Disappointed with Our Stay

I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected. The room was far too small for three people — it might be fine for two, but definitely not comfortable for a group of three.

The breakfast was okay, but one morning the scrambled eggs were so salty they were practically inedible.

We also had an issue with noisy teenagers disturbing the peace every single night. It made it difficult to sleep, and to make matters worse, the room phone wasn’t even plugged in, so we couldn’t contact reception to report it.

One of the biggest letdowns was the false advertising on their website. It mentioned that the hotel offers massage services, but when I asked at reception, I was told they don’t actually offer them. That really sucked — they shouldn’t advertise something that’s not available.

Overall, we expected better. A few adjustments and more honesty on their website would make a big difference.

Only the location it good , rubbish food rubbish rooms rude staff. Donge left ,and stupid service I left the hotel early to another.

Absolute shocking experience!!!
The majority of staff were EXTEMELY rude! (The only polite and happy staff where the lovely lady on reception & the pool bar tender William! Who kept us entertained and smiling, very friendly and lovely man) staff moaned if we went into the restaurant with Bottles off water, or if we had bikinis on!

The food in the restaurant was disgraceful! It was the same food every day & definitely not a place for a fuzzy water as I very rarely ate anything other than toast for breakfast and chips&bread for dinner and tea!
On the one day there was actually me and my partner were eating chicken legs which were still VERY pink!
The only ideal place to eat in this hotel would be the pool bar!

I thought it was shocking that ANYONE could access a spare key to any room ! All you had to do was say a number and say you forgot your key! Plenty off times well we was asleep our mates got spare keys and came in to wake us up! Even when your door is locked and the key is still in the back people are able to open doors ! There was a few times me and my partner were in bed and the maids came barging in instead off knocking to check if anyone was in!

The rooms where very small and never got cleaned properly, there was days that I ended up cleaning our room myself when we got in at night because I wasn't satisfied ! Our beds didn't get changed once in 10 days even after me requesting for fresh sheets as there was blood on mine, To which the maids just turned my sheets over (clearly hoping I wouldn't notice!)
All our rooms was full off ants! And even a few cockroaches ( I understand that in hot weather you do get cockroaches but finding it not long after cleaners have been in isn't ideal!!)

I understand that this hotel is cheap but I would off expected a little more for what we paid!
The only good thing about this hotel being 'all inclusive' was the alcoholic drinks these were the best part off this hotel.
Definitely wouldn't go back!
