Solo female traveller! Felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding areas, lots of restaurants near by. Hotel was clean and mostly modern. Main outdoor pool is to die for with lovely sun bathing areas. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. The only negatives were fairly thin walls (I wore ear plugs) and I didn’t sleep too well as the pillows weren’t great. However I am already looking at returning, so all in all a big thumbs up!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We received a "pool with sea view" but booked a "direct" sea view. And they insist it is the same because it is sea view. But it is NOT the same. They initially offered to upgrade us with a suite and then the next day they denied saying that. THEY ARE NOT A WELCOMING HOTEL! Hotel needs upgrades, some rooms are ok tho. Views NOT! The picture below is "indicative" of our views 🙃

Great location, pools outside are fantastic. The service staff was very friendly. The cleaning ladies are really great.
Gym was small but had all the stuff you need, welness are bit old and did not like the idea of it being used multiple times per day without being able to clean.
The rooms are good but walls are terrible. You hear the television speaker from your neighbour louder in your own room! Terrible
The food is good but the desserts for some reason not one I could enjoy.
Wasn’t aware of having to pay for the drinks. Overall recommend it but not for long…

A modern, clean and very comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet selection and fresh hot drinks to order. Two relaxing pool areas, one with a poolside bar serving a wide range of drinks and snacks. Very helpful and attentive staff. Overlooking the beach and right in the centre of many restaurants, bars and shops, but not noisy. Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel due to its location. It is very close to airport and in a very vibrant area with beach front, lot of restaurants, holiday clothes shops and souvenir shops. The bus stop is on the main road and you can catch buses to go to main Palma city.
Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and good sea views. The restaurant was clean too. I was half board and the breakfast was amazing and dinner had lots of varieties but I didn't particularly enjoy it as not used to Spanish cuisine. The staff were helpful. The out door pool was not open in April when I went. But gym, sauna and indoor pool was nice.

Fantastic friendly hotel. Super clean and very nice rooms. There is plenty of choice of food which is of a high quality standard. There is off road parking and the hotel is only 10 to 15 minutes from the airport yet no planes fly over or near enough the hotel to be able to hear any noise. I have visited this hotel for 5 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Lovely place! Staff is really nice and friendly, has two pools so it never feels crowded. Right on top of the beach. Great food with a lot of variety. The rooms are nice and clean, really comfortable. I was apprehensive about staying there because of the photos. I have no regrets! Unfortunately doesn't have All Inclusive If you choose Full Pension, the price is worthy but the drinks are separate and are a little bit too expensive. Nonetheless, I loved it! Would definitely go back!

A hotel that is by the beach. Many small shops and restaurants nearby. Nice and helpful personel. Clean and tidy rooms with free ok wifi. Quite large breakfast.
