, reasonably priced, great location, and very helpful people at the reception desk.
Thanks Gerardo, you made our day at our first ever visit to Valencia.

We originally had a sea view room but due to noise from the nearby nightclub (until 4am), we asked to move rooms and were moved to a room where you couldn't hear any noise. This is the only thing to note with a sea view room.

Gerardo on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful - he was extremely organised - he got us another room within an hour and helped us move everything. Gerardo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was very friendly and helpful.

The staff are excellent - the chefs make delicious omelettes fresh for breakfast, the dinner was also fantastic and the waiting and kitchen staff are superb. The cleaning staff service the room every day and all the staff are brilliant.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It was super clean and the service was perfect. You have anything you need in the room. Close to Marina club which was nice.
