I recently stayed at the HSM Don Juan Hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with a warm and modern atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The rooms, while a bit on the outdated side, were spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff who really went above and beyond. The food selection was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious, well-cooked dishes every day. The restaurant staff was also super friendly and attentive. One thing to note is that drinks in the evening aren’t included, but they were very reasonably priced, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The noise level was extremely high, especially during the night. Other guests were very loud, and the sound of doors slamming in the middle of the night was truly disturbing and even frightening. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms, which made it very hard to sleep or relax. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Came here for our girls holiday, honestly was perfect for us considering the price. Amazing location for those on girls or lads holidays, literally 3 mins from the shops, 5 to the beach and 10 to the strip! Would definitely recommend for young adults, maybe not for families.
Food was basic but did the job! Lots of options to choose from.
The rooms were very outdated, but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. Rooms were also spotlessly clean, so that was really good.
The only thing that bothered us was the fact that there was no fridge!
Yes it does get pretty noisy due to the walls being thin, and the amount of teens playing music, but due to their quiet time policies its stops quite early.
Staff in the restaurant were all so lovely, efficient and really made our stay!
Would definitely come back.

Great value for the money! The hotel looks a bit better in pictures than in real life, think Instagram vs. reality. The rooms are a little dated, but super clean, so no complaints there. Soundproofing could definitely use some help (hope your neighbors don’t snore!). But the location makes up for it just a short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at HSM Don Juan. The food was solid for a 3 star hotel. During the day, there were fun organized games like darts, airgun shooting. In the evenings, there were events such as bingo, disco nights... The staff was excellent. It is well-coordinated team that did their job professionally and with a smile. The rooms aren't very big but were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Magaluf with free parking always available. During our stay most of the guests were older visitors from France...Only downside, breakfast could start an hour earlier.

We are very pleased with the hotel. Delicious and fresh food, rooms always clean and airy. The hotel provides attractions such as dance shows every evening. We will remember Nina and Charlie very fondly.We have no complaints.

The rooms are old, even minimal repairs (new baseboards, tiles, mold on the ceiling) are not fixed. At night you can hear poop being washed down the drain pipe from the upper floors (room 102). Most likely there was an accident at some point and they were only smart enough to cover this place with a wooden panel. The price does not match the level of the rooms.
There is a hair dryer in the room. You can take an iron at the reception. There is air conditioning in the room. There is animation. Polite staff.
Towels were changed every day, the floors were swept only when asked.
Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners.

We can really recommend this hotel.

Everybody from the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, from the chefs at the restaurant to the waiters were exceptionally nice.

Also the room WE had was very nice with views over the pool and a recently renovated bathroom. I wrote “we” because we did see that other rooms still have the old not yet renovated bathrooms.

The hotel is located perfectly. Not too near to the busy party area but still walking distance while a little south to this location, the most beautiful beaches/calas with super clear water can be found.

The food at the restaurant also was very nice with lots of flavour (our compliments to the chefs).

If we ever decide to come back to Mallorca we’ll be back at this hotel.

We stayed for five days. The lonely star is only for the lobby and the gentleness of the workers. The rooms are small and dirty and their illumination is very bad and there is the smell of old moldy wood in the rooms. And the hotel is full of teenagers and is very suitable for them. Not suitable for couples The hotel is more than 10 minutes away from the sea and from everything. We were moving by car, but sometimes we went on foot and it was suffering.
I only recommend it for teenagers and maybe families but for sure not for couples

Although is a 3 star hotel, overall is acceptable. Friendly staff at reception: Rebeca, Isabel, Igor. Restaurant staff also super: Charli, Monica, Magali, Benito, Luis, Juana, Juan, excelent attitude and service. Only problem is that pool not so safe to be in and enjoy time if you're going with small children, other guests play very aggressively ball and hit me in the head. Lifeguard Juan is amazing but he is off at 6pm and after this time no one to regulate awful guests behavior. Walls of rooms very thin and since 5am next door guest shouting and fighting each other ain't the nice way to begin your day. But outside that, hotel is clean, food at buffet is amazingly tasty! Hard to get a smile from cook José, weird since hotel industry is about service, he seemed annoyed when i asked about what the croquettes were madr of and cranky, as if answering food questions was so hard. Beach and bus stop are very close which for me as person with mobility issues due to health problems was very helpful. For sure we will come back! :) Thank you for all
