Amazing hotel, full of Joy and happiness. All staff are amazingly friendly and always helpfull on any matter. Hotel is beautiful, higly clean. Rooms are great, confortable, clean and well organize. Beautiful view and very best of beach, walking Path and a lot of convinient stores. This is just a small introduction of One of the best hostels in Palma de Maiorca.

We had a fabulous return visit again to The Acapulco Playa .. we stayed for 2 1/2 weeks over christmas.. which was delightful The staff go above & beyond to make your stay so special .. everywhere is clean & fresh the rooms are not huge but have everything we need .. we always sleep so well at the hotel & the food is excellent , so much choice and beautifully prepared & presented. The house keeping team are always helpful & friendly . Thank you to Sebastian & Jose plus ALL the staff for making our trip to Mallorca so memorable. Looking forward to returning !

Nice hotel good service and polite and good breakfast staff nice and helpful

Room was good on 5 th floor with view over the beach. Room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Entertainment in evening was very enjoyable most people up and dancing. One night they had a guitar player but not really appreciated. He was probably very good but it was dull and spoilt the evening as no one could join in or dance.

Great stay again at this lovely adults only hotel beside the beach..
All the staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable & relaxing.
The food is fabulous .. with so much choice at dinner and breakfast .. the restaurant can get rather busy but the staff cope so well with service .Our room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view.
From the management to all the staff we have been made to feel so welcome .. and we very much look forward to our next visit.

What a magnificent place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the showers are big and modern. From the moment we arrived, the service was brilliant. We felt welcomed and were accommodated for as we arrived a couple of hours before check in time. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the pool area is spacious. We only booked breakfast included which had a wonderful spread. Would highly recommend

Overall, it is a very nice hotel.
Pros: Clean room and facilities, attentive staff, fresh and varied breakfast, next to the beach, perfect A/C, perfect mini-bar, comfortable sunbeds by the pool, rooms have balcony, great Wifi.
Cons: Rooms and furniture slightly worn, pool bottom somewhat discolored.

My sister and I booked a room here in January, and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options, and you can taste they are local products. The service and staff have been very kind and welcoming since we came, our flight came earlier and they allowed us to check in and gave us free breakfast. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean (the lady came every day and did an amazing job) and a good size. I also liked the bed a lot, had some good nights of sleep. We enjoyed the spa every day, it's small but clean with two saunas, jacuzzi, and and indoor heated pool that's big enough for a daily swimming exercise. Also free of charge which is cool. All in all, a very nice experience! Thank you!
