This is by far the worst hotel I stayed at. I called for laundry it took them one hour after many calls for no one to show. I then went to reception to ask and they told me only one staff is on and there on lunch. 30 min later a staff member arrived I explained to them I want my shirt steam pressed only! I was clear 3 x that’s its an expensive shirt do NOT iron it. After waiting hours for it to be collect the shirt came back in the evening completely ruined with the threads burnt and torn it was NOT steamed pressed and it was ironed. Be very careful with any laundry with this hotel. I have attached pictures

This hotel looked really nice to us so I have sent a booking request via email on Monday. The homepage wasn’t working properly so I asked for an offer and help. Today is Saturday and I still have no answer after six days!?
And even before I wrote this email, I texted the WhatsApp customer service which was suggested to me on their website. They directly told me to contact, for booking or any doubts, a phone number which has no WhatsApp. So as I wanted to text and not talk and to send a screenshot of the problem of the website to them and to receive an offer, I asked for the email adress.
This is what a call a really bad customer service.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was amazing. All options is there. The stuff was nice all services you want you would find the concierge also is great.

We had a short get away with my sister - 5 days stay. What a lovely place to relax!
We didn’t have the most expensive room in the hotel, so I can judge only based on my experience but it had everything you would want - very comfortable bed, it was spacious, clean with a beautiful view on the mountain range, kettle and a good quality coffee machine in the room.
The bathroom was spacious and in general clean with few little recommendations to improve on (toilet roll holder not fixed to the wall properly and the grouting between few tiles in the shower needs extra care).
Also would be nice to have a robe but this didn’t really bother me.
The beach is 5 min away by walk.
The highlight was also the Spa 😊
Really lovely and skilled staff in a tranquil and cosy spa rooms. We’ve booked relaxing massage for two and Kobido Facial Massage. Both wonderful and definitely recommended. Big shout out and thank you to Elena my massage therapist, who was amazing!
Overall very tranquil and lovely place to stay. I will come back :) xxx

Room was of good standard; however bed was very hard. Guests were very noisy past 01:00 hours..after alerting reception security were unable to stop the noise, this occured every night during our 3 day stay.
The gym had limited machines and was of very poor standard. Furthermore, the spa is not included in the price - they charge 25 euro per use.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We had a wonderful time here as a small family of 4. Delicious breakfast and the hotel room was modern and clean. Towels and bedding was changed daily. The pool cafe and on site restaurant Manuka serve delicious food. Only downside for me us would be that there should be some kind of kid entertainment room or playground as the hotel itself is pretty far from any parks (by foot).

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, and the cleanliness, they also have hand shower in the bathroom!!!, I’m sure I’ll be there again. Highly recommended
