We are staying at the hotel and I just wanted to express my disappointment with the firm... I don't understand how it can be so lacking in both variety and quality... I don't think I would recommend your complex to anyone. Furthermore, it is not normal that they have two types of buffet...at least they should give the option to choose

My name is Isidoro, today is Friday and tomorrow we finish an insert trip, called a cultural circuit by the Murcian community, which began on Sunday the 3rd. The entire group is from Granada and the experience, at least on my part, is catastrophic. The 4* hotel leaves a lot to be desired both in cleanliness and in the buffet, chaotic variety, very low quality, not to mention that it does not exist at all. When we do the routes through towns, we don't return to the hotel to have lunch, logically, but they take us to service areas that are more seedy and with a closed menu, which makes you want to cry. Aside from this, add that the only defensible thing is the driver and the person in charge of the group. Of the 7 towns visited plus the capital, we have only had 3 guides for the capital and 2 towns, the rest at our own pace and without a guide. Of course, I will never take an insertion trip, since you seem deceived and it shows that this is done just to please someone. It is more worth it to order online, reserve and in the end you will surely win in all aspects. I hope that people like my wife and I, with 63 and 66 years behind us, apply it, since we had taken it as a test, and it has been disastrous. Immersion in the total 80s 😅 Regular and very basic food. The 4 stars thing is more than taken with tweezers😅 The rooms are not bad but that's it, everything is old. What we did like is the theme of the pool although it has morning and afternoon hours. I think that above all what needs a return is the food. If you're just going to sleep, fine.
