Grupotel Acapulco Playa - Adults Only

Beautiful hotel and staff are lovely and speak English well. Rooms excellent. Breakfast amazing. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed and showers have glass doors, no shower curtain.

We have been coming here for 13 years in a row, and we still look forward to coming back every year again for our summer holiday.

We had a fabulous return visit again to The Acapulco Playa .. we stayed for 2 1/2 weeks over christmas.. which was delightful The staff go above & beyond to make your stay so special .. everywhere is clean & fresh the rooms are not huge but have everything we need .. we always sleep so well at the hotel & the food is excellent , so much choice and beautifully prepared & presented. The house keeping team are always helpful & friendly . Thank you to Sebastian & Jose plus ALL the staff for making our trip to Mallorca so memorable. Looking forward to returning !

Great stay again at this lovely adults only hotel beside the beach..
All the staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable & relaxing.
The food is fabulous .. with so much choice at dinner and breakfast .. the restaurant can get rather busy but the staff cope so well with service .Our room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view.
From the management to all the staff we have been made to feel so welcome .. and we very much look forward to our next visit.

It's OK. Quite smart. Expensive for ice creams. 17.30 euros for 3 !

Overall, it is a very nice hotel.
Pros: Clean room and facilities, attentive staff, fresh and varied breakfast, next to the beach, perfect A/C, perfect mini-bar, comfortable sunbeds by the pool, rooms have balcony, great Wifi.
Cons: Rooms and furniture slightly worn, pool bottom somewhat discolored.

My sister and I booked a room here in January, and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options, and you can taste they are local products. The service and staff have been very kind and welcoming since we came, our flight came earlier and they allowed us to check in and gave us free breakfast. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean (the lady came every day and did an amazing job) and a good size. I also liked the bed a lot, had some good nights of sleep. We enjoyed the spa every day, it's small but clean with two saunas, jacuzzi, and and indoor heated pool that's big enough for a daily swimming exercise. Also free of charge which is cool. All in all, a very nice experience! Thank you!
