Good hotel, would visit again. Bike garage, good food, friendly stuff. Swimming pool and bar outside are good. Beach about 250 meters from the hotel.

Great food and good service! Dinner had lots of variety and freshly cooked food. The room was a fine size for 2 people, with good aircon and bathroom was a fine size however, water pressure was not good on the higher floors. The reception staff were very welcoming and moved us to a double room after we were originally put in two singles. however, even the ‘double bed’ is two singles joined by a double mattress topper, so be prepared for a gap between the beds. The gym and pool facilities were lovely and the poolside bar was affordable and added to the experience. The walls however are very thin, and we were often woken up by guests returning from nights out, singing and shouting. This could be helped if the 24h reception intervened to ask drunk guests entering in the early hours to be quiet! Overall, a decent 3 star hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Hygiene, noise, and unclear information issues

I stayed at JS Paradise Sport - Adults Only from 23 to 27 August 2025 and experienced several issues:
Hygiene: One of the bed sheets had a blood stain from the first night and was never changed during the 4-night stay. Bath towels were also not replaced on two occasions.
Noise: I requested a double bed but was given two separate beds. On some nights, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy until 6–7 a.m., and the hotel did not resolve the issue.
Meal information: My booking was on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner), but it was never mentioned that drinks during dinner had to be paid separately. Prices were high (e.g., two soft drinks for €7.40).
While the staff was friendly and the location is excelente, but these issues significantly affected my stay. I recommend future guests consider these points before booking.

Disappointed with Our Stay
I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected. The room was far too small for three people — it might be fine for two, but definitely not comfortable for a group of three.
The breakfast was okay, but one morning the scrambled eggs were so salty they were practically inedible.
We also had an issue with noisy teenagers disturbing the peace every single night. It made it difficult to sleep, and to make matters worse, the room phone wasn’t even plugged in, so we couldn’t contact reception to report it.
One of the biggest letdowns was the false advertising on their website. It mentioned that the hotel offers massage services, but when I asked at reception, I was told they don’t actually offer them. That really sucked — they shouldn’t advertise something that’s not available.
Overall, we expected better. A few adjustments and more honesty on their website would make a big difference.

I have visited JS Paradise Sport for 10 years (twice in each year). Very good hotel. Reception people are very good. Teresa and Bea are very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is very clean, the food is very good.

Clean room, nice balcony. Good gyms Food was excellent,we stayed HB. Hotel close to amenities inc. the A2 airport bus and the seafront. Beds come apart easy so watch out couples. Walls a bit thin. Walk in shower would be an improvement as bath is small and no plug. Pool area good and regularly cleaned. Pool is an ok size. Pool bar is good with friendly staff. Dynamic bar is reasonably priced. Gyms inside and out are good enough for a workout. A very enjoyable stay.

I liked it. Small room though and even smaller WC. The housekeepers could start to work and making conversations later than the breakfast, at 7.10am we're still sleeping. Reception staff very nice. I could be back.

Take the A2 bus from the airport to the final stop, the beach area of El Arenal. From there, it's about a 5-10 minute walk, but the hotel is located halfway up a hill, so you'll have to walk up a hill for about a minute at the end.
The pool and sunbeds are free to use, and there is a jacuzzi, but the water is cold.
Rooms have balconies, allowing you to enjoy the open air. Breakfast is buffet style, with a wide variety to choose from, so it's highly recommended. Daily specialties include Spanish dishes such as churros, Spanish omelets, sobrasada, and prosciutto.

Hotel is located very close to the beach, but also close to the busy street. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious. Our room service clean room on daily basis, including fresh towels and new bedsheets if you want Worth starting in! Definitely recommended!
