Good: comfortable beds. Decent rooms with balcony. Opening door to toilet v quiet (suits elderly kli Shower controls intuitive. Cleaned well. Reception staff helpful. Daytime pool based entertainment based on old fashioned board games good. Food in hotel should suit all but the most picky.

We stayed here for 1 night for a layover after a late flight. Only a few minutes taxi journey from the airport (£12). Room was clean, no complimentary water though. The highlight was the breakfast buffet! Not included in our room, but was only €10pp & well worth it! It was busy as to be expected but had a huge range with fresh food available.

cleanliness was lacking. the corridors smelled, the carpet never seems to be cleaned. the rooms are tired and should be renovated. the food did not disappoint, but the cleanliness of the dishes and tables and utensils was lacking. the coffee and juice at breakfast is terrible. the sea is close, it is easy to reach it. the pool is small. the place is quiet

Hotel in a great location, a few steps to the beach. Clean, quiet. What surprised me most was the food served for dinner, which was much better than in nearby pubs. A large selection of dishes, including local ones. Everything fresh and good.
Drinks at the bar at better prices than on the promenade. I highly recommend this place.

Cool 4 star hotel. Great swimming pool but sadly they close it at 7pm on summer. The view is amazing. Staff is very kind. Food is ok, some days better than others. Location is great, very close to the beach, airport, restaurants, bars. The rooms, sometimes they forget to live water or coffee. Clean and fresh. It is a very good choice.

According to my high standards, this hotel deserves an additional star. Firstly, the hotel is located in an excellent spot, close to the beach, with a bus stop connecting to Palma just a few steps away. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat for every visitor.

The rooms, restaurant, and the entire establishment are impeccably clean. What I would particularly like to highlight is the hotel staff, because at the end of the day, what we remember are the emotions they convey. From the wonderful and kind receptionist Vanessa, who warmly welcomed us, to all other receptionists like Brigita and Toni, who provided us with all the necessary information. The chefs, like the lovely Conci, Antonio, and Tomasa, prepare perfect dishes with their hardworking hands, always with a smile.

The hotel staff tirelessly ensures that the rooms are neat and clean, and I can only say that the manager of this hotel has chosen the right team, worthy of hosting even the King of Spain. The only sad moment was the day before our departure, when I had to say goodbye to these wonderful people.

If you want a vacation to remember, I wholeheartedly recommend Alua Leo.

Great hotel we have stayed here many times. The hotel is kept clean and is in a great location it one street back from the beach front. The staff I have found to very friendly and helpful this hotel has many return customers.

Great location, a block away from the beach. The bus stop is less than 20 meters away. There is a small super market (Carrefour Express) 5 min walk at another hotel. The room was nice & clean. They have a parking for €4/day. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Decent size swimming pool. Many tables along the pool where you can relax and get your coffee/beer. I can’t says anything about the food at the restaurant cause I haven’t eaten there. Wonderful staff. You can rent a beach towel with refundable deposit of €10. This was very nice option.

Clean smart modern hotel but was expecting a kettle tea coffee facility in our room as its classed as a 4 star , No issues with room apart from that . 8am Breakfast selection and quality excellent and hotel front reception staff lovely. Great location and a nice pool . Would stay again.
