A great hotel, great location great staff perfect service. Loads of bars, restaurants and supermarket's nearby. A short trip to the city €10 taxi approx €2 on the bus. Large room, comfortable bed, quality towels, bedding and toiletries. Pool area and sunbeds washed and cleaned every day. All staff were faultless in their interaction, service and helpfulness. No hesitation in returning we wouldn't even look elsewhere.

very beautiful hotel. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, it is really clean and pleasant. Maybe a bit outdated sanitary facilities in the bathroom but kept in impeccable cleanliness. Large outdoor pool and enough sunbeds (maybe because it is only the beginning of the season). The hotel surroundings are impressive, beautiful well-kept garden, fountains beautifully lit at night. We had a room with a sea view which was an additional advantage. SPA clean and maintained perfectly. You can relax and unwind there. The only big minus is the breakfast, not very diverse for a 5-star hotel. Some products were not of the highest quality either. The service in the restaurant is friendly and helpful, especially Ruben. Overall, we are happy with our stay and recommend this hotel. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can rest and relax here.

We have stayed in other leading hotels in the past and they were fantastic. I cannot say the same for this hotel. From the moment we checked inn we didn't feel welcome at all. The only persons that are really doing their best and make you feel comfortable are the guys at the pool.
I understand policies but still it should be that the customer feels welcome at all times. I am disabled and I dont want to use it as a reason to complain but I really feel bad here in this hotel. Nobody cares at all about how you feel or how you cope with your disabilities. I asked for a late check out because the changing rooms are not comfortable for me, they said it is not possible because the hotel is fully booked. When I looked online, I saw this is not true. I really don't like to be discriminated and lied to. For me staying in this hotel was supposed to be a dream but it was nothing like that. I love Valencia but I doubt if I will return to this hotel.

This hotel is the only real choice you have if you want to stay on a beach front location that includes a pool and kids club etc. Sadly the hotel is very tired and old. The room we stayed in was a suite with a balcony as we needed an extra bed for our son. It was clear the room hadn't been updated at all in many years with very old furniture, old telephone systems and a music stereo system from around 15 years ago. The quality of the room itself was very poor and nowhere near the standard you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Furniture old and damaged on the edges, mould in various places around the bathroom and a bathroom door that was warped so much the door wouldn't close at all. After 2 days we couldn't get out onto the balcony as the door lock mechanism also broke. Overall the service from the staff was good but could have been better, again not what you're expecting from a 5 star rated hotel. The breakfast and restaurant food is of a high standard but once again the surroundings and furniture are dated and run down.
Kids club was a nice touch and Marina who works there was brilliant.
I'd say the hotel is more suitable for work conferences but not for families looking for a high end hotel stay. Based on 3 nights stay taking both the state of the room and service into consideration I'd rate it no higher than 3 star at best.
Las Arenas could be a fantastic resort hotel with it's fabulous location. However it would take a absolutely huge investment to completely overhaul the entire hotel and bring it up to 2025s 5 star hotel standards.

Excellent service, everyone is very helpful and very friendly.
Exceptional breakfast.
The concierge service is extraordinary: efficient, quick action were taken, knowledgeable staff.
My room was always clean and very tidy.
Complementary drinking water is provided every day!
I liked the layout of the bathroom/toilet.
The only downside for me is that although the beach is easily accessible and only a few metres away, there is no direct access to the beach nor hotel amenities there (it may be different during the Summer).
I will gladly be staying at your resort again when in Valencia.

Luxury hotel situated right on Valencia’s beach, adjacent to dozens of restaurants along the promenade that leads up to La Malvarosa beach and beyond. The hotel lacks for nothing in facilities with pools, a gym and day spa as well as a restaurant and bars. Breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of food options available. All staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Every day in the late afternoon housekeeping would come to ask whether you needed any extra room amenities. Our room was a triple room in a corner of the hotels that had views of the beach and the pool deck below. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with first class amenities. It was a wonderful place to stay for the 4 days we were in Valencia.

Overall a very good experience. The service was amazing. Nice facilities (pool,gym,spa). The restaurant was top notch. Easy access to the beach. Two minor points. The room was a little small. Wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the bathroom was of equal size. And more importantly, I found it bizarre that a premium hotel like this would charge for parking even though there is ample free public parking just next to the hotel. And one extra point. Like so many hotels in premium destinations they still haven't managed to solve the problem with guests waking up early in the morning, leaving their towels at the chaises lounges at the pool only to disappear for hours and depriving honest guests of their time at the pool. This is so true of many establishments in this part of the world (Spain, France, Italy, Greece). People without decorum just claiming a spot for the whole day. That being said, the hotel should try to dissuade this behavior.

This is a stunning hotel with something for everyone. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The food is first class, and so is the service. Location is near the Port area of Valencia. Brilliant swimming pools, where you can swim for fitness or just for leisure. I would undoubtedly return here on my next visit to Valencia. Staff are wonderful!

Beautiful location and hotel. The staff were attentive, warm and helpful. The afternoon spent by the kids' pool was a great time for the whole family.
The children loved going to the Kids Club, the young women running it were wonderful! And we got to have a couple of hours of child-free relaxation. (Why doesn't EVERY hotel offer a Kids Club????)
The breakfast buffet was excellent quality: there was something for everyone, including many healthy and protein options for those who don't want to start the day with sugar and gluten.
The rooms are beautiful and the whole place feels peaceful and luxurious.
One of our best hotel experiences, as a family, for sure. Again, the staff are what makes this experience so lovely. We will be back!

We treated ourselves to a fancy hotel while visiting our daughter who is studying in Valencia and we're very happy with our choice.
Obviously, rooms are great and well appointed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air con and soundproofing were ace

The pool is fantastic and huge and deep and clean and.. well... Just great.
Breakfast was good,... And lots of choice, even for me as a veggie , but I think vegans would struggle a bit!
Best thing is that I made a stupid mistake with booking and they could have made me pay for another night but (thanks to one of the reception team whose name I've forgotten!!! Sorry 😔) we got it sorted and they were very reasonable.
So...it IS expensive and it was a treat for us but it felt very comfortable and friendly.
