We love this hotel .Staff are wonderful and helpful .My partner loves the food I find it a little disappointing .Bacon at breakfast is sometimes inedible but good choice so plenty of other things to eat .Cleaning staff are top notch kept our room spotless .
Entertainment was quite good we liked the guitar guy best .
One of the gripes is about smoking .I dont mind but wish people wouldnt smoke round the pool ,not very nice for people that are non smokers .very relaxing enjoyable stay

Overall Great hotel , excellent location on the beach and fantastic to walk along the long sandy beach and sand dunes , sea is quite rough at times due to the winds but great fun to paddle and surf !
Hotel staff are very welcoming , friendly and helpful , the food is great with plenty of choice, salads, pasta, pizza, grilled steaks, chicken, fresh fish etc .
Bedrooms and big and comfortable. Hotel has 2 pools , and poolside bar .
however , not enough sun beds and given you have to be up and running for a sunbed by 8am is a little disappointing when towels are left on beds with no own for hours on end is unbelievable! …. overall the hotel needs a massive refurb … a lot of curtains , tie backs , carpets, big wooden wardrobes and dark wood panelling and old fashioned furniture leaves the look back in the 80’s.
Updated to bright, clean, white and sparkling will give this hotel the sparkle it deserves!!
And the option to pre book your sunbed and if you’re not there by noon it’s reallocated may also help !
And the TUI reps … don’t bother to ask them anything… their advice is … ask reception !

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff are so polite, the location and beach are just perfect.. We will definitely be visiting again. The best hotel on the island. Entertainment is great. Hotel is clean and near to the main shops by a quick taxi ride. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are somewhat outdated, there may be a carpet stain here or there. The Staff is Super friendly, cheerful, practically everybody. And the food is absolutely 5 Star fantastic!

Fantastic hotel! True it’s visible it’s been decorated some years ago but the service is top of the top! Fantastic food, great drinks and lovely atmosphere. After making up your room the staff even puts some scent so that once u enter u feel amazing. Highly highly recommended!

There was one comfortable pillow and one uncomfortable one. The bed comfort was OK but nothing compared to Hilton Marriott Sheraton or Westin bedding. Or even Melia

We book hotel in January for July holidays , 4 days before are holidays we got message that is is some construction works in the hotel and we can give up out booking with no consequences or we can get some upgrade because of it. We did not have any alternatives so we decided to go , we got 10 prevent extra discount. But when we arrived we realized that it is not renovation arriving hotel but heavy construction works .they use heavy drills and other machinery to cook concrete. It is our second day - Noise is so bad all day long that hardly nobody stay around swimming pools. Simply after 30 minutes you can go mad. You cannot chat as you do not gear person next too you. Hotel is lovely located. Staff is friendly and hardworking, food is very good. no animation team for adults or any activity during the day around hotel.
