Spent 10 nights at this quiet and relaxing hotel but could definitely do with some small improvements. Room was nice with a lovely sea view but never cleaned fully on a daily basis. Food was usually luke warm and has to be warmed in microwave provided at end of hotplate, when mentioned to jet 2 rep her reply was " what do you expect in an all inclusive hotel, food cannot always be fresh and hot"!!...

We stayed here as all inclusive for 7 nights. I have almost nothing to complain about. We stayed in a junior suite with sea view and it was fantastic. We stayed here last week was a little apprehensive after reading reviews. But we was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the very welcoming staff. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of comfortable sun lounges with cushions and towels provided around the pool. Had a pleasant stay overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a highlight with great food and live music in the evenings. However, the location is quite remote and not ideal unless you’re here specifically for golf. A lovely Quiet resort and well managed. Have stayed here over 12 times and can never wait to get back again. Not so many activities as is previous years but still some entertainment especially in the evenings.

This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. Nice beaches in walking distance too.

We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. Second visit. Does what it says on the tin. I did get given a nice refurbed room but don’t be looking for 5 star or even 4 but the pretty gardens and surroundings make up for that. The pool is heated which doesn’t happen too often in Tenerife! They don’t tell you on reception, which they should, that there is a back gate that takes you down to the beach area etc. you need your room card to operate...

The hotel is getting on in years, but it is very clean and the staff is attentive.

Booked for one night to catch a very early flight so it was very convenient for the airport. There was a real wow factor in the foyer and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were a bit dated though and buffet dinner was pretty bog standard for the price.

Bathrobes but no bath ! Booked a 'Superior Suite' as we wanted a bath but, as in a lot of hotels, the plug was removed completely so that we couldn't have one, just a shower, so my wife was quite disappointed, especially after paying more for the privaledge over a standard room.

Poor sound insulation and decoration

The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings...

Comfortable hotel overlooking the sea and marina. The rooms are spacious and clean although there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal. Good location, only ten minutes from the airport. A traditional style hotel, good sized rooms and balcony looking over the pool. Spotlessly clean with good outside facilities. The apartments are well serviced and run by a very friendly and approachable team. They respond super quick. However, the build of the apartments means that you can hear just about everything in the adjacent ones. That's the only downside.

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. This Place it's highly raccomended ! Starting from the staff that was super friendly and professional , I never had a customer service that excellent. Amazing apartments we have loved staying there. So clean so tidy and staff are fabulous. 7mins in taxi to beach with restaurants and bars. The lads at the pool bar had there work cut out with drinks and food as nothing else was open we had so much will be back for sure!!

Based round about the big pool. Accommodation small, but OK. We had a kitchen in the duplex, still looking for a kettle. We were on half board, the food at dinner was lacking in choice and what there was was poor. Every night the bill for evening meal was wrong, we started to think it was deliberate. Was it value for money? No, would I go back? Probably not.

Stayed here twice now and this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! I have stayed at top hotels all over the world that are 10x the price of this place and none of them come close! The staff are all so pleasant and helpful! Well down, the owners and managers should be proud. I will be returning this year again with even more guests this time.

Great stay, great location, the hotel has a great breakfast selection and there is a free bus service provided to take you to the beach, would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. All facilities were being cleaned regularly, staff were all lovely.

Short Stay at Beverley Hills Heights We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, a real credit to the place. We will look to come back again in the future for a longer stay.

Really nice hotel when I was able to check in at 17:00 it was quick and easy. Room was nice and spacious and very clean. Lovely pool area and the lifeguard was great with my young daughter

Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Castle harbour apartments does have a ramp for access and a lovely bright reception area, lifts are small and corridors were a little confusing...

Our apartment had what we needed to put our heads down. Had to buy to lend a hairdryer for the week. Book disabled accessible accommodation in advance & double check before departure. Booked with Hays Travel but when we arrived 1) they did not know I was a wheelchair user, told us that Hays Travel did not inform them 2) we had to wait 3 days for a better accessible room 3) my wheelchair could not fit...

Great apartment that we stayed in Wi-fi was fairly slow but for free who can complain tv and the tech in there was all brilliant would definitely go again could do with a lick of paint here and there and some maintenance on stiff locks. Can’t complain at that though

We didn't get the type of the apartment that we have thought to have booked and as it was the last time there. There was one bedroom but wasn't any seaview. When we sat in the balcony we saw only the roof of the opposite building.

The room was large, but there was no air conditioning. However, it was very cool with the windows and the fan. The balcony was great. The hotel has a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the bus station and various restaurants and bars. We’ve visited this hotel many times and it always offers great accommodation, pools and large jacuzzi and spa. There is a very well equipped gym, with instructor led classes eg Pilates. The instructor is very helpful and friendly, why not use the gym and burn off some of your holiday indulgences! If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

We'd done a lot of research before booking Gran Oasis and thought we'd got it right but were clearly wrong. Let me say we enjoyed our stay and felt looked after but it was not right for us. This is clearly a resort used by holiday companies such as Jet2 and TUI and the clientele reflected this. Overall it was a great stay. We where in one of the appartements with a kitchen, and we were able to cook when we didn't feel like eating out. The appartement its self was quite big. The receptionist that helps us (Sylvia) was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The others didn't really have any interest in us. It is located near Las Visitas beach. A bit uphill but nothing challenging. We reserved one apartment here through booking

The panoramic view is amazing especially the sunset. We had a big appartment well equipped with a nice terrace. The shop was just one floor down. The staff is great.The hotel is up on the hill, not in the center 20 min walking or a taxi needed. The swimming pools and jakuzzi were not heated so we couldn't use them. Only the bar was available, the restaurant was closed due to covid restrictions.

This is an amazing hotel with excellent friendly staff on. The rooms are huge it’s a one bed apartment with big balconies and a great kitchen if you want to cook. It takes 20 mins downhill to get to Adeje or to beach front 25 mins. If you want an amazing view a bit of a walk and peace and quiet away from the main strip then this is the place would definitely come back. The views are out of this world

I stayed in a villa on this gated resort, designed for the stunning view over Costa adeje, the aparthotel serves only buffet cuisine but has a bar so you can enjoy the view, a short taxi ride into town for the extensive choice of restaurants and bars. Ideal if you like the quiet of an out of town resort but on the doorstep of all amenities the resorts offer.

The hill was very steep and is okay when going down but would recommend getting a taxi on the way up. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the apartment for 3 people and it was great and clean. However they never gave us new towels when they cleaned the room. Overall it was very good and I would recommend staying there.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife staying at Catalonia Oro Negro loved the hotel and was in a great location for access to lots to do. The hotel corresponds to its stars. I liked the room. Wide bed 200 cm Comfortable. Sun loungers are not comfortable. Breakfasts are excellent 5 stars. 15 minutes walk to the beach.
