Just had a week at Hotel Fenix really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.
All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
All areas of the hotel were kept very clean.
Bus stop just outside. Good shops nearby.
Great location short walk to the beach
We highly recommend staying here.
Looking forward to going back there.

If you don’t want to get robbed then don’t stay at this hotel. Stayed in this hotel for a few days and half of our clothing was missing after the cleaner has cleaned our room. Would not recommend.

This hotel was cheap in all respects.The advertised air conditioning was n/a because it was winter( in May) There are no glasses,cups or kettle in rooms,no fridge either. The only good thing is the price and cleanliness of rooms

Great place and no problems. Away from too much. There was a bit of noise around the hotel but it's not unbearable and is probably just because it's close to a main road. There are good shops nearby and you can bring food into the rooms although whether they allow that I don't know

Not bad to be honest. It's in the quieter part of the town. The 3 guys at reception I met put up with my bad spanish with good grace. Breakfast was not bad, bus stops for Palma AND the airport bang outside the hotel. Absolutely no need for a taxi. Mainly Germans, a few Brits but that's cool. El calo beach is so much quieter than the main beach. Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk and by far cheaper than the local ones

My instance at Fenix Hotel was very good.
Is Really near to the beach and the bus stop is 2 minutes walking.
Staff was amazing . Antonio and Yevhenii were brilliant.
They helped me a lot.
All the staff was good.
Hope to come back Asap.

Very good hotel. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms are really well designed. Staff also seemed really friendly.
We didn't have breakfast here as you have lots of places surrounding the hotel and we decided to cheap out on that. I am not the "hotel type" of person, but I could get used to living in Fenix if I had to. I recommend it, especially if you get a nice price in the off-season.

The Hotel FENIX is located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from El Arenal beach, a large stretch of fine golden sand and clear waters and just a short walk from the Aquapark, one of the best water parks in Europe.
Enjoy scenic cycling routes, bike rides along the beach, and plenty of nautical activities. Let yourself be carried away by the fun and nightlife in the pubs and restaurants of El Arenal.
Negative points:
Soap quality in the bathroom was not good.
Even in the cold weather, there was only thin bed cover, there was no thicker sheet for protection from coldness.
Internet connection is only for one instrument, if you are connected with mobile then you are not able to connect with the laptop. At least 2 connection possibility must be there.
Internet speed was also very low.
