The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after busy days exploring Valencia. However, I did find the room quite dated, and it’s an aspect worth mentioning for future guests. Despite this, everything was clean and well maintained, and the service from all staff was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect for sightseeing and using public transport.

2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor.
3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.
It appears to be a very popular hotel for business conferences- when we checked in, there was a conference also checking in, and there were probably 200 people in the lobby. So it always felt crowded- the lifts were almost always slow and crowded (I think there are only 3 for the entire hotel), and they also only had 1 working treadmill and 1 elliptical for the entire gym.
It’s close to some really delicious restaurants, but far from the town center, so we used taxis to get into town rather than trying to deal with parking. Which really wasn’t that big of a deal- we never had trouble getting them, and it was only 10-15 minutes each way. The view from the room was pretty cool, and it was nice to have the extra powder room and separate living area. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and service was great. So it wasn’t all terrible. But we specifically booked this hotel because we thought the room was going to be really nice and comfortable, and it definitely wasn’t.
