Stayed from the 18th till the 23rd Food The food was good All inclusive was amazing Indoor pool We were massively disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for our entire stay Outdoor pool We were pleased with the outdoor pool Great location Friendly staff

Just got back from a 10 day holidayand as the last time we visited had wonderful and relaxing stay. Staff so welcoming and friendly they work so efficiently and always with a smile. We couldn't fault the food . So much variety would find it hard to want for anything more. Drinks anything you want. A lovely and homely atmosphere.different areas to choose from to sit and relax without being on top of other people. Rooms clean .Location is perfect. Step outside and the shops are right on the doorstep. Beach not even five minute walk away . This is our second visit and hopefully we will be booking to go again next year. They say staff are only as good as the management and you won't find a more pleasant and hard working manager than the one at The Nordeste.

We have just returned from 4 nights here and we had a lovely stay the hotel was nice, staff were all very friendly, room was lovely and clean, food was great plenty of options everyday. It was a great location very close to the beach. My only issue was some of the other guests we found to be very rude and disapproving of our disabled child but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

Just got back from 5 days here, the hotel itself is ok but could do with some major renovations. Pros: -Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants near -Rooms are quite big and modern, comfy beds -Selection of all inclusive drinks were good -Food was ok, standard all inclusive options -The bar and restaurant staff work tirelessly to serve everyone and keep the area looking clean and tidy Cons: -Pool is tiny and there is no atmosphere around the pool area, no music activities etc -The dining room is clearly too small for all the guests, it was near on impossible to walk round without bumping into someone -No fridge in the room so can’t keep your own food/drinks cold -The ‘spa’ is supposed to have a heated pool which we were told is only open from ‘May-October’ by the guy on reception. Given other reviews it’s clear they don’t bother to heat this, also had to request the sauna and steam room to be turned on and we were told this was only available from 2pm even though the spa is supposed to open at 10am… quite confusing -This hotel is clearly marketed towards an older crowd (mostly German) so would avoid coming here with kids or as a couple as tbh there is not much going on.. -The rooms are so noisy, we were constantly awoken by our neighbours banging around and moving furniture which meant restless nights of sleep -The ceiling in the reception area was peeling away and there was leaks in the roof in the restaurant meaning you had to walk around buckets of water when trying to get your food… If you have low expectations and want a budget stay then this is the place for you, if it wasn’t for the hardworking staff it would be 2/5 stars

This is a lovely hotel for the price you pay. Overall the hotel is tidy and clean - some bits could do with a bit of attention but the staff work hard to make sure that it’s kept clean and that the restaurant functions well. There was a good variety of food on offer which changed day by day - as well as plenty of options for fussy eaters! The outdoor pool is quite quiet but that was actually a pleasant surprise! It’s also so close to the beach - much closer than we expected. The indoor pool / sauna area was a bit grim and could do with a major revamp / investment.

We stayed at this hotel towards the end of July. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. The location was great, food was lovely and varied and the cleanliness of the hotel was good too. It’s definitely not a hotel for the english and we were in the minority. Therefore, didn’t speak to many foreigners as they weren’t very friendly. However, that’s not the hotels fault. A special thank you to bar staff. We had a lovely stay.

Mid-range hotel, friendly staff, especially the cleaners. Room cleaning is mediocre, they don't really try, they make the bed and that's it. Towels are replaced when you ask. Linen and towels are clean, but far from new. Food is a standard buffet with basically the same menu, but there is plenty to choose from every day. We didn't use the pool and spa, there was no water circulation. There were performances by artists, about an hour in the evening, retro repertoire, Beatles, etc. Most tourists are middle-aged and older, the hotel is quiet, young people will be bored. The sea is nearby, the city beach is sandy, a sunbed, a safe is paid. Out of the unpleasant, they put us in the wrong room that we paid for. After a long journey, I didn't argue and stayed in a double room. Overall everything is good, maybe I will come again

This was my first holiday in 5 years and mine and my girlfriends first time in mallorca. Nordeste was the perfect place to spend our first time. As many have already said the 3 star rating shouldn’t put you off, it should be 4 star at the least. Our room was huge! it was clean and had a modern feel to it with a lovely view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ bathroom was clean and very nice. Definitely recommend staying all inclusive, the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was always exciting and had a pretty good selection to pick from (especially if you’re a fish lover) and the drink choices such as from the pool area snack bar were great too. The staff were lovely, attentive and welcoming. Overall, we definitely see ourselves returning to this hotel in the future and we highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable but worth the value, then nordeste should be at the top of your list! P.S the location is unbeatable, just a short 2 minute walk to the beach from the front of the hotel.

Food was good but did get a bit repetitive after a few days , salad bar had a wide choice , poolside snack very limited plain nachos and hotdogs , Room was spotless and cleaned verywell everyday didnt day for a sea view but had one . aircon was good got down to low temperature Location is good right in centre and stones throw from beach Pool.is small but plenty of room for size , areas split into 3, stairs up to loungers and bar , another section with astro grass but this would get very warm in July and August Overall a nice hotel
