The welcome package is nice if you can use it.
1. Wellness entrance -> Didn't use it because it was full. Maybe the entrance to the wellness should be reserved after the booking is confirmed or when you do the check in at the hotel.
2. Welcome drinks. -> The flyer was confusing about what drinks you can have. I think it's better to have 4 or 5 drinks listed on it and you know from the beginning what you get.
3. Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as I was able to see the sunscreen and other dirt in the pool.

We were somewhat disappointed with the restaurant. We would have preferred not to have assisted service which resulted in long queues. Also there were no vegetarian options

La Manga is a hidden gem in Spain. Area is better on weekends, but the beaches are really nice. Fly to Valencia, rent a car and drive 2.5 hours. You'll love it and save some money.

Me and my wife booked for a long weekend just to try it. The first day was very nice the hotel wasn't full. The second and third day was a living nightmare. They had two very large Spanish wedding guests booked in that basically took over the full hotel. It's a buffet style restaurant and they were like a pack of wild animals using there hands to pick all the food up as soon as it was put down. My wife felt very intimated as did another English couple. The food was poor at best very cold. We went full board but only went for breakfast and one evening meal. We paid to eat out after that. The wedding party brought their own guitars and were singing outside the bar until 2am, You can hear everything in your rooms from above and both sides. I normally rent villas or nice apartments in Spain and this was my first experience of a hotel over there. The rooms are very clean and staff are nice. But if you want a nice relaxing holiday with good food please avoid this hotel.

I think it is the best Hotel in La Manga. The views to the Mediterranean are gorgeous. La suite azul is incredible. Very attentive service. My wife and I cannot imagine a better place to stay after our wedding.

location of the Hotel was best on the strip. On the small peninsula which have spectacular viewing of the beach.
Very clean beach. And a low level area, not too many tower blocks, so open views and from terrace you can see through to the lake side and see sunset.

Irene on main reception set the standard for our visit from the word go, with her politeness, helpful and informative attitude, and her amazing smile. She gave us exactly the same service and civility as we checked out, and she should be commended for that.
Throughout our short stay, every single member of staff had the same mindset, and polite helpful attitude.
The buffet full board food offering was excellent, with a different menu at every sitting, and a broad selection that would suite most tastes.
The facilities were excellent, and we really were spoiled for choice on where to sit as everywhere you looked inside or out there was an amazing sea view.
This meant that we only left the hotel once for a short walk, as there was no reason to do otherwise.
As first time customers of the group, we will definitely return to this location, and will try others too.

No room information in the suite. We did not know soft drinks were complimentary or the checkout time.
It would have been nice to be shown how to work the electric blinds. We found a remote by the side of the bath but thought it was bath related.
However these are just minor details that could be added for future guests and did not spoil our stay.
The Galua is a lovely hotel and the Blue Suite was amazing with floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking the sea.
Very helpful staff who all speak English and the food is excellent.
We will certainly return again in 2024 to the Blue Suite.

Excellent hotel in best location on the la manga strip.
Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were all professional, attentive and friendly.
The buffet food was always fabulous.
We weren't at to experience entertainment but bar music was good sounds and good volume level .

The wellness area could be made bigger. The spa facilities and saunas looked good but location of them could put off residents using these. These facilities are available to book for 45min sessions so usable as a private session.
The pool was clean and great view location over looking the beach bay. .
