The room was not clean in addition it was infested by bed bugs. We got 80 bites each. Despite multiple promises of a full refund by a hotel this never happened. In addition the heighbourhood is quite sketchy. I suggest you spend a few euros more and stay somewhere else.

Very nice hotel , near to old town , staff friendly and give us good advise on getting to places and finding things around.
Room was simple but clean and comfortable.

This is a two star budget hotel, if you don't mind that sort of thing, then this place is perfectly clean and close to the old city. When we went it was the choice of this at 91€ or bigger chains at 180€+ in equivalent locations yes you'll get slightly cheaper further out but then you'll have to tram it in. If you have a car you MUST book when booking room, booking sites just say parking available but it's not unless you book in advance, otherwise you'll need a 1 km hike to a decent carpark. Beds comfy, plenty of hot water, helpful concierge staff .

Run down hotel in a run down area of Bilbao. Rooms are very basic, no tea and coffee facilities in the room. You can hear ALL activities from other rooms.

Room was good and clean enough, very friendly staff. Very nice location 5 min walking to main old town area ( bar, tourism..),
They dont have mini bar or fridge in the room
Hotel is in an old city area, next to many ladies night clubs, not the best area to walk with children or at night
Parking is not easy in the area so better ask for a parking slot in advance, they have very few of them on a condo right crossing the street.

Nice and helpful staff. Good location, although not a lot of restaurants/bars/cafes so you need to walk ~10-15 min to get to more busy areas. There’s a nice park right next to the hotel if you’re traveling with dogs, they have a fenced out dog park.
The hotel itself is nothing special, it’s pretty old, but it has everything you need. They don’t do breakfasts they just have a vending machine.

Very poor area it look and is not very Inviting lot of men hanging around.
Very steep road we would not have book if we new as I have a mobility problem not restaurant for breakfast with out going up and down stEps and steep road sorry the staff are great by when we book again for Bilbao it will not be here.😭

Simple hotel not far from the old town.
The attention of the reception very good, the hotel is clean, simple and a little old.
It would be necessary to give the hotel a face and furniture cleaning.

An old hotel with a pretty poor interior. Some traces of renovation are seen as well, but it isn't going to be enough for a demanding traveler.
Meanwhile it provides private rooms with private bathrooms for a very affordable price. Personnel is also very polite.
There already are lots of fancy and fabulous hotels in the city, but the ones like this are needed too!
