Location: in El Arenal, 4 km from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.
Consists of six buildings of different heights.
The hotel has 500 rooms.
Total area: 25000 m2.
Beach: public, sandy, 250 m from the hotel (3 coastline), between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.
On the hotel territory: 3 restaurants (1 a La carte 1 in the case of Copacabana, Breakfast and dinner, only for guests in superior rooms), 5 bars, grill, pizzeria, bar 4 outdoor pools, physician services, lifts (3), Internet cafe (chargeable), Parking, minimarket

The reviews on here I feel are very harsh, we had a fantastic stay. Just do your research on the all inclusive rules and then you won’t have a surprise when you get there.
Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, plenty of pool areas and sun loungers.
Rooms are small and dated but that didn’t bother us at all, beds were very comfy. Walls are thin so you can hear doors when they open and close.
Food there was plenty of choice, dining area was very quickly cleaned and tables re played for next use.
Alcohol served with lunch and dinner, and recorded against your room number which was fine as after you had eaten we wasn’t too bothered about a drink.
Pool bars great selection of soft drinks, served promptly. Pay €1 for cup which gets returned and you get your €1 back. Alcoholic drinks are very reasonably priced much cheaper than drinking in town. €2 for the glass but again you get that back when you return it.
Beach is 10 minute walk at max. Stunning beach too.
All in all had a great holiday and would happily return again.
Where do I start? Stayed 7 nights for business. Food is incredibly terrible so don't bother with the "all inclusive". It's a scam!
Depending on which building they put you in, the air conditioning does not work. They gave me a portable fan for my stay. Yes, you read it right. A fan in a hotel room!
The Spanish staff are great. The Swiss staff which are mostly the managers are super rude.
The location and the prices are great if you don't mind all the above. Personally I will never ever return there nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Right now eDreams is looking into this and most likely I'll get some kind of reinbursement.
I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! But you can go to bar outside and pay, where has the all inclusive gone ? Fumming
Location is great 5 min walk downhill ( not too steep so easy walk back ) and your on the beach with bars and restaurants all along to suit all different tastes. All inclusive in the area aren't all inclusive due to new rules brought into the area, alcohol is very restricted now ( 3 per meal per person which are very small ) but you can pay for drinks at the bar. Pools were always clean.

- Extremely dirty room,no Air Conditioning,no WiFi,food just ok but not very good(pasta,chicken ,soup very cold)Management a woman Ines and some of her staff very rude they forgot that a a costumer we are right and also we pay their wages.Overall a horrible experience.Stay away from this place it is better to spend a little more and choose a different hotel.The pools were closed at 18.00 hrs when out side a temperature was still over 35 degrees.No umbrellas on the sun chairs.In the morning people started to put their towels in order to reserve a sun chair.Insane situation.Overcrowded.The room was full I’d dirt,dust,ants,some other insects.I sent the pictures ti the reception they never replied to me not saying sorry,after cleaning the room only BRIEFLY I FOUND THE SAME INSECTS SPOT!A horrible place to choose.I feel sorry for the people who booked more than 3 days.Poor them.I fight to get my full deserve refund.Take my advice seriously cause if you don’t you will be sorry for your mistake you have done.
I frequently travel to Mallorca and stay at various hotels in different zones of the island. The staff are rude! They over charged me even though they were aware of my booking and never apologised when the money was refunded. I won't be going back to that hotel again and only hope they change their attitude towards other guest so they have a pleasant stay.
