Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were polite and welcoming.
Location was perfect in a beautiful city.
Rooms were cleaned daily and to a great standard.
Breakfast had a nice selection. Maybe a few more options for vegetarian, but otherwise very nice.

I liked the room. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet which is a good for a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good too. The location is in the center, and I was going around just by walk.

We made a group booking with this hotel and could not reccomend them more. The rooms were at an excellent standard and the hotel was very central. The staff were super helpful in the lead up to the trip and also upon arrival. The breakfast was also delicious. Would highly reccomend this establishment!

A fantastic hotel. After many times in Bilbao, I'm glad we discovered it. It's my favourite. Perfect location when arriving by train. Very high standard. Super friendly reception. I'm sure tomorrow's breakfast will be similarly good. 😃

The hotel was wonderfully situated, right in the heart of Bilbao. The staff were very welcoming, especially Cristina. She is perfectly suited to her position on the front desk. Very helpful and thoughtful. A real gem!

The room was clean and well appointed with everything we required. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was very quiet and the beds very comfortable.

We appreciated the ability to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out so that we had a few more hours to explore Bilbao before going to the airport.

We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great location right in the centre of everything. Super friendly front desk staff! Very comfy bed, quiet so great sleeping and room very clean and bathroom had tons of space with a lovely big shower. Heat / AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was fine with everything you'd need, a bit awkward at times but overall fine as it was good value.

Would have been good to have had a bar onsite for that night cap but there are plenty near by.

We got redirected to this hotel by Booking.com after the apartment we initially booked through them turned out to be a fraud. We had a choice between this place and another one in the area, but we chose here for easier access to the public parkings.
The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and in the heart of the shopping district, with some very good restaurants nearby as well.
Staff is amazingly kind and canceled the pet fee after booking.com forgot to inform them they were taking that part in their charge as compensation for not having checked their listings beforehand.
For other people arriving by car: do not enter the parking right across from the hotel, it's the shopping center's parking that doesn't allow overnight stay, plus it's very pricey (they charge by the minute). You can stop for 10 min in front of the hotel to take out your bags. I recommend the Parking Indigo-Instituto which is 5min away and you can purchase a ticket for the number of nights you are staying, which gives you a discount.

Very clean, modern and centrally located in the heart of the commercial quarter of Bilbao.
Staff is pleasant and customer oriented.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of items to choose from. Coffee from the coffee machine was excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
