When I arrived I had an incident with the room that was assigned to me and there was no other room that could be allocated to me or in the conditions. The treatment from the staff when I found out about this was excellent, it was a very friendly and attentive attitude. Really a 10 for all the people who handled the business. I would definitely recommend it, on par with everything else excellent, rooms, food, location etc.

Ideal location, just behind English Court and close to everything. Small but modern hotel, breakfast with everything you need and free tea/coffee machine between meals which is appreciated. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Bilbao. The staff were very welcoming, especially Cristina. She is perfect for her position at the front desk. Very helpful and attentive. A real gem! The room was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout so we had a few more hours to explore Bilbao before heading to the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were polite and welcoming.
Location was perfect in a beautiful city.
Rooms were cleaned daily and to a great standard.
Breakfast had a nice selection. Maybe a few more options for vegetarian, but otherwise very nice.

First of all, the hotel reception can only accommodate one person at a time. Even though we chose a room facing the street, they gave us one facing the back. The breakfast costs 11 euros, but there are time restrictions. Although breakfast starts around 6 AM, it is divided into 4 time slots. So don’t expect to eat whenever you like just because you paid for it. You have to inform them a day in advance of your preferred one-hour time slot.
Now, the most surprising part for me: the duvet covers consist of two separate sheets that come apart as soon as you get in. It’s very uncomfortable, and I lost count of how many times I woke up because of this. Also, they say the room is 21 square meters, but there’s an unnecessary corridor inside, and they probably count that too. Otherwise, the room is small and feels cramped. The chairs in the room are dirty and stained — I can’t understand how they don’t notice. In my opinion, this is a 2-star hotel at best. Other than that, the location is nice.

I liked the room. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet which is a good for a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good too. The location is in the center, and I was going around just by walk.

We made a group booking with this hotel and could not reccomend them more. The rooms were at an excellent standard and the hotel was very central. The staff were super helpful in the lead up to the trip and also upon arrival. The breakfast was also delicious. Would highly reccomend this establishment!

A fantastic hotel. After many times in Bilbao, I'm glad we discovered it. It's my favourite. Perfect location when arriving by train. Very high standard. Super friendly reception. I'm sure tomorrow's breakfast will be similarly good. 😃

The hotel was wonderfully situated, right in the heart of Bilbao. The staff were very welcoming, especially Cristina. She is perfectly suited to her position on the front desk. Very helpful and thoughtful. A real gem!

Good experience with this hotel. Perfect location to do everything on foot. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. I recommend.
