We had a lovely holiday here. The hotel was lovely in a nice area with lots of things to see and do. The food was so nice and fresh with so much to choose from to suit everyone with a different theme each night. Hotel staff were all so polite and helpful. The animation team were fantastic and my daughter really enjoyed the kids club and we all enjoyed the evening entertainment. This team interacted with every child who came near them from the first activity in the morning until the last one at night, they really did put everything into making sure the children enjoyed their holiday as much as the adults. This is definitely a hotel I would love to come back too. They genuinely make you feel like part of the family.

Just returned home from a fabulous 10 days at this hotel. Reception we received from ALL the staff was wonderful. Beautiful hotel in a great location, near enough to all the amenities but also far enough away to take or leave. We had a deluxe sea view room, spotlessly clean plenty of space with a big bathroom and a walk in shower. Dressing gowns, slippers, restocked daily mini bar and coffee machine. Great choice of food, if you can’t find something to eat then you need to go self catering. Drinks are very generous. Great pool area and we never had trouble finding sunbeds. The animation team work really hard, not our cup of tea but go down to the town if you fancy something different. I don’t pick my holiday destination based on the entertainment. The staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. Kasia, the customer relations manager was a real ray of sunshine. All in all would a go again, definitely YES.

We stayed for 11 night and thought it was absolutely brilliant.
They had facilities for all the family, kids loved the pool.
The animation team was unbelievable, incredibly good, Lenny, Danni, Danny & Rudi we dealt with. Each one of them was absolutely brilliant. The night entertainment was brilliant, food was really good. There's tiny improvements they could make, like PA speaker at the kids pool but overall was was an unbelievable holiday.

This was the best family holiday we have ever had. There were 5 of us across 3 generations and the hotel catered superbly for all our needs. Staying at the hotel felt like staying amongst friends. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean and modern. The food was magnificent. The choices were amazing - day and night. Bar staff were so friendly and on our all inclusive package, we got tremendous value for money. The pool area was busy, but still relaxing and the entertainment staff worked so hard to provide activities for young and old alike. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommended as a holiday destination

One of the best all inclusive holidays I've been on with my two children. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with staff coming daily to tidy round. On arrival reception staff are very welcoming and accommodating with drinks ready and a small selection of food. All waiting staff and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly and always have smiles on their faces with nothing ever too much trouble. There also great with the children making them laugh!! The entertainment team are the best I've ever seen and what they have to offer is fantastic its suitable for all ages from kids to adults and includes everyone they are all so friendly and its just all so spectacular and it was so much fun! The food was always fresh and the eating areas were very clean. The chefs would go out there way to make you something extra if you had any allergies etc.

Lovely hotel, food great and plentiful. Was there with my daughter and grandchildren on 6 October. The children’s club and the entertainment team were the best I’ve ever seen they were all so talented. Lovely grounds and pool area and plenty of sun beds. Will definitely go back. Only thing was the rooms could do with a freshen up, but it were clean and for all the time you spend in the room it was a minor point.

Exquisite views of the sea and pool area from the balcony of the fourth floor room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except there was some stain on the curtains. The furniture is quite worn out in the room and the dining hall.

The hotel offered things to do for whole day. The pool area and garden was nice looking. There are a few friendly cats moving around the hotel area which was a fun suprise.

The food in the buffet was good and varied. Sometimes the food had gone cold.

The planes that flew over the hotel were a little annoying at first but didn't mind us later on.

Our holiday was very successful and we liked the hotel and the staff and could come back some other time in the future.

Good hotel,plentiful food. Needs a touch of refurbishment. There was an occasion where around 40 short stay guests were very disruptive and had to be addressed by security. Not pleasant for the other guests. Housekeeping was excellent. The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location. Although there are still some covid restrictions the hotel managed it well.
