The hotel it self is great and the breakfast is amazing, rooms are great. I just wasn’t a fan of the pillows, or the thin bed sheet and I didn’t really have a good sleep during my stay. Also not enough lighting in the room. Make sure you’re okay with the location of the hotel, very German touristy area

Really good hotel for the price in a good location!
- modern industrial interior style
- big pool area
- good breakfast
- friendly staff
- rooms are clean but nothing special (hair conditioner would be nice to have)

It was a serious case of what you buy online vs what arrives in the post... This is a party hotel and is not peaceful in the slightest. From the drunken gaggles of people smoking and drinking from morning till night, to the loud house music blasting by the pool which can be heard from down the street. The room was so appalling with the ceiling leaking, the shower broken, hairdryer damaged and smoking when used, ripped towels, delayed check in, stink of damp, our room was so bad we didn’t even stay a night in the hotel! Please think carefully about the holiday you want to be on because the website does NOT disclaim the state of the place. Staff helpful but even tho we were in the room for 20 minutes we were still charged almost £400.00 for one night even though we didn’t stay longer than it took to shower.

I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.

One of the best hotels I Have ever stayed in❤️
The Food is amazing, dishes look and taste like in a 5 star hotel, much better than in restaurants in the city, it is really worth to have dinner here. The prices are also really good.
Staff is super friendly, the hotel room is clean all the time.
One of the best things here are the parties. The music and the show is so cool, you can really feel the mallorcan vibe.❤️
Highly recommended!❤️🌺

The breakfast buffet here is amazing!! The service is also pretty good.

Everything was great except the room itself. It was very small like those in Vegas that were designed to encourage to spend time outside the rooms, which is perfectly fine.

I enjoyed watching people enjoying time together and spending vacations there at the pool. Although I dont speak any German, it was still amazing to have some chill time.

I’d recommend it if you want to nearby ballermann but still want something quieter!!

Absolute money grab. It's clear that the property was purchased and repurposed to be a "micro" hotel but instead of designing rooms for efficiency and comfort, rooms were just painted black over existing paint and tiles. The bathroom shower pan was just dropped in with a 2" gap on both sides excessively filled with caulk. Every single shelf is crooked because it's falling out from the old walls of the hotel due to the use of cheap anchors. The room fills like a prison cell in a basement, the balcony doesn't help with light since it's blocked from both sides with black walls. The hotel does a fantastic job covering how small the room is on website photos by not capturing all corners of a tiny mattress creating a false sense of size. Also, don't forget to bring a flashlight because it is very very dark in the room. The pool is nice, all funds were spent on outside areas but its not even in this galaxy to compare itself to other micro hotels such as Moxy, Pod etc. Please stay away, never come back, and don't fall for marketing.

This is a 3 star hotel (simple rooms, dated) but with a cool look and vibe. The most annoying thing with the rooms is that there is a wooden sliding door between sleeping area and bathroom (aka toilet), no privacy whatsoever… Beds are good. It’s allowed to smoke on the balconies, so u can imagine the smell in the halls with all the drunk night ravens. Drunk German groups (both male and female ones, old and young but mainly young) guarantee a quiet breakfast at 0800, but you really need earplugs to have a good night rest. There’s always someone screaming somewhere.
Breakfast is simply fab. Amazing choice, possibility to sit both in and outside.
Gym is virtually all Technogym, great possibility to work out if you like this (and since the other guests are only focused on alcohol consumption a lot of space).
Pool area, Captain’s bar, pool waiter service, sun beds and pool DJ (sometimes with saxophone or bongo live performances) are an absolute joy. A lot of space ofc due to groups that either go to some Bierhaus or are knocked out in the room due to hangover.
In a nutshell: an older hotel with a nice layer of paint, great public spaces and loudish drunkish German groups of people (who are honestly just loud and not annoying).
Price is fair.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of April and had a lovely time!

The rooms are simple but nice; the breakfast buffet is the best and largest I’ve ever experienced; the afternoon and evening menu is varied, delicious, and fairly priced; and the staff is very friendly.

As many people have mentioned, the walls and ceilings are THIN, however this did not bother us, and we always slept well.

One thing I want to point out is that the sliding door to the bathroom does not offer complete privacy, so if you’re not completely comfortable with the person you’re traveling with, this might be an issue for you. Other than that we were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again :))

This hotel was pretty nice, clean and friendly staff. The single room was ok but the bed was not too comfy and people coming home drunk all night slamming doors and yelling was annoying. It seemed 95 percent German guests as I never heard anyone speaking English. The dj music was a bit over the top I thought but not too bad while enjoying the pool. Breakfast was great and the location was ok near the airport. I stayed 2 nights and moved to Palmanova a much nicer area in my opinion.
