NH Valencia Center

Great service! Really clean rooms! Very helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurants. Lorena and Laura from the hotel restaurant were great! They always had a smile when serving. I arrived at the hotel and my checked suitcase was undelivered from my flight. Reception provided me with something to sleep in for the night and a toothbrush. The next day my suitcase was delivered and I found it in my room directly. Good value for money. However, the meat at the restaurant was raw (chicken, fish) and not properly cooked. Also the beef was really chewy. This aspect should be improved.

Solid hotel, maybe not the most flashy but everything is very clean and operational. Good beds too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Staff very friendly. The location is great, just a short stroll to the city centre.

Location is very good. It is just outside of the old city center.
Room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. We had a bath. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The rooftop bar, swimming pool and sauna were a nice plus.

Only downside of this hotel, is that the walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours and everyone walking in the corridor.

Hi fellow traveler! Normally, I only write long reviews for good places. This one was a bit controversial. If you don’t have a better option and are looking for a moderately decent place, you can try it out. Here’s why:

Pros:
- The price-to-value ratio is good enough for overall service.
- The rooms are spacious.
- There’s a gym and a pool on the rooftop—both are small but efficient.
- The rooms have everything you need.
- The location is close to metro and bus stations, not very far from the city center, and there are many stores nearby.

Cons:
- The food isn’t good enough considering the hotel’s star rating and price. The breakfast is weak; you can find much better options at the same price in the city center.
- The biggest downside for us was some of the staff. There were good staff members too, but one woman in the breakfast area was particularly rude to us. I suspect it was because we were foreigners. She acted like she didn’t understand English, and when I tried to help her with registering our breakfast, she seemed annoyed, as if we were trying to register our breakfast under another room.
- The walls are too thin—we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms during our stay.

All in all, there are better options, but this place is a choice if you need a quick solution.

My second stay in a NH Hotel. I have nothing to complain about. Room was very nice, good size and nice furniture. Bathroom with everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with a lot of very good choices. Housekeeping ladies really nice. Maria Jose at the terrace bar was excellent. Sandra and Maite did a great job.

This place is exactly how it sells itself a great value in a good location. The room was good although on the small side. The bathroom was roomy. The staff was great and very nice. the location is good nearby the mall and many walkable places but also easy to get on a taxi to explore the rest. The rooftop is quaint but nice.

We stayed there on our road trip to Spain and Portugal. The room was comfortable and clean. As we traveled with our dog (not permitted in the restaurant) we got breakfast served to the room. The location, just across from the park and 20 minutes walk to the old town, was perfect. Only downside was the amenities. We requested (according to a amenities list) a kettle, two cups and some tea bags. We were advised that we could get the kettle, but cups and rea bags was only available for superior room's. So we canceled the kettle 🙃. Apart from that, we were very satisfied. Thank you
