Management and the hotel owners should truly realize that This hotel has a great group of people working not only for the hotel but to make sure we all feel welcome and at home. Best place ever. Thank you all for making our stay time after time.. just unique and unforgettable.
Staff are amazing and very helpful.
The room was clean, and it had everything I needed, including toiletries.
The Spa is very nice and worth visiting.
And even before I wrote this email, I texted the WhatsApp customer service which was suggested to me on their website. They directly told me to contact, for booking or any doubts, a phone number which has no WhatsApp. So as I wanted to text and not talk and to send a screenshot of the problem of the website to them and to receive an offer, I asked for the email adress.
This is what a call a really bad customer service.
We didn’t have the most expensive room in the hotel, so I can judge only based on my experience but it had everything you would want - very comfortable bed, it was spacious, clean with a beautiful view on the mountain range, kettle and a good quality coffee machine in the room.
The bathroom was spacious and in general clean with few little recommendations to improve on (toilet roll holder not fixed to the wall properly and the grouting between few tiles in the shower needs extra care).
Also would be nice to have a robe but this didn’t really bother me.
The beach is 5 min away by walk.
The highlight was also the Spa 😊
Really lovely and skilled staff in a tranquil and cosy spa rooms. We’ve booked relaxing massage for two and Kobido Facial Massage. Both wonderful and definitely recommended. Big shout out and thank you to Elena my massage therapist, who was amazing!
Overall very tranquil and lovely place to stay. I will come back :) xxx
The gym had limited machines and was of very poor standard. Furthermore, the spa is not included in the price - they charge 25 euro per use.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
