Nou Baleares Hotel

The room was spacious and clean. And the staff were really friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel rooms are large and the location is good. There are many restaurants around and it is not far from the bus station. The only problem is that the breakfast is not buffet style and there are too few choices. Next time, you can try to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant.

It is adjacent to the Intermodal terminal, so it is easy to get around, and it is also easy to access Palma city! The hotel staff is also very friendly, and the welcome champagne you get when you check in is delicious!

The room was a bit small, but overall it was clean, and it was fully stocked with a refrigerator, so I was very satisfied!

One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the WiFi barely worked, maybe because it was the only day we stayed. I told the staff about it, and they tried their best to solve it, but it didn't work in the end ㅠㅠ And the bathroom had a big window, so it was a bit embarrassing, but overall, it was a very memorable stay!!

Very artisy hotel with a accessible location. The front desk is very freindly and provides every information needed. The air conditioning is working very well (which is of vital importance). The place is quiet. There is a fancy restaurant in the ground floor where you can have water, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can tell that the owner and management has great taste.

It was nice to receive a room in good condition, and parking costs 15 euros per day, but you can just park on the street nearby and leave the receipt you paid. It's much cheaper and many people do that. They give you a welcome drink, and the interior is clean and nice because it has a wooden floor. The fridge is small (like other places).

I’m so glad that I booked to stay at this hotel at the end of November.
I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered until I sadly came to the end of my visit.
The staff in all departments were first class and a pleasure to encounter.
My room was ideal in every way and the location of the hotel was very convenient for local facilities and also the centre of Palma.
The restaurant provided an excellent menu and I chose to eat there for my breakfasts and several evening meals.
I would not hesitate to stay here again and I sincerely hope that the opportunity arises before too long.

The staff member who checked me in (I don't know her name, but she was so lovely)
was more friendly, so I felt even better~
I didn't make a parking reservation, but there was a space, so I paid 15 euros a day and used the parking lot comfortably!
The parking lot is a bit of a walk, but I found a parking space nearby, so I thought I'd spend the whole day there... I don't regret it
It was so good that I regretted staying for 3 nights
The bathroom door didn't close and didn't open.. I just used it~
The breakfast was also 2 menus per person, so I ate my fill

It’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

Friendly receptionist who invited me for a welcome drink. The hotel is centrally located. But unfortunately you can hear every voice and door in the hallway and next door. The "king-size bed" consisted of 2 mattresses with a noticeable gap in the middle.

Really nice, cute hotel. Comfy bed and clean. Great location!
