Really lovely welcome from staff. The room was massive - really comfy bed, clean and the bathroom was great. Nice tea making facilities too. I liked the fact it was just a 10 minute walk from the bus station, walking distance to the old town, and right next to a lovely coffee bar/ patisserie.

We had a great stay with our dog at a very reasonable price. There was a slight odd smell when we arrived, but it quickly went away after we opened the windows. The hotel is pet-friendly, though there was an extra charge of €12 for our dog and €18 for parking. Breakfast cost €9.50 per person and included fresh pastries, fruit, and yogurts. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Probably the worst IBIS I’ve stayed in. I understand that it’s a low budget hotel but this was one step up from a hostel and for the price we paid by booking in advance, we could have got a room in a 4* hotel in Bilbao if we had waited and booked the day before!

The room was like a prison cell especially the toilet location which gave very little privacy.

The AC was very loud which led to broken sleep.

The view from the window was depressing and looked right into other rooms so couldn’t keep the (broken) blind up to let light in.

Breakfast was acceptable apart from the chaos!

The redeeming factor here was the staff on reception, they were very helpful and friendly.

My experience here has led me to the conclusion that I will not book to stay in an IBIS hotel again.

Clean and as advertised. Google mentioned it had washing amenities, but did not. Would be good to correct that.

Having used Ibis budget previously, I booked this as It was the cheapest hotel option I could find for my stay. The room was clean with great shower facilities. However the double bed had thin split mattress toppers which were not secured on the base, they were covered by one sheet which appeared too small and did not keep them in place, any movement while in bed and they slipped around. As I am not a dirty or untidy person, I elected not to have the room cleaned just replaced towels and emptied rubbish bin myself. Saving staff time, which was appreciated by them. I found the staff to be pleasant and the common areas satisfactory. The continental breakfast was good and plentiful. Sadly the bed was totally unsatisfactory

Reasonably priced. Small room but enough for what was required. Continental Breakfast very good. Shower very powerful. Very clean. Only marked down to an 8 because there was no safe. Other than that very satisfied.
