Great hotel. Excellent location in front of beach. It's very peaceful away yet very close to Barcelona 45 mins by bus . It's expensive hotel but fantastic location in castadefelle which is a high end neighborhood outside Barcelona. The only down side was that they don't refresh each day the water which should be made available for free in each room considering we were there many days and it's an expensive hotel when you stey more than couple of nights . It should have been made free couple of small bottles in the room each day is not a big deal . Anyhow great reception staff and the lady working in the breakfast room cleaning.

Double rooms on the upper levels are great. I had a single room on the ground floor, which is small and with the small balcony in front of the entrance.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. It’s a nice hotel with a lovely restaurant, but unfortunately there’s a serious mold issue, at least in our room and another one we checked. The mold was clearly visible and the smell extremely strong, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. We couldn’t wait to check out, and all our clothes had to be washed afterward to remove the odor. I really hope they address this problem soon, but until then, we won’t be coming back.

Overall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.

Luxury right on the beach! And a beautiful pool. Our room had an incredible sea view, spacious balcony, and was huge! Very modern decor & looked recently remodeled. Nice touches like robes, slippers, auto-lighting in closet & bathroom, Nespresso machine.

Extremely dismissive and rude staff. From the front desk to the restaurant. Tried to address concerns upon checkout and gentleman at the front desk said he didn’t agree with me. Did not help with luggages, did not say hello or goodbye, did not warn there was a party going until early morning hours. For the most expensive hotel in this area, shocked at horrific the hospitality was. Have never had an experience like so in all of Spain. Not worth the money.

The balcony lock in the room was broken, and the front desk said we had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix it. We waited two hours and no one fixed it. We were then moved to a very poor room on the first floor. There was a swimming pool outside the window, and all kinds of public facilities outside the door. It was very noisy. So this hotel is really about luck.
