Isabel welcomed us and was very kind to our small family. She was great at getting us reservations. Every person was kind and sincerely wanted to help.
The sushi restaurant had great views of the sea, with first class sushi.

Overall this was an incredible experience and each member of our family was very very happy.

Outstanding location, superb facilities and friendly staff. I highly recommend to stay on red level. The pool area is fantastic specially the area near the bar and glass rails. We enjoyed the food in all restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. We tried the beach area one day and we loved it but did miss the very attentive staff of the pool area. Easy walk to town.

A superb hotel in a great location and the staff are just brilliant. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special, the check in was seamless, a nice cold glass of Cava whilst we were allocated the room, it was so nice.
We had a really nice room , so spacious and everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, Isobel made us so welcome and looked after my wife and I , she was really friendly and nothing was too much. The same can be said for all the team, nothing was too much and they always had a smile on their faces.
The landscape gardens are something else, this is well established hotel and the whole place is spotless, the trees well manicured, the pool areas always clean and tidy, it was perfect..

The hotel was a great venue, the room was great, the personnel lovely and the pool/beach very well maintained. Only issue was the hotel bar closing very early (10:30pm), we were expecting such venue would keep the bar open until midnight/1am especially when willing to pay customers are here (we were a ground of 20).
So if you are an early bird and don't like to stay until late at night, this is probably the best place you can pick in the city.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The facilities are top-notch, especially the expansive garden and pool area, perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The kids club staff is very friendly, providing ample space and activities like table tennis, little volleyball area, football and lots of more. Plus, the breakfast offers a delightful variety, served by attentive and welcoming staff.
Overall, it's a fantastic hotel experience!

I was here for 3 days on a business trip in November, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very friendly and the environment was simply stunning. The rooms were just what I wanted, and I spent my evenings working on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.
A lot of my time was spent in the conference room, but I got to enjoy the gym, bar and restaurant areas of the hotel too.
Walking out from the hotel towards the beach is a promenade and restaurants. Outside the front of the hotel, you're just a short 5 minute walk from further restaurants and supermarkets.
The only small issue I had when leaving, is that someone had charged some drinks from the bar to my room (about 50 Euros of wine and beer). I'm assuming they gave the wrong room number by mistake, but this wasn't checked by the bar staff. The concierge removed the charges without any fuss, but I almost paid them, assuming it was some other room fee.
I would definitely return again, and I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at the Don Pepe Marbella several times now and have recently returned from our most recent visit. Again the service levels provided to us both by all of the staff during our stay was again quite exceptional throughout. The hotel facilities are just perfect especially the stunning gardens, indoor pool (January) and facilities as well as the superb location and the amazing breakfast. The highest standards and attention to detail are always provided by Noelia and the team at the Don Pepe from our arrival until we leave. Really looking forward to our next visit already. Thank you Don Pepe again, see you in June. 😎

Wonderful service and very stylish hotel. My sister and I had a great holiday to celebrate her birthday. The staff were really lovely and attentive, especially Isabel who was one of the guest services host. We felt very welcomed and special. There are so many fond memories! And the location was great, right by the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. A great hotel indeed!
