I booked two superior triple rooms and paid 477 euro for two triple rooms. When I got there they told me that I had to pay an additional 45 euro each for the rooms (90 euro total). They said even though I chose the triple rooms, I had to pay additional for the third person. I reserved the rooms with the three names but still they were adamant that I would not be getting in the rooms without paying the extra fee. I felt so defeated, with both the attendants standing firm on me paying the fee to check in.
This was a really bad taste for this place. They find every way to scam you out of your money.

I think it is not worth the price, sounds from the next room can be heard very easily, cockroach 🪳 at the rooms. breakfast is the same every day and it is not tasty, they pay 2,600 Euros for 8 days and charge 100 Euros tax on top, the beds are very uncomfortable, it is the worst hotel I have ever seen for this money, but Barcelona is a great city, I recommend the city to everyone, but not the hotel...

Great hotel and a central location.
Hotel is presented well with beautiful tiles and an art deco feel.
Staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are good size, clean and tidy. The bathroom has everything you need.
Walking into the centre of Barcelona is about 10 minutes, with the option of the metro one block from the hotel.
The hotel bar was really good too, we didn't get to enjoy the sky bar but that was due to the weather. Next time I visit I'll be staying again

What a great hotel, easy check in, great rooms, fantastic location close to everything with the nearby metro stops. The breakfast was very high quality. The roof top and pool are the only thing I wouldn't rate 5 stars, but were still very nice.

Top hotel…really well organised and spotlessly clean . Breakfasts were excellent, staff really friendly. Special mention to Anna from Florence in the sky bar who mixed a mean margarita for wor lass and made us laugh…highly recommended

Stayed for 3nights in june,could not fault this hotel. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at buffet breakfast.The rooftop bar was an added bonus, so relaxing sitting there at night with a drink in hand. Definitely a 4 star hotel

Lovely trip and lovely hotel (albeit extremely small rooms even for Spain) marred by the fact that our bags were stolen behind us in a bait and switch in the lobby of the hotel. (The response below claims we left our bags, but that is not true, we were waiting for a taxi with our bags, and someone came in to call us, when we moved out to see if it was in fact the taxi, someone behind us grabbed the bags) Hotel again below claims they warn people about bags, but they did not and do not, otherwise we would have stored them even if it was a short time. Mr Torres below will not return any of our calls and the hotel is now washed their hands of us. Not even willing to help out at all. So be very careful, they have also made no attempt to help out while we were stuck without passports. Would not recommend this location due to safety concerns, your items are not safe in the lobby area

Small but really nice location with super clean first floor and super clean room compared to Spain standards. We got a bathtub + shower on its own, not on top of the bathtub, which is the first time I have seen, and loved it so much. The people are friendly so far, haven't eaten breakfast yet.

Loved the location of H10 Casanova. This is located by the university . Walking distance to Las Ramblas, train, close your bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shopping and clubs. The room was cleaned everyday and was good for the three of us. The rooftop was nice however the pool was really small. Although it was colder in the nights. We had the buffet breakfast one day which was excellent and had Prosecco and OJ,bacon,eggs,cereals,fruits,breads,coffee ( you make yourself at the machine)
I would recommend keeping the rooftop open later and having heated lamps in the night for an after dinner drink. It closed at 8pm.
