A excellent 4 star hotel. The staff, food, service and location were excellent. A warm welcome from the start and through out our holiday. The entertainment was excellent especially the lead guy who spoke 4 languages, well done.
A large selection of food throughout the day, the bar staff were excellent and the cleaners that kept the rooms tidy.
I would strongly recommend this hotel, and on planing to return next year. Thank you for a lovely stay as we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

Decent 4 star experience. Rooms ware spacious and clean. Corridors ware sadly outdated. Food was all right,blend but nobody got sick. Bartenders did a good job 😉Great location, 15 minutes walking to the amazing Papagayo beach!

How can I start on this AMAZING family friendly hotel. Great rooms, happy staff who are ready to help you if you need and lovely pools and views.
I definitely recommend this accommodation if you come to Lanzarote.
One bad thing is the food options, they are lovely but they need more options.

Was genuinely a lovely hotel with a beautiful room with beautiful views, only minor thing was thought I was getting a double bed, two singles put together.
The majority of the staff were amazing. 90% out of 100% were great maybe just that 10% who were not keen on us.
Couldn’t fault the location was amazing.

Great hotel and holiday stay. A solid 4 star resort with good food and drink. Great for families with young children and always something going on in the main pool. For older children and adults the entertainment finishes very early each night (10:30) so not a place for those who like to party into the night. Food was buffet in main restaurant and buffet in the one specialist restaurant. Food was always good and lots on offer but did not change much each night so got a little boring by the end of our 2 weeks away. Hotel was at the end of a walkway with a very pleasant 20 minute walk to the nearest harbour side and restaurant and shops. The beach was great and we went snorkelling lots. No beds on the beach which was a surprise but it was very near hotel so no worries. Hotel staff were great and always helpful. Room was great and large for 4 of us.

Lovely hotel with a good range of places to eat. The animation team is good but you'll be hard pressed to get a Sun lounger by any of the pools unless you're there at 9am as after that they are all taken by other people's towels. Pool bar staff are rather unenthusiastic but that's no surprise. The canary bar seems nice though. The most unpleasant bit is that the bathroom in our room is prone to flooding if you actually use the shower and it smells like drains if you flush the toilet. Probably a plumbing issue due to being on the ground floor.

Superb family vacation destination in Lanzarote. Quiet location, perfect for long walks or running with breathtaking views. Very friendly staff and delicious food (all inclusive). Four swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults only. The rooms with ocean views are just delightful. Excellent value for money.

Stayed in your hotel for one week commencing on June 24 th 2017. This was our second time staying with you. On both occasions we booked royal elite which was very good. On this occasion however we had a DREADFUL experience in the royal elite bar when a LIVE RAT was running around the bar on one evening. The bar man called a manager and with the help of some male guests the rat was eventually captured . At this stage there were many very distressed guests standing on chairs! We received NO apology of any kind from any management or staff and while we remained in the hotel for three more days nobody contacted us regarding the awful incident. Not one phone call to our room regarding the incident or to check on our welfare. Very disappointed with management approach and can assure them I was not seeking any kind of compensation for the distress caused . Would simply have appreciated a courtesy call. ?must query the hotel hygiene if a RAT is running around a bar on the 5 th floor !!!!!

The hotel complex is lovely, but the hotel rooms aren't so good. Markings on the wall and desks etc. I saw a stain on my bed vallance which I was not very pleased with. The pool and bars are superb, the food is exquisite

Excellent hotel, great facilities and size. Good proximity to marina and town. Taxis are cheap anywhere. Food is fine, however dining nearby is worthwhile. Entertainment is great, animation team work hard to entertain day and night. Rooms are gorgeous, however the public areas are a little tired
