Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Their lunch is a great value, delicious food offerings, and overall a marvelous experience. Looking forward to staying there again. Also, loved the intriguing art throughout!

The hotel is a great location but that just about it. Very over priced, outdated rooms, and would not say friendly or helpful staff to ensure you have a pleasurable experience on your vacation.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night: could not fall asleep at all because the AC was maddening loud. Turning off AC wasn't an option due to summer high temperature. Linen feels scratchy. At 8am, someone started hammering determined to shake everyone awake.
The hotel has very few windows: the entire corridor is dark and squished, the window in the room has no view; there's some kind of plank wood half blocking the window.
I did check out the hotel's swimming pool and spa area; the pool is small but at least those amenities look like the photos on their site. But the room we stayed in: low ceiling, blocked window, maddening loud AC, o my, do not stay in this hotel: there are so many good hotels near Palma: I recommend Belle Marivent.

Great central location and friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but to say it was tired is an understatement. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Really nice hotel one block from lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet, clean great staff, nice breakfast and cafe with great 3 course lunch with wine for €20. Nice lounge area and sauna/steam room/whirlpool area. Free mini bar. Very pleased.

Stayed 3 nights last week for my birthday.
Room was clean, bright and airy with the added bonus of a balcony.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Surprise Prosecco was left in our room.
Great location.
Bus stop right outside hotel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a mini break.

Great location, lovely people, but this place needs a refurbishment. We asked to change room because of damp and decay. The second room was better but quite noisy. The place is overdue some TLC- it has not changed since we visited it many years ago!

Location is the biggest advantege of this hotel - in the city center. You can get here from the airport directly by A1 bus - it stops in front of the hotel (tickets cost 5€ pP, you can pay cash on the bus, the ride takes around 25 mins; taxi would cost ca. 30€). The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and light (you can get used to the black color in the corridors, it’s fine). Disadvantages: the AC in the room is VERY loud, no ventilation in the bathroom (keep the door open!), breakfast could be better (the choice is very limited, not everything is tasty or super fresh). All in all - perfect hotel for a short stay in the city center!

On first glance we weren't sure about the hotel. The walls are painted black and the room was simple and bare. But the service was excellent. Free sauna, jacuzzi, fresh clean towels every day and the complimentary drinks in the room made up for those first thoughts. The breakfast is excellent as it is a great variety of hot and cold food. Also I went to Majorca to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel left a bottle of champagne in my room and the room cleaners left chocolate and orange scented soap and cream with a card wishing me happy birthday. This hotel is definitely a good place to spend your birthday and it a great place to stay in Palma city. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay at your hotel.
