GRAN HOTEL GUADALPIN BANUS,

I recently spent a week in a suite at Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus and left with a deep appreciation for both its stunning location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beachfront, just a pleasant stroll from the boutiques and marina of Puerto Banús, making it an ideal base for exploring Marbella’s vibrant surroundings.

The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a private terrace offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the pool area.

The amenities, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette and luxurious bathroom, made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Room service was prompt and attentive, consistently meeting expectations throughout the week.

What truly stood out was the staff’s accommodating and helpful attitude. From the front desk to housekeeping and room service, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference and contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

However, it’s worth noting that during my visit in April, parts of the hotel were partially closed, including some restaurants and facilities. this did have a noticeable impact on the variety and quality of services, particularly at breakfast. I would encourage management to consider how such closures might affect guest experience, especially during peak travel periods.

It’s an incredibly nice hotel. A bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also more than decent. I’d definitely stay there again next time.

We couldn't think better of this hotel.

We took a 92 year old relative and they made sure she was well looked after, even lending us a zimmer and a wheelchair so she could get around more easily. Valet parking was a fantastic touch and took the stress out of trying to get her out of the van and find parking. The front desk staff are a shining example of what great customer service looks like and couldn't do enough to help. Outstanding.

The only improvement I'd suggest would be the breakfast service. Sometimes we wouldn't be asked about hot drinks and would have to chase overworked staff down to ask, and 5/8 days the order was wrong when it arrived. More staff would have made us feel better looked after. Despite this, Pepe and the blonde lady were both very diligent and were working non stop every day.

The rooms here are great, and spotlessly clean. The mini bar was overpriced, even by minibar standards, but that's a minor issue. We had a broken showerhead, told reception, and it was fixed literally five minutes later. Can't fault that level of service.

Please stay here. It's a great place to explore the south coast of Spain.

Fantastic hotel, super atmospheric, delicious, fresh food, where there is an atmosphere of an exclusive restaurant and not a canteen like in some hotels.
Excellent, quiet location, beautiful rooms, everything is great, even such details as bathroom cosmetics, decent towels, comfortable beds. The staff tries very hard.
We will definitely come back.

Beautiful 5 star hotel, excellent service and friendly staff. Just by the beach and close to puerto banus. Room was really nice with spacious terrace and private hot tub. Was an amazing holiday. Would definitely go back again!!!!

The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. The water provided is very environmentally friendly and comes in a cardboard box. It looks like a five-star hotel in the 1980s. However, the location and scenery are still advantageous.
