Lovely accommodations and surroundings, as always, but again the restaurant service was slow, the food uninteresting and luke warm. The restaurant manager is too wet, and therein lies the problem.

We were seated at a table with a filthy tablecloth, which went unnoticed, and were only moved to a clean one upon request.

I don't expect to come to a restaurant of this supposed calibre and suffer unruly children at tables being sat in front of their phone (without headphones) to watch television. It is, to me, completely socially unacceptable and the staff should have intervened for the comfort of the other diners.

Again, a failing of the restaurant manager.

Our waiter, whose name I can't remember, was excellent but deserves to work in a better environment than this one.

Despite signs advising of the now mandatory presentation of a covid health pass to obtain access to the restaurants and public areas of the hotel, this was never requested by anyone.

The rest of the staff are very polite and efficient.

It is ok hotel but definitely not a 5 star. Final drop was when I was waiting for a coffee for one hour during breakfast and then I had to go to the airport so I asked to leave it at the reception while I take my child to the toilet so I can at least have it in a taxi. Guess what? No coffee!
Spa staff is brilliant and all the treatments are very good. But it is not a wellness hotel at all. The detox program they advertise is not well prepared pr researched.
Looks like a good place for golfers.
