Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

Beautiful hotel in a fun spot! Comfy room !Metro station right outside front door. Many shops and eateries within short distance—even laundromats if you pack light and want to refresh your clothes.
The food and drinks we had at the bar were all terrific ! Try a whiskey sour at the bar — beautiful presentation.
Great staff and bartenders. Shout out to Mario, Evan, Anna and Ousman for superb customer service 😀
Breakfast buffet was elegantly served with all the variety as in most European hotels.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed. The location is excellent—both peaceful and convenient. The quality of the facilities, especially the gym and the rooms, is top-notch. The rooms are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the room we had booked was unavailable, but we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast is also excellent, offering a great start to the day.

However, there were a couple of minor issues this time around. The pool was more crowded than during our last visit, and we experienced a small water leak in our room. Unfortunately, this issue took longer to resolve than expected, as the maintenance staff was delayed, and we had to follow up with reception a couple of times. Communication was slightly hampered by the varying levels of English among some staff members, but I believe this was an isolated incident.

Overall, despite these small hiccups, our stay was still very enjoyable, and I’m giving five stars.

We stayed for one night only, and we enjoyed it. The room view was spectacular, the bed super comfy, and the service was fast (we requested coffee a couple of times and we got it minutes after). The pool is not big, but the terrace has a magnificent view. Drinks are not cheap though.

The cleaning was mostly good. That's the reason for not getting 5 stars. Otherwise it was an wonderful and comfortable stay! Oh... phenomenal breakfast and room service!

The location is perfect,
But they have a crazy system for their elevator!!
We booked this hotel with a fountain view but then we noticed that doesn't work anymore!
We didn't go to the gym and swimming pool because it is so small,
Compared to the hotel and guests, the swimming pool and gym are super small.
And there is no cozy or quiet place as a lobby!
You have to sit in bar chairs or restaurant furniture!

We loved our room, overlooking the fountain and art museum. Very well thought through, detail-oriented design - room was pretty spacious and functional. I loved the rainforest shower!

Nice pool terrace. Small, but functional gym. Impressive and high quality breakfast selection. Staff is kind. Right by a metro station and has plenty of taxis.

Pro tip: ask for a renovated room with a view.
