Rooms were clean, nice beds
The breakfast is amazing!
Pool has some quite loud music, water is not warmed
You can rent a 'bali bed' for 60 euros (quite expensive) but without any wind, even in the shades it can get very very hot.
Hosts were friendly, but sometimes I felt they were lacking some skills. They were not able to book the taxi (I had to wait in my room to finally hear they couldn't work it out), they gave me info, then other info etc.
Quite a nice hotel, good price-quality but still some improvements to be made

The overall customer service and hotel experience were exceptional. The staff was kind and attentive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this location and it is only a short ride to downtown.

Great Hotel!
Rooms are renovated and still have the scent of new wood. Very friendly staff. Gabriel at the bar was making a great job going beyond to prepare a great cocktail we remembered from the past. Well done to all the team. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Meliá. The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a true 5-star experience. The service staff were exceptional — always attentive and ready to help at any moment.
One of the highlights was the convenient location, just a short walk from Beniferri metro station and the Valencia Conference Centre, making it easy to get around the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia.

I had an exceptional stay at the Meliá Hotel in Valencia. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view of the city. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the amenities including the gym and lounge area were top-notch. The location is also ideal, with easy access to transport and local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Looking forward to coming back!

Our family spent five days in this extraordinary hotel; we rarely post Google reviews, but we really needed to say something about the excellent service. The kindness of the personnel. The absolute immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general, which has expansive spaces, latest technologies and is very modern. The Level Lounge is a great experience, a place where you can relax, have a bite or a drink and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet is really a feast, service is very good and the personnel is really kind and efficient. Maria and Carla are very polite and helpful, as well as the manager who greated us with a smile every day.

I spent 6 days at the hotel. The hospitality was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and the treatment was great. The girl there, Maryam, was very nice. Whatever I needed, she provided.

Worth every penny. Only a little more than Holiday Inn Express on the other side of town but soooo much nicer. Amazing breakfast (like the best I have ever had in hotel). The rooms are generous in size with comfy beds and with plenty of marble. They are also very sound proof with only a little road noise reaching the upper floors (mainly motorbikes).Bar is very nice. Parking is steep at €24 euro per day but public transport is easy to access. Shame the pool is freezing.

We had a great stay with my family. The hotel took care of us, especially our little two year old. He had a great time on the outdoor patio and watching the sunset views over Valencia. Shout out to George at the bar for making the best, and hottest, espresso in all of Spain !

Had a great stay at the Meliá Valencia. The staff were super helpful assisting us with making reservations and arranging taxis. The gym and spa facilities were very good and the rooms were spacious and modern. There were lots of options for breakfast and they provided a gluten free breakfast pack with bread, muffins and cakes on request.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Valencia but is a short and reasonable taxi journey from all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend staying again.
