HM Jaime III Hotel

We stayed for just one night and honestly wish we hadn’t. The only positive was the location: very close to the town center, which made getting around easy.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from pleasant. I had reached out both by email and phone prior to our arrival to ask about parking, but never received a response. When we arrived, we were told there was public parking available for €15 at another hotel about five minutes away. In reality, it took closer to 8–10 minutes due to the confusing streets and access.
The biggest issue, however, was the reception staff: incredibly rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. Not once did we get a smile or feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and newly renovated, but completely lacked character — it felt sterile and cold. To make things worse, it was located right next to the staff cleaning area, and we were woken up early in the morning by the sound of doors being slammed repeatedly.
Overall, this was an experience to forget. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

We booked a stay at this hotel for two people from August 19 to 26, paying €1800 in advance. Unfortunately, due to a death in our family, we were unable to travel on the scheduled dates. We contacted the hotel immediately, hoping they would understand the situation and allow us to either cancel the booking or reschedule it for a later time, such as in September.

Sadly, the hotel showed no compassion or flexibility. They refused both cancellation and date change and simply kept the full amount we had paid. In such difficult personal circumstances, we expected a more human and understanding approach — a date change would have been appreciated.

This lack of empathy and customer care was very disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be booking with them again in the future.

The hotel is a great location but that just about it. Very over priced, outdated rooms, and would not say friendly or helpful staff to ensure you have a pleasurable experience on your vacation.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night: could not fall asleep at all because the AC was maddening loud. Turning off AC wasn't an option due to summer high temperature. Linen feels scratchy. At 8am, someone started hammering determined to shake everyone awake.

The hotel has very few windows: the entire corridor is dark and squished, the window in the room has no view; there's some kind of plank wood half blocking the window.

I did check out the hotel's swimming pool and spa area; the pool is small but at least those amenities look like the photos on their site. But the room we stayed in: low ceiling, blocked window, maddening loud AC, o my, do not stay in this hotel: there are so many good hotels near Palma: I recommend Belle Marivent.
