Hotel Mirador Papagayo by LIVVO

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff were good. Food was fine certain days better than others. Like the fact they seat you so your not fighting for tables. We liked the location as it was a lovely walk to the marina down the front. Rooms were great and it wasn't too busy for saying it was school holiday.

We had a fantastic time here. Two adults and two children (6 & 15). Location was spot on for us; amenities nearby, right by the ocean, away from the real hustle and bustle, but still easy to get to the bars and tourist hot spots. We opted for ocean view rooms; well worth the extra money. The rooms themselves were fairly decent. No complaints other than no extractor in the bathroom. Special mention on the beds….best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The facilities were good. Spa, gym, kids clubs, and a few decent pools. The days we stayed in/around the hotel we felt comfortable, looked after and entertained. The evening entertainment was a little mediocre, but still good fun. The food was probably the worst bit about this hotel but, that said, it was perfectly fine. What they lacked in quality they made up for in variety, and there was always something for everyone in our party. We went half board and were happy we didn’t go all inclusive. It was a fair bit extra cost, and wouldn’t have been worth it. Onto the staff. Amazing! Everyone was helpful and friendly, and it came across as genuine and not forced. Overall, we loved it here (and the Playa Blanca area). It was good value for money and we intend to holiday here again.

Hotel super, I had a double sea view room on second floor, brilliant view and could watch people walking past. Room very spacious, cleaned every day, large bottle of water every other day, clean bed linen every other day, towels changed on request. Pool area great lovely to swim in. Stayed half board, breakfasts were fine, evening meal was just ok plain food nothing to tempt you as previously mentioned could do with vast improvement as the rest of hotel is so good. Restaurant manager grumpy seemed to favour the Spanish guests. Drinks in the bar were quite pricey too. Evening entertainment was satisfactory again needs improvement. Did lots of walking and enjoyed my break.

If you are a family with young children, you are most likley going to have a really lovely holiday. Positives 1. Really clean hotel and room. 2. Family room is spacious and comfortable. 3. Cleaners came every day to sweep, empty bins and make up beds. 4. Drinks and all inclusive ice creams were good. 5. Breakfast was nice. 6. We liked the location as prefer somewhere quieter and we LOVED the marina which was an easy walk with 3 Yr old in pushchair + 6 Yr old walking. 7. Cheap taxis to Playa blanca. 8. Food outside the hotel reasonably priced - we paid about €70 for a meal out for family of 4 including drinks. 9. Kids club - our kids really enjoyed it and loved the staff. It's open 11-1 amd 3-4.30 & mini disco at 8.45. You can leave kids over 4 but we stayed as our son is 3. 10. We requested a room with an enclosed balcony and got one. It overlooked the kids pool and was really lovely. 11. 2 shops close by - just be sure to check prices as you go around as some things were ridiculously expensive compared to others. 12. Staff were generally all super friendly and helpful. The not so good... The food isn't the best - we knew this before we went and chose it anyway because it was a LOT cheaper than other hotels. We planned to eat out and we ate out 4 of 7 nights. I would say lunch was better than dinner but I think just because I'm quite happy with salad and a bit of bread for lunch. The pool snack bar is a bit rubbish for food but again we didn't have really high expectations so we weren't disappointed! The wafer biscuits were a hit with the kids. The kids disco and entertainment is inside apart from 1 night a week when it is outside. I didn't realise this when booking it would be inside and it was SO much nicer when outside. I think it's inside because there isn't enough room outside. The kids however did not care and my son cried the night we got home because he missed the mini disco haha. Overall, we were extremely happy with what we got for the money we paid in peak summer holidays :) core memories made for our littles and that's what it is all about.

Just returned after a two week stay and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely & clean. We stayed in the annexe area which we loved with two young kids & mostly used the pool there. The other pool area is lovely too & easily accessible from the annexxe area. Accommodation was perfect with lots of space, comfy beds & well equipped kitchen. The restaurant was clean with lots of choice for everyone. Staff were excellent here. Spa was beautiful, would recommend a treatment there also. Entertainment staff for the kids were fantastic and we all really enjoyed the mini disco. Reception staff were friendly, although I did find one male receptionist a little rude when I was ordering a taxi. A great place to stay & we look forward to our next holiday here.

The 2nd time we have been to this lovely Hotel. It didn't disappoint. I have to say a big Thank You to reception, I had emailed to ask if I could have the same room as last year if possible and on arrival was really happy to have rm 346 sea view. It was a lovely surprise. The Hotel was just as lovely as last year. Same staff in bar and dining room, which we loved. Food was just as good, so much choice. The beds and pillows are some of the best I've slept on, so comfortable. The rooms were always cleaned very well too. This Hotel is situated so well, beaches at papagayo and marina in the other direction. This holiday was even better than last year....Thank you for a fantastic time. We will be back next year.

First time staying here and it didn't disappoint, the staff were friendly, especially the lady in the spa, the ladies on reception were always helpful, room was very clean, the view from my room was amazing, better than I expected! I've seen negative comments about the food but I thought there was a good choice and it looked fresh and well cooked, breakfast was especially good. I would definitely stay here again, a beautiful location and hotel, a great first experience in lanzarote

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is varied with something for everyone and cooked well. The staff are all lovely and extremely hard working. First time staying in this hotel, but it definitely won't be the last 100% happy with everything.
