It is located in the middle of downtown Bilbao, within walking distance of almost everything you want to do or see around town. It is very modern, with a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant and, at night, a coffee shop and bar with an outside garden. The rooms are very nice and well-decorated.

Just watch the video I attached (with sound). It’s worth more than thousands of words. Note: at the end I demonstrate that the window doesn’t fully close, so you enjoy drunk people’s song instead of sleeping. But thank you for the quick refund of remaining nights.

Pretty standard bland and impersonal business hotel. Brusque check in. Rooms nice, beds comfortable. Wifi barely functioning at any point (I notice this has been the same for YEARS and the promises to improve it have come to nothing) and couldn’t get more than 3G on my phone inside the room.

It is in the heart of the city and near to main station in Bilbao. You will get public transport in a walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. 15mins away from Airport. For Breakfast they have vegan options too. Good service and polite staff.

Service isn't as good as other places. Phones take forever to answer.
The WiFi is beyond bad, not a place for business or anything remote. Had to abandon several Teams calls and start using my phone's hotspot (pretty unacceptable since the pandemic).

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic *****, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.
